Hotel Keil

We were very satisfied, except that the hotel does not have its own parking which is not very nice,

Very nice staff. They do everything to make you feel comfortable. The reception is not staffed in the afternoon. But everything is explained well by email so that you can get to the hotel and into your room without any problems.

We arrived on Thursday afternoon, it was very easy to get our key as the code was sent to us by email two days before. At the reception we had the key to the very nicely decorated maritime room. We had a little surprise for dessert. Well, the bathroom was small but had everything you needed, shower gel and a hairdryer. The breakfast in the morning was more than plentiful, as it was always replenished. OK, the parking lot wasn't cheap, but if you organize a P pass for the parking garage a few days before arrival you can park for €3 per entry and exit (this makes you think about whether you actually need the car and wouldn't rather leave it parked) . Everything can be reached on foot or even by bus.
So we felt really comfortable and are happy to recommend the hotel 🏨 and we'll be back the next time we visit Wilhelmshaven.

Nice cozy place! I sent an email a day before to check availability and they replied quick. Also wanted to store my bike, they left notes for all the procedures as I came outside of check-in times. Very friendly and responsive peoples. If I travel again to this region, I would definitely stay here. Plus the bread at breakfast was one the best I had :)

I can only recommend it! It was a great price, you have everything you need in the room and it is very comfortably furnished. So I would definitely book there again :) when I called the emergency number because I had to spontaneously book another evening, the manager was very understandable and calmly clarified everything with me the next morning. The staff is also very friendly and the location so close to the city center was super convenient for me to see everything about the North Sea Passage 😊👍🏻thanks for the support and the great stay!

A very nice and clean room in which we felt very comfortable. We were welcomed very lovingly. Finally a hotel with really good beds. THANKS!!! The breakfast is plentiful and lovingly prepared. We'd love to come back

Was here in May 2023. Basically, I can recommend the hotel, but the parking spaces are a little off the beaten path (5 minutes on foot) and are not exclusive to hotel guests.

The room (No. 12) was clean, the bed quite comfortable and the staff helpful and nice. Unfortunately there was no lockable safe in my room. The breakfast made a good impression and the atmosphere was very relaxed. There was also a reading area with numerous books.

All in all a positive overall impression 🙂👍🏻

Small hotel in an old building in the middle of the city. Unfortunately no elevator. But everyone was very friendly and tried hard.
Small fine breakfast buffet. Clear but fresh, everything you need. A little tip: fresh scrambled eggs or fried eggs are only available to order. Unfortunately there is no sign anywhere. It's a pity, I only read that by chance in a review, so we tried it out on the last day. Delicious.
For allergy sufferers, gluten and lactose-free breakfast can be ordered in advance without any problems. I liked that very much.
Price performance good.
