Incredibly warm welcome from the very friendly and helpful receptionist. I was even allowed into my room earlier, which was very nice and very spacious. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful location and has a really great atmosphere! Always happy to be totally relaxing there again!

Lovely location, very handy for us to visit friends. Excellent breakfast. VERY helpful staff upon arrival (and throughout our stay). No problem with changing our room to suit our needs. Terrace area is really nice with good views. All staff were a credit to the Hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for a week and had a wonderful time! The room was very nicely furnished with a wonderful view of the Wassenberg! The bed linen took some getting used to, but you quickly forget about it when you get up in the morning and enjoy a great varied breakfast. the staff is very friendly and accommodating, I had a climate in the room and the bed was very comfortable however the room was also very shabby with no minibar. Particularly strange is the wood panelling of the ceiling was lying in bed I felt like I was in a coffin. The Breakfast was super.

Accurate and complete rooms in detail. Friendly staff, a surprising terrace inside. The breakfast is plentiful, you can smoke on the balconies outside the rooms without having to leave the hotel. I certainly know where to stay when I return to these parts!

Ideal location, very friendly.

The Rosenhof in Birgelen offers a modern Restaurant with a good selection and very friendly Service. The quality of the food is very good. The Rosenhof is also suitable for larger companies was excellent. In the summer a beer garden with shady trees invites you to linger.

fantastic couple who run this place, I was here visiting family and traveled from England, exceptional hospitality. we had to check out very early at 3am so we missed breakfast, the hosts left on our apartment door a snack bag for the road and some treats for my niece.

We were allowed to Sept. 16 a weekend in the citizen tube spend. Rooms were good, food was very good, the host couple Monika + Peter very warm and friendly. The house was the starting point for many Cycling tours. for example, Roermond. We will come back.

Wanted to be there when our grandchild started school. Therefore booked the Superior Suite with breakfast for four days. Enter the code on arrival so that the key is issued from the machine provided. So that the access to the house and room is guaranteed. Very nice park around the house which has certainly been restored with a lot of love and effort. Room on the second floor, however, a bit too dark...

Reasonable sized rooms, with good beds. Hotel could use a upgrade interior wise. We where there in the summer heat and with no air conditioning or a fan the room temperature was beyond comfortable, even with the windows open.

Soso hotel, in the middle of the city. Quite noisy when you try to ventilate the room. Small very basic bathroom. Ok breakfast. We're not able to serve dinner due to circumstances.

The staff was excellent, very nice and helpful for example putting a children's cot in our room in advance. The beds were very good and I slept like a baby. The room was clean and the bathroom was alright (albeit curious: it was a plastic structure built into the bedroom). We thought the burgers in the restaurant were a bit underwhelming, taste wise. The room and bathroom are very clean, the cleaning lady came every day, beds were comfy! It's located in the center, so everything you need is reachable in couple of minutes walking.

Very clean, well furnished and modern. The staff can respond to requests at very short notice and implement them quickly. As far as I know, the hotel itself does not have its own parking spaces, but this is not a problem in any way. There are tons of affordable parking spaces around the hotel.

Very nice hotel, which cannot be topped in the immediate vicinity. The bathrooms are huge and invite you to linger.

It was very pleasant there. The only downside was that my room was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Had a big heavy suitcase. The sports program was also done for the day. But all in all I was very happy. Gladly again.

Happened to get stuck in Heinsberg during my bike trip through the west-German region. Asked some local people where I could stay for a night, who recommended this lovely hotel. Having made no reservation, I was nevertheless greeted with a warm welcome, a good dinner, and a tall beer. All for a reasonable price.

Rooms are very nice & clean. Would have liked coffee/tea facilities in the room. Breakfast was nice, didn't have the cooked just fruit & yoghurt with some very nice bread.

Hotel Sarah is a fantastic surprise. The hotel presents itself fantastically well. The rooms and furniture are brand new. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are well equipped and spacious. Late check in is not an issue because there is a safe box from where keys can be taken with code. There is an ample parking ground outside of the hotel. The breakfast and the dining room is also quite impressive...

We stayed for one night at this lovely hotel and we had the best time there. The staff is super friendly and really make you feel like home. The room was brand new, very well thought out to meet all your needs in the smallest details. We had dinner there and it was a great experience, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was delightful. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean, modern, practical are the key words here. Very kind service. Breakfast was OK for a normal expectation. Had not tried the restaurant and on this I cannot comment but for the rest I can highly recommend and thus 5 stars.

Very cozy hotel! Rooms are nice and the staff is very nice too. The food at the restaurant is great! However, the restaurant is only open Tuesday through Sunday but breakfast is every day.

Hotel, employers and location: 1A. I missed signs to find the hotel. Room 1A, but restaurant not really to recommend for gourmets. They offer mostly fastfood like at McDonalds.

It is always a great place to stay. The hotel and the atmosphere is fantastic. If you are a Borussia Fan, it is a must to stay there.

The peace and quiet and the rooms are huge breakfast is abundant the staff was exceptional especially when i passed out and hit my head. They helped me out called an ambulance and once back I found a bowl of treats

The rooms and the hotel really in style and cool. However, the room size is ok, but the bathroom is tiny and really small. The service is ok, but not great. The hot water was running out after a short time and that made the day really no fun to start with. It was clean and up to date.

Not been back in the Tannenhof for many years. But when we were on duty in the nearby Ayrshire Barracks we always enjoyed this nice hotel. The food. The draft beers. Great to note it still is there and in operation as a family business

We know the Tannenhof for many years. And are Happy that it's still family run and doing well. In the old BAOR garrison years myself and some staff used to almost live in this nice quiet and laid back hotel.

A clean, small, family-run hotel on the outskirts of Mönchengladbach. The ride to the city takes a moment, but it is close to the stadium and a growing commercial area. They only serve breakfast, so be prepared to get your warm meals elsewhere. A supermarket is nearby. The charge for WiFi, but the prices are all right.

Large rooms (a bit of a 1970s feel. but clean and very spacious). The bed was comfortable and all was fine. The location is not great as not much in the immediate area.

The rooms and total aspect of the hotel do feel old as described in some other reviews. But they are kept very clean and overall its very quited and based in a residential area. The parking in the front of the hotel is limited but there is an easy access to the garage with more spaces. Free electric car recharching is offered aswell. Breakfast is good and there is a varierity of options.
