Poor customer service
Customer service was poor. Went down for breakfast at 9.30 and was all packed away and the staff was eating breakfast. Try to ask for a refund and was told sorry dont speak english

Quite small rooms, and they charge for everything extra (parking as well and there is no other place to park nearby, so if you come by car you’ll have to pay) … be careful about breakfasts being included, it is not.

At 16€ per person, the breakfast is absolutely, ridiculously too expensive for the limited selection available. No hot meats or scrambled eggs.

The hotel is off the highway and very noisy if you leave the window cracked for fresh air.

It was unremarkable stay, we will not come back, instead opt for something closer to the city center with street parking options and complimentary breakfast.

We stayed in this hotel,when we were making a transit in Wolfsburg for our trip to Poland from UK. The first night was alright until I mistakenly broke a small lamp which wouldn’t even cost more than €30. I informed them and even opted to pay. On my way back from Poland we made a stop at this hotel for the night to remind them again of the broken lamp. As soon as we entered our hotel room the first thing we saw was a huge cockroach which scared the kids to hell, I managed to kill it . Later on I went down stairs to get the price of the lamp, the receptionist by name ALINA told me she will get the price and let me know. Late in the night I heard a knock on my door whiles I was fast asleep. I opted to open and she said she had gotten the price of the lamp, to my surprise €105 which I can swear on my life this small lamp wouldn’t cost more than €20 or €30. She forcibly told me I had to pay now whiles I was almost half naked. I did put on some clothes, went down stairs and she told me I had to pay cash, that’s where I started sensing something fishy. I kindly told her I can only pay by card and her reply was then I can’t get you a receipt so make the payment by cash. She started fumbling when I asked of her manager’s name, head office number and her name. She quickly changed her mind for me to pay by card. The air conditioning doesn’t even work and we were soaked in sweat the whole night. I have decided to contact their head office for this unprofessional approach and take this matter further. Graziella and Alina were the ones conniving to dupe me for such an absurd amount. Hoping to speak to their manager Richarda in the morning. I wouldn’t recommend such a horrible hotel and service to anyone not even family or friends. Stay away and get the hotel opposite for value for money. Such a horrible service . They don’t even deserve one star.
