I would have given this Hotel full 5 stars but unfortunately there are some big flaws which is unacceptable when considering the price of the room/food etc. 1. very well maintained, very courteous staff. very caring, best location, great spread of breakfast, huge car parking are . All in all comfortable stay .

High quality of details, swimming pool and restaurant. Nice place to stay. Possibility to ride a bike or have a sauna.

The dishes served in the restaurant were semi-professionally prepared, although the quality of the products (vegetables, meat, ...) was excellent in itself. Service team semi-professional. Corona rules were not followed.

Good Hotel and good restaurant, the service was good but it was not excellent, they can improve. Ps. The pond wasn't clean.

Great Rooms designed with some african decoration and so is the hole Hotel. I was fascinated by it. The only bad thing is that there was no cleaning service for my room , since i stayed for two nights i needed a change of towel unfortunately that service wasn t provided . Otherwise i had a great experience

The hotel is quite central in town, but inside it's very quiet. Staff was nice and helped us check in although we were actually too early. The room was spaceous, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big and well equipped. There was also a little fridge in the room. A family company with heart and soul. Great rooms and really fabulous cuisine. Unbelievable when you consider that the lady of the house herself cooks everything in the kitchen for several guests at the same time.

We booked here spontaneously for a night in a weekend (with a-year-old baby). Especially the kitchen (chef is mother of the owner's family) was fantastic. Kid's meal request was perfectly interpretated, shared sermon dish as a starter was beautifully separated into two at the dinner without asking, and the special cake on the Easter and homemade bread at the breakfast buffet were specially delicious...

Always delicious food. Just went back for dinner last Saturday. Our wedding reception was also great. All wishes would be fulfilled or implemented. All preliminary talks went smoothly. The food is always awesome. Whether for celebrations, dinner or buffet food. Everything is alright. Class keep it up!!

Went to Landhaus Klöckner for food (and drinks) with a group of 13 people. Although the restaurant and counter area was busy, we didn't have to wait long for drinks and food. Friendly, attentive service and very good food. A nice evening 😉👍

We have stayed at Haus Berghoff from April 19th to 21st, 2022. We traveled as a couple with a child of primary school age. The house is idyllic and quiet. We really enjoyed that. The reception by Mr. Berghoff (junior) was very taciturn but nice. He doesn't seem like your typical host but that was fine with us. We were escorted to the room and everything was explained to us. Very nice apartment in a very quiet location with a great roof terrace and a view of the mountain and horse meadow. Great breakfast and very friendly and helpful hosts. The wellness area is about a too small when fully occupied and the cooling pool was only filled up to calf height. Daa could be better. Still, we'd love to come back.

Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable as seen in the pictures. Complimentary tea is offered. Breakfast has a large variety und is very tasty. Parking offered with a charge of 8,5€/day.

We were received very nicely and had a nice seating area. The quality of the products used was great, but the courses were rather uninspired. I would have hoped for a taste adventure rather than plain comfort food. Overall a pleasant evening, but I wouldn’t come again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast. The only thing I'd want to change is the shower faucet, you have to keep pressing it to keep the water running.

Very nice house right on the beautiful Sorpesee. Rooms are good, as are the facilities, there is an artificial turf soccer field, table tennis, air hockey and direct access to the lake. Food is ok. However, the employees are not very friendly, you feel more like a disruptive factor. After 10 p.m. there must be absolute silence and every drink is expensive to buy on site, otherwise there will be trouble...

I stayed here for two weeks. I shared a twin room but got a good look at the single, 5 bed and 6 bed rooms as well. Lake fronting rooms have a spectacular view and are also a bit quieter than the parking lot facing rooms. Twin rooms overlooking the football pitch can be a bit noisier. This DJH provided linen. Great equipment for younger ones too. Spent a very wet weekend here and the kids had enough to do. 2 play rooms and a toddler sized play climbing frame just outside for when the rain stops briefly.
