We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa which was excellent. Very roomy and had great amenities.
The staff were exceptionally kind and professional, especially at the reception, where we were greeted with genuine warmth and a beautiful smile that made us feel truly welcome.
The hotel’s location is a peaceful paradise with breathtaking views of Lake Timsah. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered stunning scenery right from the window.
Everything — from the food to the atmosphere — exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find a place that combines elegance, tranquility, and such genuine hospitality.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable escape. We can’t wait to come back again!
