Great hotel starlight in the center of the city easy access with parking place outside.. rooms are big and comfortable nice and big balcony with a great view... totally worth the visit will be coming back for sure!!!

Zurich is less than an hour away and day trips are possible. The staff is friendly, old-fashioned but modern facilities, clean and comfortable.

I stayed in a huge, clean and beautiful room at the 4th floor with a big balcony. Giant bathroom with a good shower. The morning sun shined in and woke me up in the morning on the soft king-size bed. The staff is absolutely friendly and ready to help. A breakfast buffet with a big choice between sweet and salty meals. Absolutely worth it!

Awesome zander filet , great salad , nice and delicious first taster on the house. They have a nice wine collection though comes at a price you would expect at a Michelin star restaurant. And dessert is a must try , fruits give the extra flavour with roasted almond and ice cream. Service could be improved but i believe we arrived at peak time so thats understandable. I have stayed here on multiple occasions whilst working close by. The hotel service is spectacular, always better than chain hotels. The restaurant has great food, generally not busy but that means you get to enjoy a great meal in a quiet location. The hotel is gem in the wutach valley. The room is modern and comfortable, but the star is definitely the downstairs restaurant and its chef. Amazing food and amazing staff service.

The stay was a pleasure in every respect. The professional and at the same time family atmosphere of this hotel is outstanding, the employees are a real team, the commitment of the management is noticeable in every detail. Added to this is excellent food, a wide selection, impeccable service and, as a now rare luxury, a bathtub in the unusually spacious bathroom. We will be back!

Good location in the pedestrian area of Waldshut and a nice room which was clean and tidy.

This is a quaint hotel in the heart of beautiful Old Town Waldshut. The young woman who checked us in was very warm and helpful. She gave us a great restaurant recommendation for dinner. There was no air conditioning, but we enjoyed the fresh air of having windows open at night. Usually that would be a deal-breaker, but we were there at the perfect time of year, so it was cool and pleasant.

On arrival, really confusing: no obvious entrance, apparently nobody present, a few open doors with little to nothing available... Eventually, after 10 min searching, ran into a guy coming out of one of the buildings. When I asked him about reception, he brought me to the in-house (closed, if I understand right) restaurant where the people helped with check-in (with varying degrees of friendliness...

Just an overnighter while we were on a cycling tour, friendly staff, unfortunately restaurant was closed, smallest double room €67 with breakfast for two, room was clean and good enough, breakfast was good.

The room was very nice, clean and quiet. We slept very well. The people were very hospitable and kind. Breakfast was good and nicely decorated.

Very impressed with the Kalbschnitzel and Rösti dish. The Rösti was more potato-ish and golden-crispy fried. With a light crust it still fell apart like a soufflé. The Kalbschnitzel was flavorsome and soft. Overall a simple dish thoroughly respected! The service was nice, and the chef personally came out to greet us once he had a break. We felt a fresh swabian friendliness here!

It's a simple restaurant with nice service. Unfortunately, despite the fact that it was on the menu, not all of the court compilations were available. The food is tasty, but nothing more. Maybe we'll go there again.

The breakfast was outstanding (better than brunch!). The service helped quickly with every issue. The spa was nice but during the day crowded, however, at the evening completely empty making it our private spa! The walks up on that plateau are outstanding. When the weather is good, you see the alps to the South and a 1000m height, the "valley" of Zürich below is just an amazing sight.

The quality of the food at the restaurant is top! The mineral swimming pool is the highlight of the hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful! The room is just average for my personal opinion, but it might be suitable for senior people.

Very nice wellness hotel with great food and great wellness center. The staff is very friendly and polite. The room (junior suite) is very nice and spacious, with "alpine view". Cleanliness is very important here. We will be happy to come back.

This was our first time at a wellness hotel and we absolutely loved it! Though arriving almost at midnight, they had a great variety of bread, sausages and cheese prepared for us. The room and the wellness area were incredible and the food absolutely delicious. Well definitely come back and recommend to anybody who considers spending some relaxing days here.

Nice little restaurant in the Black Forest region of Germany. Very few vegetarian choices but lots of meat and sausages. Nice beer Keller in the basement.

Everything is wonderful. Food is awesome, breakfast is more than enough and the buns are warm and the soft boiled egg is perfect. The church bells are really close but they didn't bother me in the room.

We spent two nights at the hotel and were satisfied. The room amenities were a bit dated, but the hotel was clean, and they served a delicious breakfast and lunch. The sauna, pool, and massages were all available and perfect for a wellness weekend.

Lovely hotel with great facilities for a relaxing break

Everyone was super friendly and the Wellness area was great. The breakfast was good too but it was everyday the same. The bathroom in the neighbour house was also very little. All in all we were Happy though.

We had a wonderful long weekend from Thursday to Sunday with the whole family (3 generations). The newly renovated hotel is breathtakingly beautiful and very quietly located in the middle of nature. In this hotel, the children are in the foreground, although the adults are also offered a lot. There are daily activities (crafts, face painting, animal feeding, etc..) that ensure a perfect daily routine...

Starting with the warm welcome by Sue to the many lovely employees in the service and in the kitchen. All around a house where you can only feel good. Everything is lovingly and practically furnished for traveling with children. There are many play opportunities in the hotel, from the playroom at the restaurant, which is supervised during dinner, to the ball pool and the climbing park in the swimming...

Idilic place to stay for the Christmas season. We arrived by train so had no transport of our own but this was not a problem, we enjoyed walking around the area. Very peaceful and isolated, perfect for us. We would like to return during the spring or summer to see the area in a different way.

The location is great! You are isolated from the rest of our busy world. Exactly what we were looking for: a small village with just four streets, no shops, no nothing, just nature (and a lot of trees). Bigger villages (shops, restaurants, sightseeing) are not too far away. During summertime there is not even a bus, so you definitely need a car! Schönenbach (exact name of this village) offers pure...

We had such a great time. We ordered a schnitzel with Jäger Sauce and fries and also deer goulash with Spätzle. Both very delicious. As dessert we had creme brulee, also very tasty. The staff were also very kind and the price was ok for what we ordered. Recommended! :)

Wonderful and welcoming this small​ family run hotel is located in a quiet town with impressive cathedral. Very traditional, lovely interior with some very pretty/art/hand made furniture pieces. Clean and beautifully maintained. There's a restaurant in the building that serves delicious freshly cooked, German food. Oh, and cherry schnapps!!! and beer! On their children's menu they have fish fingers...

Me as a representative of my company. I have arrived at the apartment. The rooms aren't bad, but the floors are very bad, it hasn't been painted in a long time. And the problem is the heating which didn't work. I advise you to refresh the apartment, paint the windows, apply acrylic and silicone. That no insects enter through the holes and that the lighting is better outside. The rest is OK. D&V BOJIC...

The rooms of the pension are big enough, but quite spartan. However, since you will be on the road anyway, that's perfectly fine with me. I particularly like the option of being able to check in flexibly. So you are not tied to the given times.

Nice clean spacious rooms. Toilet and shower separate. Comfortable beds. Friendly owners. A little distance from city. Windows overlook mountain opposite. Definitely recommend.
