Hotel staff very helpful, just tell them in person when you want the room cleaned, location is amazing g so much to see and eat. Rooms are clean and nice, with fast free internet. The breakfast is THE BEST I have ever had at a hotel. Amazing price.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was very pleasant. Quiet and easy access. Room layout and amenities were functional and suffice a trip on business. Ample parking space, however, when occupancy rate is high then it becomes an issue. Was surprised that the city water supply is not hard water. Housekeeping is very diligent that cleans twice a day... Definitely my choice of stay for my next trip!

I would like to sincerely thank the hotel service and all the staff. The rooms are well-equipped and the hotel's location is very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

The hotel is clean and hygienic

The waiters at the front desk and the bar on the first floor are very enthusiastic. Although the room was a bit small, it was quite comfortable. The only flaw is that the wet and dry separation in the bathroom is not done well. Allow some water to sit on the toilet floor. There are not many breakfast items, but the coffee and juice machine are delicious. Great value for money!

The standards for holiday express in Germany are all the same, which is pretty good.

Its ok. on the bus route and train route to Mercedes Benz. Bit rough round the edges but ok as a place to crash.

Good to stay......Location is very calm and cool. Best part: It next to Maichingen Solo bus stop and 700-800 mtrs from Machingen Nord S-Bahn. Reception guy is very friendly and cooperative not as the female. Only problem with WiFi...it sucks. Overall good experience!!!

Nice place very clean and unique

We had a large room with a very comfortable bed. There was a good quality wet room and an adjoining WC. The breakfast was excellent, with eggs, fruit, yoghurt, fresh breads, cereal, meats and cheese etc. The family who run the hotel are friendly and they speak English. Parking was easy.

Wonderful room with a great view all around. Loved the beds and the kitchen. Plenty of space for my family of 4 to stay comfortably.

Nice unpretentious hotel with clean and quiet rooms. Affordable and convenient, especially if you are doing business nearby. I really loved the breakfast and the calm atmosphere of the restaurant, including a view over an apple orchard on the back of the hotel. Staff is very friendly

The hotel was booked by company. The entrance is little bit old looking, but the room was quite good, just the floor could be cleaner. The hotel room can be noisy in summer time, when the window is open due to traffic. The breakfast and coffee was tasty, I missed vegetable, there stay no vegetable, if you come around 7:30 to breakfast. For business trip it was good and it was near to city centre.

Kindoff old furniture and small one person rooms. Breakfast could be better but it gets your day started. English language is not well known by the owners(especially him).

Such a quaint, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Everyone speaks English well. Martina, in particular, speaks English and is so helpful if you have questions about what to see and how to get there. The breakfast across the street was very good. Very nice double room and bath of good size. Quiet location and nice to have coffee and drinks available in the lobby area. The hotel's restaurant (across the street) is beyond compare. One of the top 5 dinners we've EVER had -- excellent, thoughtful service and creative but not pretentious food. So, so good. Breakfast is buffet style at the same restaurant and has a decent if not huge selection, but...

The very BEST Hotel!!! We had the most wonderful stay at this sweet and family friendly hotel!!! We felt like we were home, with great food, awesome service, incredible amenities (complimentary beer, and a virtual range on site!). What a wonderfully unique hotel! Warm, friendly, and welcoming. We took advantage of all their amenities and appreciated their proximity to Boblingen Bahnhof. - We walked there! Comfy. beds, delicious breakfast, and free coffee and beer in the lobby! It just doesn’t get any better than this!

This hotel is uniquely wonderful. The property is spotless. The service is so great. The hospitality “living room” with a beer tap, coffee machine, drinks and candy is perfect. And, the included breakfast is divine. The restaurant at night is a superior experience. I love this hotel!

If you are in the city for business, you can absolutely book here for a short stay. Location is good, service is ok, rooms are clean and you have a Greek restaurant downstairs. At the breakfast, still water was missing.

