Very nice and new hotel in Sindelfingen. The location was perfect for my professional stay. The hotel is open this year, so everything is up to date.

It is between good and okay thus far and there is scope for a lot of improvement in terms of service. Still two nights to observe and then the final review. Can't judge accurately in one day.

Really nice and friendly hotel at the given price. It is not a fancy hotel but clean room and accessiblity makes up for the missing factors. 10 EUR for breakfast is a bit too pricey on the other hand Böblingen is really expensive on the whole.

It's walkable distance from Hulb s Bahn railway station. It's a decent hotel and the buffet is good. The hotel employees are good too.

The hotel staff were fantastic. They knew we were leaving very early the next morning and ensured that everything was settled in advance and we could have a swift departure. Clean, comfortable, newly renovated rooms. Much better value than Stuttgart.

It's a very nice, small and friendly hotel. It's really close to the center of the city and as well to the Daimler Factory. The Staff was as well friendly. I really like the atmosphere there.

Great service, clean place and a fair price. Really liked my visit. The location is great with a lot of nice restaurants around the corner. The only negative point would be the tiny bathroom but otherwise a big recommendation for business trips.

Very nice place with all you need to spend some time in Sindelfingen. It is close to the city center, it is quite and everything is brand new! Also the service is very kind and accurate...they can make you feel like at home! Really suggested!

A nice hotel for a business trip to Sindelfingen. Comfortable bed, super bathroom and good breakfast. The parking is extra payable and for that money I missed the at least 10 kWh charging station

Cheaper to book directly than via booking portals. BUT cancellation is not free it seems when reading fine print, stating 10% cancellation fee as customary in Germany for "free cancellation" ! Airconditioner works, pretty good space, reasonable price, low noise. VERY slippery suit case bench in the room, so a plastic suit case with the lid open will eventually crash to the floor - so keep your lid...

You get what you expect - Decent hotel with OK breakfast and good service

The hotel is located near the highway so it is the perfect choice for a stopover. Rooms are very clean, you can make tea or coffee in your room and the breakfast is quite decent for the price we paid. The staff is also very friendly.

Nice and quite "schwedisch" hotel with very close, flexibel and friendly personal, and with own restaurant/bar to enjoy tasty dinner. One day, I arrived qute late to the hotel/resturant, and with previous information, they didn´t have any problem to keep the kitchen open a bit longer to wait for me. Thanks for that! Everything really clean and in very good maintenance conditions....

Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Need some improvements in break fast. Chromecast cannot be connected to TV as restrictions are enabled for WiFi. No kettle to have hot water.

An ideal hotel for people who are passing through. The house and the room is very new and extremely clean. There are a few parking spaces in front of the door and plenty across the street that are also part of the hotel. I can't judge the breakfast as I didn't have one. What could be improved a bit in the room would be a shoehorn and more hanging options in the bathroom.

The room was clean and the electric shutters blocked out all the light for the restful sleep. Easy key pick up arrangements for those of us who arrive after hours.

But hotel probably aware this problem and there were ear plugs already provided in the room. Overall we had a good stay.

Good to stay......Location is very calm and cool. Best part: It next to Maichingen Solo bus stop and 700-800 mtrs from Machingen Nord S-Bahn. Reception guy is very friendly and cooperative not as the female. Only problem with WiFi...it sucks. Overall good experience!!!

The hotel was booked by company. The entrance is little bit old looking, but the room was quite good, just the floor could be cleaner. The hotel room can be noisy in summer time, when the window is open due to traffic. The breakfast and coffee was tasty, I missed vegetable, there stay no vegetable, if you come around 7:30 to breakfast. For business trip it was good and it was near to city centre.

I was on my way to another restaurant for breakfast, but on the spur of the moment decided to give them a try. Many of my colleagues had recommended Reußenstein for lunch/dinner. I got the veggie sampler and it came with three different dishes: a tomato free lasagna, a lentil noodle dish, and a salad-like dish with fried tofu. My friend got the trout dish; he said it was one of the best he’s ever had. We shared the lava cake for dessert and it came with a small scoop of ice...

This was the hotel I stayed at for around 5 months when I was on assignment in Germany. Was a great place to stay, owners were great, and eventhough it's been 7 years, I still miss it!

A great place with some nice owners who made us feel welcome. The room was rather small, but we made it work. The location was great - in the centre of Böblingen. We will definitely come back if we return to this region.

I stayed in List hotel for a month and I am very happy with the stay. Rooms are cosy and everything is very clean. My room has a small kitchen part too. Service is great and staff is very helpful. Breakfast is tasty, you have a nice buffet with a decent variety of choice and additionally the staff prepares eggs for those who want. If you need to leave before breakfast, you can ask for a lunch box instead...

Old style German B&B place. The restaurant sereves good food, rooms are clean. No fancy touches - straight forward place. There is free internet but business travellers beware - WiFi only available in the restaurant or common public area (couches with one TV). In the rooms are RJ45 connections only. If you travel with smartphones and tablets only you are out of luck.

Nice new cozy hotel, great breakfast. For non-Germans, apparently it's the norm to end check in after 1000pm. Down check on the parking. There is none but a garage about a half football field away which is 2.50 euro a night.

If you are in the city for business, you can absolutely book here for a short stay. Location is good, service is ok, rooms are clean and you have a Greek restaurant downstairs. At the breakfast, still water was missing.

A great, quaint hotel. Some of the staff have better English than others. The hotel is operated in conjunction with an in house Italian restaurant, which is fantastic and highly recommended. The breakfast is also quite nice with a large variety. There is plenty of free parking in the back.

Stayed at the hotel for two weeks in late September. The daily cleaning service is beyond meticulously detailed. Very clean and nicely renovated hotel. Breakfast is great, your typical German breakfast. However, expensive if you do not eat your money’s worth. Staff is VERY friendly, (German and Italian speaking, very little English) I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice hotel , the location is very convenient , there are bus stops , Medical store, grocery stores , eateries/restaurants nearby, rooms are good, some of them have kitchenette. However not so happy with the hotel staff. One of my friends lost room keys, the staff were rude , they acted as if one loses keys willingly. They need lessons in politeness. Also their latest internet access policy is terrible...

Nicely decorated rooms with TV, cooking area and fridge. Bathrooms are clean, albeit a bit small. Breakfast ist okay, although the breakfast rooms are small and easily crammed. All in all, i enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Clean, airy rooms. Lots of sunshine in summer. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Most of the reception/management staff are very polite and respectful. Would highly recommend it.

The hotel was very nice. The internet worked well, the breakfast was enjoyable with many options. You can park the car underground but that will cost 10€ per day. The rooms were clean and they had a good variety of channels on the TV. I would stay there again.
