This was a very bad experience. I would not go anywhere near this hotel again.
Some staff were good, some were very rude, obnoxious, and arrogant.
To say this was a bad experience is an understatement.
Do not stay at this hotel as the price is extortionate. I was charged equivalent of £3626 for one night around 5000 euros, excluding breakfast!
I have travelled around the world in 5 star luxury hotels and paid less than 10% of the cost of this hotel.
This is not a luxurious hotel!
There are prostitutes soliciting you outside the hotel door.
The food at breakfast was poor for the 40 Euro cost.

Perfect walking distance from old town as well as to the Guggenheim along the riverfront. Very helpful, hospitable, friendly, efficient staff with great recommendations! Unai was particularly great. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay for one night at the start of a holiday in Cantabria/Asturias. Unai at reception was very helpful and showed us some recommendations for dining and seeing some of the main sites.
Our room was clean, a nice comfortable bed and the bathroom was very good - with a powerful shower.
No hesitation recommending the hotel as a perfect location to see Bilbao. So good in fact we decided to book again when we return to Bilbao tomorrow before heading home.

This hotel is located by the river. It's very scenic. Room size is great. We can walk to attractions and restaurants within 2 km

Thank you Angel at the reception for kindness and such a nice welcoming! We arrived very late in Bilbao and started to call all hotels in town to find a room to sleep. Only Angel said "yes, we can help" and offered so comfortable rooms and beds at a good price! Yes, we'll surely book here again and warmly recommend Hesperia, it made such a nice impact on our family journey!

Hotel is well located, close to the Guggenheim and a short walk from the old town. The room was very nice, very clean and comfortable. Very good value for money.

Clean and attractive.
So-so for the price!
The location is opposite the Jubijuri Bridge, so it's not completely good!
The facilities are the best, but the breakfast quality could be a little better!

Family trip with our pet very positive, they treated us great! Close to the old town and next to the museum and the estuary.
