Hotels in Ismailia

They have big issues with cleanness and service, very slow, bed sheets not changed. Breakfast not value for money and much less than similar hotes

The room is clean, the bed, below, bathroom, breakfast, all are good. Just need to add sleepers for the bathroom. I liked the great view, and the best part was walking on the beach at night.

Very nice located hotel.view adorable. Reception staff need training how to deal with guest especially their senior one. They allow you one key for the double room and if you need to go to your room you have the reception to send a worker with a master key to open the door. The rest is a very bad experience.chef have no idea how to cook. Sooooo sad to leave such beautiful exceptional lovely place to...

In general it's not bad The best thing in the hotel is it's location Food and drinks are OK Rooms are humble but clean For a businesses trip it's cost effective For a vacation it's better to consider Mercure hotel in Ismailia .. Just near it

The view is good however el temsah lake is good view from the room but very polluted if you tried to get aside The room service workers are very lazy and uncooperable even after taking tips The worker at the pool was impolite The food was very simple, just 3 types no diversity however was well cooked

Very nice and clean hotel. The view is so wonderdul from my room (3002) i really enjoyed my stay. I would like to thank Ahmed&Eslam in the reception they were very nice . i will come back to see them again ❤️

The housekeeping department does an excellent job ..The public areas are clean .and Ahmed and Elham do great job cleaning the rooms with very good quality.. Room 425
