Service staff was friendly. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa which was excellent. Very roomy and had great amenities.

Environment and service are good.

The lake view room has a nice view, the carpet is a bit dirty and the air conditioner is quite noisy, but everything else is good.

Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for their responsiveness. All the staff is very friendly. The room cleaning is very good. The reception staff is always ready to help. The food at breakfast and dinner is always fresh and delicious, the chefs always want to please the guest. The rooms are modern with lots of connectors and sockets.

Good location, and clean facility

Everything was fine the room was spectacular panoramic 270 degrees view spacious room the staff were excellent the hotel is new. Need improvement the WiFi . The breakfast buffet is above average typical delicious Egyptian food. The weather is the above expectations

The place is big and cozy, there are two pools where you can swim and in front of the beach too. I'm not a fan of swimming in a beach so the pool is really helping me to enjoy the trip. The food is nice but sometimes bland. Overall the stay is good. Thankyou.
