We had read poor reviews about this hotel. I'm not sure why.
We had a fantastic Bedoin lunch here.
Our bathroom needed attention (the lavatory faucet was loose and the light above the sink was out). But considering that the hotel is large and "in the middle of nowhere", we had no complaints.

1. The location of the place is awesome. It is nestled among the mountains of Sinai.
2. Rooms have basic facilities.
3. Extremely cold at night.
4. AC vent was leaking.
5. WiFi available only in the reception area.
6. The supervisor at the restaurant is unfriendly and exhibits agressive behaviour particularly to Indians.

The only option we had for Mount Sinai expedition. Overall, the room just a transit before or after our trip to Mt. Sinai. The rest is depending on your expectation. The restaurant just for filling the stomachache from starving. The restaurant manager was quite rough and rude. Not welcoming at all. If there is another option to stay, I will not stay here for sure. Only the location is strategic.

Rooms were dirty. It's the only hotel close to the Sinai, but it could offer better service. It could it be cleaner and be in a better shape.

It was amazing, I really liked the style and look of the buildings and rooms, the view of the mountains was also beautiful, my only concerns were that the food was not that good and the quality of the rooms and doors etc. But other than that it was amazing

The outside looks great. The rooms were much worse than expected. The heat hardly worked, the room was freezing with tile floors. The TV was a CRT one from 50 years ago. The whole thing is old!!

1. The room was freezing during night stay and should have a heater. I actually had minor cramp whilst sleeping.
2. Room 523 which I stayed in had no TV and when I visit others room they have it. I had no in-room entertainment.
3. WiFi is available in the lobby but doesn't reach the rooms. The receptionist was kind to provide password. Shops owners also offered their WiFi but theirs isn't always on.
4. The shops sell souvenirs but I would be nice if they have convenient shop as well. (for late night drinks/snacks)
5. The view of sunrise on mountain ranges was beautiful.

The rooms need remodelling. So hard to even open and close unit door. The food waa good, many choices. Very quiet.

Humble rooms fit for the setting. Very comfortable. The service from all the staff was great! This includes bellmen, restaurant staff as well as the front desk. Highly recommend when visiting the area.
