Fairytale atmosphere, cozy city, comfortable bed, totally recommend it. The view over the river is very nice and the garden makes you feel at home. Staff is friendly, the rooms are big and spacious.

Very nice hotel in a great area. Lovingly furnished rooms, great food, very friendly staff and very nice Kaiser Therme. The face, shoulder and neck massage was fantastic. We really enjoyed Tangermünde.

Like a fairytale. The hotel is located in the middle of the beautiful historical center of Tangermünde. From the window of our room we could see Burg Tangermünde, the Eulenturm and St .Stephen's Church. Nice and helpful staff, rooms were clean and well equipped. Tried: Hell and Ziegelrot beer. All in all decent beer but nothing exclusive. I'd say both of them miss some character. Bottle deposit is 3€ per each, which is a bit more than usual. (Dislike)

Nice place with affordable food. There are hotel rooms available but we only went here for lunch, which was quite good. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was served quickly. Overall, a very enjoyable visit.

Great breakfast. Modern design of rooms with funny naturalistic paintings. I can imagine that couples are enjoying these rooms more than group of friends. e.g. bath in the bedroom next to the bed, roof with stars, ... Possibility to store bicycles in the garage over the street.

Years back, I hit this place upon a bicycle tour. I have been starting at Hamburg, went up the Elbe towards Dresden. The rumor about a dam trail still exists... On most places it is even not allowed to ride on the dam. Understand: you may destroy this sensitive construction. Here I had a night. Nice and safe place. Friendly and helpful staff. Moderate prices. Good local food and drinks. It's Germany...

The owners are working hard to overcome the Corona crisis. The hot shower turns a lot colder when guests in other rooms also take a shower. The male toilet near the restaurant has a joke of a toilet paper holder. Needs to be replaced. Wifi is bad in fact it is from the neighbors fitness business.

Amazing hotel, cheap yet tasty food, nice rooms and a friendly host. Would definetly recommend.

Pretty pension with inexpensive, functional rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. The city center can be easily reached on foot from here.

Very friendly reception, but unfortunately overpriced. We, 2 adults and a child have stayed in other accommodations much more comfortable, modern and much cleaner for less money. The furniture is getting old. There was mold in the shower and the sliding doors were broken. Showering isn't for wimps. The mattresses were comfortable. The outside area was usable and very nice.

Cozy atmosphere, is currently being gradually modernized. The bathrooms have become very modern. The breakfast is good and plentiful. The service is impeccable 👍 The food in the restaurant is also impeccable. I am there more often for work, and I would love to come back.

Good 3 star hotel. Rates are good. 6 EUR for breakfast also decent. I had to ask for hair dryer which gave small discomfort.

Excellent location, friendly and competent staff, everything extremely clean and smelling good. Large and modern room. During the night I smelled some cigarette smoke though.. not sure if from a previous guest or coming from the outside (even though everything was closed). But would definitely recommend it.

You have a great view when you sit on the terrace and have your drink. Service is okay, partly a bit unfriendly. Nevertheless all in all recommendable.

The room size was huge, separate bathroom which was huge, the first floor was at our disposal. It was very warm, comfortable beds The room overlooked the river, wonderful views. We stayed for one night on the way driving to Poland but wished we could have stayed longer! the rooms turned out to be large apartments, very clean with everything you'd need. The actual place is a beautiful old building with such peaceful surroundings you feel completely relaxed. Lastly the breakfast is magnificent, everything you could want and more and you get to eat in an amazing old dining...

Great location right on the water and a great room. A really Beautiful place. The Park is also very nice. Rewe is also not around the corner from the castle. The Breakfast was also very good in the great Breakfast room. It would be cool if there would also be Wi-Fi.

Today I was for the first, but certainly not for the last time at Schloss Plaue, and I am delighted with the castle, the landscape, and the wide views over the lakes. A wonderful stay in summer 2020. The family accommodation is clean and ideal for a larger family. Thanks to the large inner courtyard and the large garden, the little ones are safe from the traffic while playing. Mr. Peetz constantly tries to be able to spend a relaxing stay. With pleasure again.

We have booked 2 rooms (711 & 715) because we meant to have a family room. Each room consisted of 2 beds. Would have been nice if there was a family room. The rooms are nice and fresh. No disturbed stuff or trash. The beds are comfy and nice. The bathroom is good. The breakfast is delicious. Goodly maintained, staff are helpful and nice and would recommend.

Good Price - Performance Ratio. Large Rooms. In the outdoor area could be cleaner, especially the bike shed. Also, the beer garden could be from the weed to The house master to be freed, you have to make "legs"!

At first glance, "Only a block from the stadium." On the second "Everything you sought-after" beds were top. The staff was very nice and room prices are very reasonable. The whole is rounded off with a good Breakfast.

Accommodation OK except for the broken shower. The shower was completely closed, only dripping. That is not how it works. Host was rude, we won't be back.

Have lived in the lake apartment. It's good that I didn't watch the really sensational video from the website beforehand, I would have been even more disappointed. This wasn't a 4 star apartment. But: the dinner at "Gustav" was really excellent. And if we had actually been assigned the table in the winter garden that we had pre-ordered by telephone, the ambience would have been even better.

Very nice house with excellent quality in all areas. There is even a well-equipped gym connected. As a hotel guest, you can take part in the courses and use the devices. The trainers are super nice and highly competent. In addition, the beautiful location between forest and lake! Here you can feel good 🙂!

We always visit the restaurant when we are in Arendsee. The food is good and wholesome with a flair.

Extremely friendly place with attentive staff and owners (dragged cables from the garage so I could charge my car). Authentic east German food. Nice brunch on weekends. Close to the lake and a cute village. Tourist bus location.

Great Very clean and spacious apartment. Ours were over 2 floors. Well equipped with fridge and water boiler. Some plates and cutlery. Great breakfast served in the restaurant. Steps and stairs would probably not make this a good place for wheelchair users, except for the outdoor area

The location is wonderful for walks and cycling. We stayed for 2 nights to recharge and it was a great place to take a break. I enjoyed the split levels layout of the apartment so we could leave our biking gear in the room downstairs and enjoy the cozy bedroom without all the equipment 😉 there was also a fridge and a small cooking area to make some simple meals.
