Edit: I added another star for the friendly staff. Not recommended for a family. The pool looks way worse than the photo. Do not let the other photos fool you. There is no aquapark in the pool as such photos show. It looks like it wasn't maintained for months.

worst place in service, and treatment . I don’t advise anyone to go to this hotel at all. There are no features in it, and the staff deals with the guests as if they are sympathetic to us.

Worst hotel experience ever. Do not stay under any circumstances, don’t try to save up money with this hotel, it is not worth your health and safety.

1. Check in took me 5 hours and I had do sleep under the stairs in the lobby, even though the rooms were fully booked and paid in advance. Then they tried to scam me for money by saying my money were refunded to means I had to book the room again (it was obvious that they have not refunded anything). Suddenly, when the representative of a ministry came in (whom I called), the room was magically available.

2. To illustrate the level of cleanliness, I can just share that my body was completely covered with bed bug bites. My friends complained about the same experience staying on another floor.

3. Key cards do not work. It means that when you arrive tired and sleepy, you have to find the hotel stuff to make your key card work for your room. Every evening.

4. Cheap breakfast, do not expect much and tasty.

Please, my honest wish for you is to avoid this hotel. Then my experience would have been worth it if no one would have to go through such a horrendous experience again.

I would have given it 0 stars If I could. The hotel seemed okay at first when we first checked it out but it turns out they lied about how the rooms were ready and were waiting for the delegate and when he arrived, nothing was ready. Plus there was a receptionist and a guy fighting. Also their process is like 1950s where there is no computers or electronics. And during this process the power went out. They also treated us like school kids when we first got here.

Food is so sooo bad rooms wasn't good and staff was soooooo slooow hope to improve quality and it's not more than 3 stars

They never answer the phone. Have been trying to reach them for 4 days with no luck.

Bad neighborhood, very far from any activities to do in sharm. The staff is very rude and non-friendly, costumer service means nothing for them. The food tastes so bad that I had to eat from outside every night
