The place is big and cozy, there are two pools where you can swim and in front of the beach too. I'm not a fan of swimming in a beach so the pool is really helping me to enjoy the trip. The food is nice but sometimes bland. Overall the stay is good. Thankyou.

We spent two nights at this place. Hotel little old and need renovation but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was nice. Location is very good. Hotel has private beach at the bank of Suez Canal. You can swim if you want. We are leaving with very good memories. I hope we can come and meet this lovely people again.

The staff is excellent and helpful,
The location is good only one hour from Cairo, one of the good places to enjoy the quietness, gardens and great sea view.
Swimming pools are well serviced however its very old and needs renovation.
Food is very good (varieties and quantities) during the weekends with parties, but during the week day is average.
The furniture design in the cabins is good but old needs renovation, mattresses are not comfortable. In my last day there was alot of ants in the path room.
Housekeeping are helpful in the cabins but needs to be more professional.
The hotel needs to have a good kids area and playground in shade, because what I have seen is not considered a kids area.
Overall the hotel is good and I enjoyed my stay, sure I will visit it again and I recommend it.

Family friendly place. Perfect for long weekends. Not a very luxurious place but value for money. No kettle, extra meals available with reasonable cost. Food quality is good and there are a lot of varieties. No problem with the Burkini. Staff is extremely friendly. We enjoyed our weekend there.

Amazing service, friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, small but nice beach, outdated but great facilities, good breakfast buffet but it needs variety, and lovely view. This place is better for relaxation or family visits revolving around swimming in the lake or pool only. Fayed has nothing to do.
