I really enjoyed my meal from Restaurant Talblick im Berghotel Hoherodskopf. The staff was super nice, and the food truck really cute, and a joy to see in Snohomish.

We could really enjoy our vacation in this hotel. Perfect location. Very friendly owner who tries very hard to constantly improve the hotel. The rich breakfast is also worth mentioning. As a conclusion, the hotel is definitely recommended and due to the price/performance ratio 5 stars have to be awarded.

I have read many reviews on the internet in advance and cannot agree with the negative reviews at all. We booked a double room and were completely surprised to find a small apartment. But those are the double rooms there. The hotelier is a loving gentleman who tries to fulfill every wish. Super communicative and open to suggestions. The hotel and the furnishings are actually more in the 70's style...

We come every year for a short break and are very satisfied. The rooms are actually apartments with kitchen, living room and balcony, the location is very quiet and only 5 minutes. Walk from the salt thermal baths. The owner takes great care of his guests, the breakfast is very good and the hotel is very clean. All this at a top price/performance ratio. What more do you want? We are coming again next...

In July 2016, we have taken the Hotel for 4 days. In short: It was fantastic. Starting from a rich Breakfast, excellent Service, a stunning setting, the Hotel has convinced all along the line. We can only recommend the Hotel and will take in the near future.

Great conference hotel with perfect service. The room was large, not necessarily modern but functional. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The meals were plentiful - nothing was missing, everything was fresh and really very good. There are very happy 5 stars and a clear recommendation.

Conveniently located, within a few minutes walk, there is a thermal spa. The rooms of the hotel are appropriate.

A nice little hotel. Although there was a mistake when booking, it was clarified quickly and friendly and everything worked out great. The only downside is the poor soundproofing of the building, you could hear every key that moved in the lock, let alone the flushing of the toilet etc. Fortunately, our little one had exhausted himself in the Kurpark beforehand and was so tired that none of that kept...

We were rejected by another hotel after getting off the train, and booked this hotel while walking off from the train station. We called the host and she was very kind to pick us up from not far down the train station. The room was nice, clean and spacious, but it was the wide guest area and great view that we fell in love immediately with. We took two drinks from the host's fridge but only opened...

Easy class, fresh here you find the best Breakfast buffet, a small community kitchen, a library, renovated, very very very accommodating and nice hosts. Even the dog was well suffered. Great Hotel!

Very good hotel, near the Spa. The spa is very nice. Food and staff of the hotel is also very nice. Bed was a bit to soft for me, the mattress needs replacement.

Last weekend we stayed at hotel Birkenhof and it was absolutely Great! Friendly staff, delicious food and very nice room. The hotel has a lot of facilities and a very nice terrace with a lounge.

Absolutely recommended for Vegans! Especially the Vegan/vegetarian Buffet is simply delicious. A lot of understanding of intolerances and allergies. Courteous and friendly service.

Was there with my son for 2 nights. Very friendly staff, Breakfast Buffet very rich and was always quickly after, the Pool we have tested, of course, the room was Top . We have booked for a further stay directly on the day of departure.

Was 2 days for a Seminar there. Under a country hotel I imagine something different than an ugly block of concrete with 5 or 6 storeys. Has the best time behind itself (red floor tiles in the bathroom), faucets estimated from the 70s. The room were OK, Flat-screen TV, a free bottle of water, Breakfast Standard, lunch and dinner in buffet form is excellent. Food 5 star, Hotel max. 3 stars.

Large rooms, great vies, nice staff and fine breakfast

Stuff are very friendly. Really very nice people. Nice breakfast as well. But room needs to be renovate, or they need a room architect... I was there as common worker, so I could easy survive....but come as family with kids....I will cry all over and over..

We are here with the camper at the pitch and were here for dinner last night. It was world class. The overall impression of the system, including the parking space and the surrounding area invites you to come back. So we'll definitely be back. I'm looking forward to the Advent season.

On the way through we used the Womo parking space, there are 8 electricity spaces available on the very spacious gravel space, but there is space for more vehicles. In the directly adjacent beer garden we had a delicious meal and enjoyed the great summer drinks! You can order bread rolls for breakfast at the hotel. All around very nice and friendly service!

