We spent an incredible weekend at this lovely B&B run ever so lovingly by Raphael and his family. The house is not only gorgeous from the outside but has been painstakingly decked with handpicked things to marry beautiful design and comfort. Lovely room , reasonable price and attentive host Lovely guest house about 30 mins from Trier in a national park. Host on site to welcome. Large ensuite room with bath and separate shower. Comfortable bed. Free parking. There is a upstairs terrace to sit out on. Not sure about a pool, there's a public pool across the road. Breakfast was continental but plenty of it.

Interesting B&B concept, in which you can use the living and kitchen area of ​​the host for the delicious breakfast and are also allowed to use it elsewhere. The rooms themselves are nice and large, which also applies to the bathroom that goes with them. The hosts are very nice and give good tips, e.g. where to eat.

So we’re rating 5 stars, because that’s the maximum on Google, but this place deserves 10! Such a lovely host who prepared breakfast at really flexible times (just for the two of us) and also gave us a ride the first night we got there. Also the loveliest and most cuddly dog is to find at Rosenhill. Very cozy and clean rooms with a tasteful interior and only 2 rooms for rent, so it’s super private...

I liked the really family friendly activities. Holydays with little children is no problem. Playgrounds everywhere. Very nice location for day trip to Trier.

The Cabins are realy nice, clean on arrival and updated. There is however poor WIFI connections. At the pool, you will need coins to store your clothes and such, but there is no availability to get money or change ro smaller at the location.

We stayed in a mobile home and it was just lovely ! For the price for 3 nights, there are a lot of free access activities to do with kids. There is an indoor swimming pool, a huge indoor playground, bowling, a mini bar for the parents that are watching the kids playing. The mobile home was clean and nicely decorated. The park: It’s a nice park on top of a hill, there are many facilities like an indoor swimming pool, indoor play area and many outdoor playgrounds. The restaurant is good but you need to reserve a table. During our stay the snackbar was more closed than open. The park shop is ok, it has it’s own wine/alcohol corner. When buying food I would advise to look at the date. We had some items which expired...

Got there at 21.55, friendly welkome at reception and precise given instructions/explanations. Very clean hotel, room, very comfy beds, 24/7 autoservice for drinks and snaks downstairs and the most delicious breakfast. I believe the surroundings are nice too, pitty we only got there during night and left too early. Deffinitely a place to go again for a longer duration.

I really liked this Hotel, the only downside for me was the restaurant was shut during my stay. Which is why only a 4 star rating, the images are the view from my room

Very good and friendly hotel in a beautifull surrounding. The restaurant is really good with high quality and fresh food. We visit this hotel very often because we like it. It really feels like or second home.

The stay was very successful. The hotel is in the centre of Morbach and has parking right outside the door. The room was very clean and bed very comfortable. The breakfast was also very excellent! There was a huge amount of choice. The idea of making your own waffles was great! The hosts were very helpful and very friendly! Highly recommended!

At the time of my visit the hotel was undergoing renovation and modernization without any restrictions. Beautiful modern room, very attentive staff and excellent generous breakfast made the stay very pleasant. Of particular note is the friendly attitude of the staff to special requests. Three of us stayed here for one night (2 adults and 1 dog). The room was very clean and even had a kitchenette, allowing for a longer stay and self catering. The price is in the upper mid range, which is totally justified. The breakfast was plentiful and had a little bit of everything. You are kindly asked if you want coffee or scrambled eggs. The owner will spoil you.

The best staff I have ever had help us! We showed up late and they still served us dinner and made us warm drink too warm up after 12 hours on bicycle! Room was great and we slept amazingly also! A fantastic experience at a truly medieval castle. We stayed for a few nights in the "Carriage House." Beautiful in every way. The resturant is a bit expensive for our tastes, but the food was fantastic.

No need to write lots - great hotel, staff, food and atmosphere, their wine tasting room next door has 5 Gault and Millau grapes... that's pretty much says it all. On or off season, it's amazing.

Beautiful property... about a 25min walk to historical down town. You can take a cab but it’s a awesome walk thought wine country! The hotel staff was very nice this is a large property with lots todo.

It's good, not excellent. It's dated, the "rooms" are pretty small but the apartments are of a good size. Plumbing, kitchen, shower/bathtub is ok. German granny style :). Nice clean rooms, nice breakfast, but hostess is no longer friendly if we didn't buy wine from them. In the evening it is not allowed to sit in the guest room and it is not possible to get coffee, tea or soft drinks.

Thank you for the week! We have fond memories of the Löwen family. Both the senior citizens and the boss made every effort and looked after the guests. The rooms were cleaned properly every day, the breakfast was good and sufficient. In the evenings in the wine tavern, we had interesting conversations with the family. Was very good. We were guests in a great apartment with a very nice panoramic view of the Moselle and the surrounding area. The hosts are very, very nice and concerned. We had a lot of fun and would be happy to come back.

A Gem of a Place Beautiful location overlooking the Mosel River. Park the car in the public lot and walk about 300 meters to the hotel. Room key is in the lockbox and easy to access once you have the code. We had breakfast at the restaurant located down the street from the hotel and it was fantastic. We enjoyed the Weihnachten Festival just down the street from the hotel (100 meters).

Great location. Public parking around the corner. We had two rooms. A perfect hotel in the heart of historic Aachen.

We had a very nice room with a roof terrace and a view of the Moselle, everything was clean and well-kept. It's a historic building, so I can see the light soundproofing in the rooms. The only drawback, we booked with a dog. Breakfast included. But the dog is not allowed to stay alone in the room? But not in the breakfast room either... uhmmm, how am I supposed to have breakfast then, please? Therefore...

Ms. Müller is a warm woman who made you feel like she was having fun at her work. We had a clean room with a TV and a double bed. Nice place, not fancy and yes the decor was stuck in the 80s (70s?), but the hostess was very friendly, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the price was right. We stayed here for the Bernkastel-Kues weinfest 2018, and it was a bit of a hike to BK, almost 3 miles. But it was a nice footpath along the river, so no regrets. And taxis were available...

It was a very nice experience staying at the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and the price are also fair. This is a very very good option in Idar Oberstein. I visit the town every year for buying stones at the local supplyers. This time i've tried the Kristall and it has been a wonderful surprise. Location perfect, a bit out of the centre on the top of a Hill with nice view and I also saw 2 baby deers getting there. Inside the hotel is modern and well organized.
