despite some initial difficulties, the staff was very kind and ready for any eventuality, amazing place!

The staff are first class. Very friendly lady at reception (Bilko?) I desperately tried to remember the name but I forgot again. All round a fantastic experience. Been many times mainly for conferences. Underground parking is top too. Easy to reach neighbouring towns eg Ravensburg

Excellent location, clean and big rooms. Very polite and courteous staff. Even accommodated early check-in and cancellations without any issues.

Can't say anything about the rooms, didn't stay there. Went there for a meal with friends and the food wasn't much to write home about 🙁. The meal of the day was a poultry leg that was not crispy and didn't look very appetizing. The accompanying pasta with tomato sauce and broccoli was ok. I had potato soup and it should have been creamy, but was more of a broth and no idea what it had to do with...

We stayed recently for five nights and can thoroughly recommend the hotel. Our breakfast each morning was a highlight with very friendly attention from Margot and from.Õzge.Our Room 10 was roomy and comfortable.We came to hear the Gabler organ in the Basilica over Easter.

I stayed at Art-Hotel for 1 month and I really recommend this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful, room is clean and the location is very good.

We were very satisfied. For 2 1/2 weeks we were treated courteously and always politely. If we had a request, it was responded to as quickly as possible. We were present with 4 people. Was there for one night on business. Good service and clean. Good mattress! Smokers can go out onto the balcony from their room. Free parking in front of the hotel. Right next to the hotel is a restaurant serving Italian cuisine. The tortellini panna's service were very good! I would stay there overnight again.

Hotel was sufficient. The beds a little narrow and short. Hotel ambience sufficient for this unbeatable price! Since I don't eat breakfast I can't comment on that. If I'm in the area again, I will visit this hotel again. 4* because the parking spaces are very narrow and not sufficient.

Small room with single bed. Balcony door was opened when I arrived - at 2 degrees Celsius outside temperature. Room never got warm during the two days stay. Broken shower cabin. Noisy toilets. In total not a recommendation. On the other hand free parking and really downtown.

Liked the location, and the size of the room. Didn't liked the cleaness and the fact that in hot days, some rooms are impossible to use due to the lack of air conditioner.

Rooms are quite big , comfortable and very clean. Abundant breakfast at cheap price. Staff is polite and very kind. Definitely not a 3 stars hotel: 4 stars would be legit!

Nice quiet room, all the employees made me feel welcome and spoke perfect English, breakfast was very good, and they have parking. The room was spacious by German standards. No air conditioning but it was not that hot during my stay.

Great place, the menu gives you a great choice of excellent food. The food was really delicious. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms (I had a renovated room) are spacious and comfortable.

Eva and Wolfgang were the local tour guides to the bar at Hotel Storchen on the day I visited. Great beer and schnapps. Full dinner menu is worth sticking around for. Otherwise this bar is quiet and unassuming. Well worth the stop in Ravensburg.

Very small room with a tiny bathroom. Equipment okay. Breakfast is rather boring with no fruit and only a cereal. Staff is dedicated. There are only 2 Parking spaces are available. Parking is in the adjacent street, if something is free.

Nice homely place. Breakfast is good. Rooms are nice. Parking is a big problem though. Came on a business trip and enquired by check in about parking. Was told need to go to another partner hotel to enquire about parking. Went there and was told to park on the road which is metered parking and valid for max 2 hours. So had to go back multiple times to pay the meter until 6pm . Now as a foreigner coming...

Lovely location in old city centre. Hotel rooms / suite has sep bedroom with 2 double beds. Lounge dining area with kitchenette. Modern, clean and tasteful charm. Friendly service. Super street view. We will be back !

We have been there for 2 nights Dinner while travelling to Ravensburg. Its a nice location and typical German food. they don't serve American food. They can definitely improve their service. potatoes fries are not crispy and they don't serve hand made sausages/ mayanose.

Good restaurant at the heart of the city. Fast service, food tasted good. Very crowded during lunch time, I would recommend eating dinner here.

The hotel was easy to find using in car navigation. Staff were good to work with & accommodating . Room is slightly smaller but adequate for two for a night. Property was spotless, breakfast was well presented & tasty selections available even for us non European. Only critique, couple of extra pillows & non slip mat in the shower would be appreciated.

