Central location in the heart of old town - most cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the walk along the river with the kids to play tennis each morning.

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of the city, restaurant and bar was outstanding with the whole crew friendly and helpful. Missing one star due to my room not being able to control the temp and got quite chilly at night also didn't understand why the electric stayed on when I left my room. Normally you have a place to insert your card but I had none.

The Hotel Rotenberg is a delightful and friendly place to stay near Wittlich. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The rooms are spacious and clean and the food is first rate.

A decent steakhouse in Wittlich with a few options and a free salad bar. Wait staff was accommodating and fairly responsive to our parties needs. Most of the steaks were cooked right with a few misses. Good place to have a decent steak for dinner.

Our stay at Wittlicher hof was for a sad reason because our dad died during that stay and we were there with him at the hospital. Wittlicher hof took very good care of us and made our stay as easy as possible. Including arranging a last minute diner for us for 20 people at Saturday night. Thanks a lot for making our stay a little more easy.

It is a small nice hotel which is not directly recognizable from the outside. The couple is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large and spacious, but furnished in an old-fashioned way, which runs through the whole house and therefore also fits. The bathroom was clean and modern. The house is beautiful, the rooms are lovingly and comfortably furnished and there is a great breakfast in a unique environment. We didn't really like the place itself, but there are nice hiking trails and those who are mobile can drive to great places nearby.

Nice little hotel in the immediate vicinity of the Moselle. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. The rooms were clean. The head of the house and all his employees were extremely friendly. A motor boat tour offered by the house to Traben-Trarbach was a lot of fun.

I was cycling and needed a shower and a place to sleep; for this purpose it was entirely ok. The staff is nice. We stayed in a separate house nearby. There was a shack for bicycles that was locked, which was great. A spaceous bathroom, which was also great. Beautiful quaint B&B on a quiet street yet walkable to local cafes. My room was clean and nicely decorated. A nice A/C unit which was welcomed in the hot summer weather. They offer bikes you can borrow to ride into town. There is also a bike path that follows the river across the street. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is very neat and clean, the rooms are really nice. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much. The breakfast is very extensive and delicious. They even make fresh scrambled eggs for you. All in all highly recommended, everything is perfect. There is just no elevator.

We made a last minute booking and had a very pleasant stay. Good location and good parking facilities when travelling by car. Food was good and the staff nice and welcoming.

We were lucky and asked if there was anything else available. There was exactly one room left, it was very small, but we were told that from the start. And was great for staying overnight. The breakfast was very rich and plentiful. All in all a very great overnight stay. We'd love to come back.

Below average food at a premium price. Steak (ordered medium) was tasteless and tough as an old boot. Wines are good but very pricey compared to similar wines in the region.

The best staff I have ever had help us! We showed up late and they still served us dinner and made us warm drink too warm up after 12 hours on bicycle! Room was great and we slept amazingly also! Nice hotel for sleeping with breakfast, beautiful area for cycling and walking around the Moselle

Our conclusion: Moselle and Brauneberg, gladly again. The view of the Moselle and the vineyards is great. The hostess is tried hard, the breakfast was not outstanding but ok. Unfortunately, the bed linen and towels were already quite worn and the TV was more than small, so it was not possible to watch relaxed in the evening.
