The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English, the property doesn’t look as nice from the outside, and its towards the back of the town, and parking isn’t onsite, but we managed to find a place very close by with no charge. I would definitely recommend staying here the roof terrace and honesty bar were a nice touch too.

After reading good reviews of this hotel we were left disappointed when we found the room had no tea or coffee making facility. The Wi-Fi and TV channels were poor. The bed was comfortable but there was only one very soft pillow each and the thin curtains let in the light. The breakfast options were sparse and there was no toaster. The staff were all very friendly and there was good parking.

Wonderful little hotel that was a perfect accommodation for a weekend trip. Our room had two nice views and plenty of space to unwind. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast (included) was a great way to start the day. The views just a few minutes away are absolutely lovely. Stay here every year. Warm welcome from owners, clean tidy and comfortable. Breakfast is more than adequate and evening meals are excellent. Only thing Missing are kettles and fridges in rooms, otherwise perfect!

Great time at the Hotel Bisenius! Room with balcony was very clean and with a fantastic view of the Moselle. Motorbike friendly hotel. The owner let us put our motorbike in his garage at the backside of the hotel and put his car in front of the garage. Very nice terrace on the edge of the Mosel River with a splendid view. Good value for your money 👍. Situated in the middle of the town centre nearby the viewpoints, you can do a boat trip just in front of the hotel.

We reserved the Suite at the annex of hotel Boutique Hotel Moseltor. However the Suite is located in the middle of Traben Trarbach at a very moderate location. All in all it looked uncomfortable and we decided to go back to the hotel and requested a better place. We paid allready € 735.00 and did get a small room at the hotel for two nights. Bad deal! Traben Trabach Wonderful little hotel - and we had the best room with a view of the Mosel. It would have been great if there had been an option of having a cup of coffee in the room. And we did not find the mobile air conditioner until the day we had to leave.

3 night stay at the start of July. Nice hotel, comfortable room and central location. Felt like we had the place to ourselves which was peaceful. Temperature reached 32 degrees one of the days and room stayed reasonably cool without air conditioning. Very thick walls may have helped. Definitely recommend it.

We stayed at the hotel during the Moselle wine night market. We received a very warm welcome and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The next morning there was a small but loving breakfast. It is important to the owners that their guests want for nothing and that they feel comfortable.

After a desperate search for an open restaurant, we ended up here and found an extremely friendly landlady. Although she was alone, she didn't turn us away (4 people) at the end of October. The other restaurants don't seem to need to extend their opening times by at least 2 days when the summer weather in October is great and the camper place is full. We'll definitely be back

Great bright rooms, delicious food (Pickert in a completely new creation) relaxed atmosphere, great area. The owner also gives recommendations on popular places and day tours. We visited the cylinder house in Bernkastell Kues and the Bundesbank bunker in Cochem. The underground Christmas markets are worth the trip. All in all, have already made several visits here and love to come back again and again

Hotel is quite isolated, offers a good starting point for hikes and motorbike tours. Rather old-fashioned decor, but everything OK. You have to like the fact that there is nothing going on around it, but it is also a country hotel and keeps what it promises. Deduction for the fact that there was no internet or telephone reception either in the hotel or outside. Difficult when you depend on it.

We were there with the whole family for a long weekend for a milestone birthday. Friendly reception, very large rooms, dinner (5-course gourmet menu) very tasty. Breakfast also very good. Great location and friendly staff. Room was a bit dated, and bed was not very comfortable. Loved having an extra space ("conservatory") but the couch was old and sagging. Parking was a ways down the street and there didn't seem to be a way to drive to the front of the hotel to drop off luggsge. Breakfast buffet on the other hand was amazing, though no coffee refills were offered.

This property was a little further out but it was very easy to navigate your way into the center of town-we walked to everything from this hotel! The staff were excellent and the hotel breakfast was the best we had in our travels. We traveled by bike and they had hotel storage and early check in. Would definitely stay again!

We found the accommodations AOK. The rooms are modern and complete but nothing to write home about. We had a view of the parking lot and our bikes were in safe storage. it was very quiet hotel, We walked to and from town no problem. on the last evening of our stay we wanted to give the small hotel restaurant a chance. and were surprised. you can expect really good, honest BUT simple home-style cooking in the restaurant zur post. no tourist trap! the food here is much better than the food that you can get in the relevant restaurants in the old town. these "top" rated tourist traps were all a horror from a culinary point of view...

We had a very nice room with a roof terrace and a view of the Moselle, everything was clean and well-kept. It's a historic building, so I can see the light soundproofing in the rooms. The only drawback, we booked with a dog. Breakfast included. But the dog is not allowed to stay alone in the room? But not in the breakfast room either... uhmmm, how am I supposed to have breakfast then, please? Therefore...