-Although the hotel is only about a 10-minute walk from the train station, there are only construction sites and commercial buildings along the way, and there is a tunnel. It is very quiet and no one is there. Travelers who arrive after dark should be careful. -There was a problem with the check-in system when we arrived and it took a long time to deal with it, but the staff was friendly and polite...

Team, was SUPER helpful and honest. The people working found out son's watch, helped us on sending it back home! Really appreciate a place where people is honest and helpful!

My room is clean and tidy. The hotel did not provide a kettle so I could not have hot drink in my room. The hotel is a bit far from the train station when I have two 20 kgs- luggages with me. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for my friends.

My recent stay at the B&B hotel in Ravensburg was fantastic. The staff was courteous, the room was cozy, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. The price was good too. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ravensburg.

For the Price it was a alright Hotel to stay in. Nothing too fancy but the best part is its location, which is right in the city center. Every shopping store and Restaurants were in walking distance.

Great location. Olive and Wolfgang are wonderful owners who strive to provide the absolute best experience for their guests. I will never stay anywhere else but here when visiting Ravensburgh. This is my second visit!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Wolfgang, Olive and their staff is so amazing. I had a lovely time getting to know them. Highly recommend eating and staying here. They have some of the best food that you can find in the city. When you stay at the hotel you will feel like family and that is a very special thing.

Definitely the best experience I've had at any hotel. Staff is very open, kind and friendly. Very much so will do anything to make sure that your stay is a comfortable one. It's kept very tidy as well. As far as hotels go, you can only go right with this one. Haven't tried the food as of yet, but it looks and smells wonderful. I'll see about attending a breakfast one of these days soon during my stay...

One of the best restaurants in Ravensburg. Really good Swabian food and some special dishes. All accessible via wheelchair. Please note that vegetarian options are given but less due typically Swabian food. Staff is awesome and if you need something just let them know. 5* without doubt!

I booked 2 standard rooms but both were equipped with accessible facilities. There was no space on the bathroom countertop to place my own toiletries, and the space next to the bed was relatively small.

Perfect for a city break in Ravensburg, right next to the train station (though you'll not hear one from your room) so you're connected to just about everywhere. Friendly staff and onsite parking.

Very conveniently located to train station, super market, restaurants, taxi stand etc. Room and breakfast were good and front office staff very friendly and helpful. Only issue was the thermostat in the room was not easy to operate making the room quite hot and had to keep the windows open. Will stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is 15 meters away from the station, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are very good and the breakfast tastes good. I really like it and will continue to visit next time. There is a big supermarket nearby.

I gave 4 stars because I was not satisfied with the hygiene of the bathroom. More attention should be paid to bathroom hygiene, especially in the shower and toilet. I will return to this hotel with great pleasure. I wish all employees good health!

Nice hotel with a little retro atmosphere, very close to the historic walls and gates to the ancient city. Little breakfast rooms but food was good, maybe just lacking a little on the 'sweet side', very kind lady taking care of the breakfast. Room was spacious. Parking space right there for the guests included in the price together with the breakfast.

Great hotel! Loved every second of the stay and the kids were delighted with all the different playgrounds.

Everything about the hotel was amazing, the staff, the room, the food, all great. The hotel grouods are very clean and its a very interesting concept (Erlebnishof is an adventure farm hotel typical of Germany). Family friendly atmosphere with lots of activities for families and a great place for solo travellers.

Its a perfect place for kids. As well adults who want place outside city. Village life but with hight comfort standard (in my opinion).

The place was quite, even we knew that you were modernising a few buildings. It's a real family place for children.

Once you figure out where the reception and your room are, it's a lovely setting. On a cherry farm, with a few cows very close. As it's family oriented, lots of kids related noise as can be expected. My studio was big, clean and well furnished, though lacking in storage space for your clothes.

Very kind and helpful staff. Ideal location if you wish to visit Ravensburg and the Bad Waldsee region or if you are on the way to/from Bodensee. The third bed for our adult-size son was a bit small, so we didn't give it 5 stars.

Super customer oriented stuff - we were arriving late and were awaited for even outside the standard check in hours. Outstandingly clean room, ideal location for a sleep over on the way from Italy to Germany.
