Nice hotel, new and clean, staff polite and spoke good English. Bar was good but closed at 10pm. The hotel reception area had a very bad smell of bad eggs, think the drains needed checking. Good underground parking.

Super friendly Staff and always helpful. Terrace was lovely for drinks and the nearby running river provided a relaxing atmosphere. Rooms were clean and Hotel is centrally located for a city tour of the old city or trip to the mall all within short walking distance.

Nice hotel near my work and less than a 10 minute walk from the old city. The staff is excellent here, they work really hard and are very helpful. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and has everything you could want and more. Great value here as well.

Hotel is quite near the centre and to the Altstadt. Room had everything including tea and coffee facilities, and was clean. Comfortable beds too. Also underground car parking was nice to have. Nice breakfast, friendly staff.

Not at its best during COVID - all hotels are impacted during COVID with special measures, we got it and this seems what the hotel staff want us to believe. Fortunately Vienna House was the last stop during our two weeks holiday trip in Switzerland, Italy and Germany at various 4 star hotels, Vienna House seems the most unprepared. The child bed promised by email prior to arrival wasn't prepared and...

A luxurious and innovative hotel. Spacious rooms with lovely green views. Must visit the nearby Leica Museum. About 60 meters from the hotel there is a small shop for morning newspaper drinks and sandwiches. The only downside is the location away from the city. It is recommended to have a car.

The hotel has the facilities but the whole place looks like it got stuck in the early 19th century. The rooms are large and there are some modern cupboards in but the toilets is very old and there are cracked tiles and some dirt around the toilet bowl and the shower. The cleanliness of the toilets is quite disappointing. The reception seems modern but it feels like that is where they stopped caring...

Place is nice and calm. No doubt the breakfast is noticeably better than others. 5th and 6th floor got no AC, that could be a problem in summer. Room service was not at par, could have been better. Rooms are specious and we'll maintained

Personal are sympathetic, but audibility of rooms disappointed me. I can't sleep at night and had to listen every step outside. And there was huge garbage can under my window and each time somebody threw a garbage, I heard BOOM!

Nice hotel, top value for money. You will enjoy your stay here and will miss anything! The only complain is a side of the wellness under maintenance and the air dryer in the room, really poor quality. The breakfast was amazing!

Great hotel, great staff and a whole boatload of character. The fresh trout dinner in the restaurant downstairs is amazing, everything is classic to historical in styling and the building itself used to be an old time mail service. In the past I must have gotten lucky, this time not. Rooms on fourth floor are small, hot, only have a small window, and most importantly the bed was uncomfortable and sideways tilted (room 417). At some point in the night or morning there were repeated noises of boxes of bottles (or dishes) being moved around. Linens and towels changed daily, good selection for breakfast although white bread is preferred but not supplied. Reception staff are very nice and greet you every time, very clean room and comfy beds. The area is very nice and alot of history is to be found. I love it here! :)

Love this little gem in the heart of downtown Wetzlar. No elevator, so would not be the best choice for some one who is physical disabled. Staff verrrrrrrry warm and accommodating. Rooms are small, but very cozy. A lovely breakfast included in the price per night, as well as free parking. Grocery shop just outside of hotel's main entrance, as well as tons of shopping, cafe's etc alllll around this...

We have come to appreciate this hotel and will probably make it our regular hotel as we visit our daughter several times every year. In short: it is nicely furnished. The rooms are all calm and decorated in white. Everything was very clean and the breakfast is more than good. The staff is very nice. Parking spaces available all around :-)

The beds were uncomfortable, the room was very noisy. The environment is quiet, apart from the nocturnal highway noise. But you can only hear them when the wind is bad. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very poor, you have to order every single little thing, that's annoying. Price close to the tolerance limit.

All you need to stay the night and have a breakfast. In the room is no feature at all to have a drink. A tea or coffee would be appreciated in the room.

I left something behind without realizing it, and because I had already re-booked for the following week he just kept it gave it to me when I checked back in. Six of us stayed for one night during a canoe tour in August. Everyone liked their room, it was clean and tidy. Yes the bathroom was quite small but sufficient for one person. Two people at the same time is already very cuddly. I would also like to mention the wonderful location. On the one hand you quickly have shops (Penny, etc...), Sparkasse and restaurants. On the other side of the river there...

Thank you for the friendly and helpful service. We were able to store our paddling gear in the garage until we left. Our room was pleasantly quiet overlooking the river. We slept very well with the window open. (mosquito screen). The breakfast buffet was typical for a hotel of this class: sufficient and good. We'd love to come back.

Very good location, just a few steps to the bridge over the Lahn. 5 minutes to the old town. The rooms in the pension are very well furnished. Reception very nice. Breakfast was really good, good selection. Price performance is okay.

Nice and clean, new furniture (looks like new). Heating did not work in my room, but it was ok, I used the electric heater from the bathroom.

Very nice business hotel at a very convenient place. Very near to the main station and walking distance to the old town. Rooms are good. The hotel also has a parking lot. Also surrounded by few good restaurants that serve Italian, Thai, Turkish, German, indian food. Breakfast is good. Only limitation is that they do not serve lunch or dinner.

Friendly English speaking staff, decent breakfast, no traffic noise in room due to double layer window. Staff were able to help me with my desk being too far from the power socket, 5/5 service. Decent room for the price tag. Wifi may be weak in certain rooms.

We spent there one night. The room was clean and tidy, there is a FREE parking for your car, FREE Wi-Fi, and the breakfast is included in the price. The staff is very nice too. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is very old fashioned. Nothing luxurious, plain rooms and squieeky beds. Ok for bussines stay. But restaurant. That is whole another story. Very nice ambient, and food is siply delicious. I tried various versions of schnitzel amd all were sooo good. Staff is same for hotel and restsurant. And they are nice, polite and freindly. All in all nice place to stay if you are not too picky of fancy rooms

Could have more vegan options, other than that this place is really nice. Comfy atmosphere and really friendly staff.