I've been there for the christmas buffet which was very nice (we are there every year and it's always very very nice with good food and kind staff :) )

I was here for a training course at ABB Friedberg. But the location is very good. The hotel is located between Friedberg and Bad Nauheim and is therefore in a very good location. Great Sports Center and Rehabilitation after Sport Injuries and others.

A great place if you want to stay in Gießen. The personell is very kind and helpful and always good fo a chat and laugh. The breakfast was fresh and tasty and available starting from 07:00. If you should need a nice recommandation about the area nearby just ask the owners ;) If I should visit Gießen again, I would not hesitate to book this place again.

Nice location for business purpose in Giessen, the city center is at a reasonnable foot distance. The hotel is quite old but is well maintained and therefore acceptable for this price range. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Stayed one night as I was away on Mondays. It's a nice hotel, the rooms are very clean and well furnished. The staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet was also absolutely okay and tasty. I would stay here again.

The spa is simply amazing, plenty of pools and spacious saunas with areas outdoors. Breakfast was good too, a lot of options and replenish often. The room is big and has all the things needed for a pleasant stay, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything was clean. The only thing to mention is that there was some mold in the bathtub joints.

Otel is okey for generally but rooms look old, it’s need redesign and new furnitures. Pool water temperature is ok but I prefer more hot.

Good hotel (self catering) but not suited for business travellers. Too far away from amenities if you wanted a drink with your dinner. Owner is very helpful, I would stay again if I was not working.

Our stay for the weekend was okay. Things to keep in mind : the curtains do not keep the light out! (especially in a room at the hotel's sign..). The website says there is always coffee : not true. The breakfast is rather limited + the eggs are often cold.

The hotel is OK for one night stays, but I wouldn't want to spend more time there. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Breakfast was good as well. The hotel in general just needs a modernization. There are two available outlets, all of them far away from the bed/living area. The mattress was soft and had seen its better days. Overall OK, but needs some improvement.

A lovely Guesthouse on the Lahn. Very convenient to Giessen for Business and close to the river for a walk. Just watch out that reception closes early, better to make advance arrangements in case of flight delays.

Lovely little hotel in a nice setting along the river. Great food. Sunday evening in winter I think they have candlelight dinners in front of the fire. Danny, Matthew and the rest really took great care of me. They have roulade on the menu that it's fabulous.

Restaurant: Friendly staff and food was very good. Most importantly they appreciate critique. The room itself was rather dark, but homely. Hotel: Same goes for the staff here. Beds are just right, warm water took some time tho. Wlan on third floor wasnt really good but depends on the room you are in. Breakfast was fantastic! I would definately go there again.

Beautiful light, neat and clean rooms with a balcony. Friendly staff and a rich Breakfast. Delicious. I felt immediately at ease. At the Hotel itself, there is nothing to complain about. It was because of the road a little noisy for sleeping but we are in the city, and earplugs are at the ready. I would come back at any time.

Budget Hotel, but 5star welcome and service. Very comfortable,firm bed provided an excellent night's sleep. Varied breakfast choices, crispy rolls, cereals, jams,honey, cold meats, cheeses, bookended by orange juice and excellent coffee. A friendly goodbye, and yes, we will stop again.

We were overall happy with the stay. The location of the hotel is Top. The rooms should be cabins improved in order to shower the one or the other. All in all a good Hotel

Perfectly accessible by car, with very good Parking facilities. Despite the proximity to the A485 and it is available in the Hotel with the window closed, wonderfully quiet. You can sleep so well, and starts with a delicious Breakfast and a very nice condition (from Switzerland? ) in a new day. Dogs with their owners are also welcomed!

I went there for a 80th birthday of a friend. The food, the drinks and the service was fine and friendly.

Very warm and comfortable hotel. The castle nearby is suitable for hiking. Drainage floor drain should be installed on bathroom floor.

Clean room. There was a distinctive fresh fragrance in the bathroom. The style is quite old school, but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. You have radiators rather than AC which I personally prefer. Breakfast was good. Better than some 3 star hotels. Good variety of continental items including salmon and different cheeses. Pretty new hotel, all was clean and nice (see the photos)! I spent there 2 months in apartment and I was absolutely excited. Big kitchen is available on the floor (outside of the apartment), but I had also little kitchen inside, so it was perfect! The small fridge is available in every room.