Nice hotel , the location is very convenient , there are bus stops , Medical store, grocery stores , eateries/restaurants nearby, rooms are good, some of them have kitchenette. However not so happy with the hotel staff. One of my friends lost room keys, the staff were rude , they acted as if one loses keys willingly. They need lessons in politeness. Also their latest internet access policy is terrible...

Nicely decorated rooms with TV, cooking area and fridge. Bathrooms are clean, albeit a bit small. Breakfast ist okay, although the breakfast rooms are small and easily crammed. All in all, i enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

I stayed in List hotel for a month and I am very happy with the stay. Rooms are cosy and everything is very clean. My room has a small kitchen part too. Service is great and staff is very helpful. Breakfast is tasty, you have a nice buffet with a decent variety of choice and additionally the staff prepares eggs for those who want. If you need to leave before breakfast, you can ask for a lunch box instead...

I've been to big hotels before but they always lacked the kind staff a hotel should have, this hotel has very nice staff they always greet you with smiles, not only that their rooms are spacious and clean. I think this hotel is better than some large overdone hotel.

The nicest thing to say was that the bathroom was updated. And the breakfast was good. Even the service was barely average. Perfect location out of city centre but still close to it. Good options for those who wants to be close (in a walking distance) to the restaurants & bars and to the nature as well. Some rooms have balcony. Wi-fi is tragic. Very often doesn't work, if yes it is very slow, almost useless. And I was there three times in a different rooms.

A place with the charm of the 80ties. Rooms are spacious but look like time warped from the 80ties. However the bathrooms are renovated. The place is very quiet and you can get a good rest here. Breakfast is good with a variety of scrambled eggs, franks, cheese, sausage, bread, rolls, cereals, yogurt, juice etc. You won't need lunch after the breakfast.

Nice and quite "schwedisch" hotel with very close, flexibel and friendly personal, and with own restaurant/bar to enjoy tasty dinner. One day, I arrived qute late to the hotel/resturant, and with previous information, they didn´t have any problem to keep the kitchen open a bit longer to wait for me. Thanks for that! Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Need some improvements in break fast. Chromecast cannot be connected to TV as restrictions are enabled for WiFi. No kettle to have hot water.

A great place with some nice owners who made us feel welcome. The room was rather small, but we made it work. The location was great - in the centre of Böblingen. We will definitely come back if we return to this region.

Nice place to stay if you are looking for Hotel. The service and Food provided is very good. The hotel guys at Reception etc are very good and friendly. Even though there is a language gap, they will always welcome you with a smile and that is priceless. Thank You.

It is value for money. Clean. Spacious room. No airco. It is not as quiet as we hoped for.

A great, quaint hotel. Some of the staff have better English than others. The hotel is operated in conjunction with an in house Italian restaurant, which is fantastic and highly recommended. The breakfast is also quite nice with a large variety. There is plenty of free parking in the back.

Stayed at the hotel for two weeks in late September. The daily cleaning service is beyond meticulously detailed. Very clean and nicely renovated hotel. Breakfast is great, your typical German breakfast. However, expensive if you do not eat your money’s worth. Staff is VERY friendly, (German and Italian speaking, very little English) I would absolutely stay here again.

Good hotel, quiet location next to a small forest. Recently remodeled. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is good and reasonably priced. Free parking. Breakfast is great. The hotel is small, and I think they recently bought the business in 2017. A bus stop is near, but the train is far. Best if you have a car.

Even if I was almost 1 hour after check-in schedule somebody came and checked me in at 23:00... Outside were -4, so I can say that I was saved :)

Tge wi fi isn't fast and it is quite annoying to have to log in every time. The beds are really comfortable, the rooms clean and spacious, it is a ok place for business travels.

It is a NO GO if you are in a business trip. The owner has too many problems of his own to adapt to any customer needs. For instance, check in only between 5 and 6 pm, and no breakfast. The hotel is quite nice though, my room was very spacious, the bathroom was very clean and the bathtub definetly helped me relax after a long day of work. The hotel is well located, there are plenty of stores and restaurants...
