A good location with quite a lot of parking. The staff was nice and professional.

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of the city, restaurant and bar was outstanding with the whole crew friendly and helpful. Missing one star due to my room not being able to control the temp and got quite chilly at night also didn't understand why the electric stayed on when I left my room. Normally you have a place to insert your card but I had none.

Central location in the heart of old town - most cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the walk along the river with the kids to play tennis each morning.

The Hotel Rotenberg is a delightful and friendly place to stay near Wittlich. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The rooms are spacious and clean and the food is first rate.

A decent steakhouse in Wittlich with a few options and a free salad bar. Wait staff was accommodating and fairly responsive to our parties needs. Most of the steaks were cooked right with a few misses. Good place to have a decent steak for dinner.

Our stay at Wittlicher hof was for a sad reason because our dad died during that stay and we were there with him at the hospital. Wittlicher hof took very good care of us and made our stay as easy as possible. Including arranging a last minute diner for us for 20 people at Saturday night. Thanks a lot for making our stay a little more easy.

It is a small nice hotel which is not directly recognizable from the outside. The couple is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large and spacious, but furnished in an old-fashioned way, which runs through the whole house and therefore also fits. The bathroom was clean and modern. I don't understand what some people are writing here. Dog barking, the dog was there. But has not reported...

The house is beautiful, the rooms are lovingly and comfortably furnished and there is a great breakfast in a unique environment. We didn't really like the place itself, but there are nice hiking trails and those who are mobile can drive to great places nearby.

Very friendly hosts, lovely rooms and very central in Wittlich. Only stayed one night but hope to return soon.

Very nice and I rekommend it

Nice little hotel in the immediate vicinity of the Moselle. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. The rooms were clean. The head of the house and all his employees were extremely friendly. A motor boat tour offered by the house to Traben-Trarbach was a lot of fun.

Thank you Ian & Hayley for a fantastic few days at the moselchild hotel. The location is perfect for some sight seeing and wine tasting. We hired some bikes from the hosts (they have normal ane ebikes) and spent a day biking through the hills to some of the more remote wineries. Excellent, professional service. Everything we wanted was provided pro-actively without being intrusive. Secured parking, with charging facilities, for bikes was a nice feature. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was the best during our stay in the Mosel valley. Do try the local dessert wine :-)

not a quiet place. busy roads in front and at the back. no airconditioning, so when opening the window is needed, it's noicy. we missed a fridge in the room. diner and breakfast are good. friendly owners. clean rooms.

Great food and perfect service! The lady who served us was so nice, spoke English to us when we needed it and kept her charming German when we understood it!

We made a last minute booking and had a very pleasant stay. Good location and good parking facilities when travelling by car. Food was good and the staff nice and welcoming.
