The service needs revision as their is an obvious lack of personnel, their was hardly bar service on the lake and at the time of breakfast. Surely need a larger swimming pool too.
Stunning panoramic views from both the rooms and the rooftop terrace, perfect for sunrise and sunset.
- Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ismailia، the views alone make it worth it.
1- Smooth and easy check-in process.
2- The room was incredibly spacious and impressive.
3- The room was impeccably clean and comfortable.
4- The location and view were outstanding.
Cons:
1- Many staff members seemed unfriendly and maintained poker faces.
2-The guards frequently approached guests on the beach to inquire about their status, which felt unnecessary. They kept asking us if we were guests or not!! It might be better to implement a system like bracelets or barriers at the restaurant entrance instead of this bothersome practice.
3- The beach was disappointingly littered with garbage.
4-The hotel's exterior appeared quite old, which didn't match the quality of the rooms; it could benefit from renovation.
