Everything was fine. The elevator allows for a spectacular view of the interior and a fun experience as well. The mini fridge was packed with goodies. Well equipped working table. It was in a good location for what we were doing. The rooms were good. It has two beds that are pushed together but an overall good size and comfort. The breakfast has a good selection with friendly staff.

Wonderful and beautiful hotel. I had the pleasure of staying during Asta Naguisa. The service was excellent and even helped us get a last minute booking at a sister hotel. The location and the metro station beside the hotel allowed freedom to move around without an issue. I would highly recommend and look forward to visiting the beautiful city of Bilbao again.

Impressive hotel perfectly located for exploring the handsome city of Bilbao. The Guggenheim is just across the street from it. Many of Bilbao's lovely other attractions are just a short stroll from the hotel. The breakfast offered in the rooftop restaurant is thoughtful, varied and of a high quality. Thank you for making my birthday in Bilbao so special. We got a great room, the entire concierge team was an absolute delight, and I arrived to find chocolates in my room. It really made the trip special. Also the bed was really comfortable and the location couldn’t be more convenient.

We had a very pleasant long weekend in Bilbao while staying at the Hotel Hesperia. The hotel is ideally located near all the main attractions and many restaurants in the heart of the city. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and we were impressed to see that they are taking covid precautions seriously.

Good value for money. It does its job and is strategically located at walking distance from the Guggenheim Museum and at 20 min walk to the Casco Viejo. The only flaw was that while we had booked a room with king size bed we got two twin beds.

Had the family suite for a couple of days, impressed with the size of the 2 rooms and high ceilings, big queen sized bed and double sofabed with memory foam mattresses were very comfortable. This was a great hotel. The location is fantastic, with lots of good transit connections (tram, buses, metro). The hotel is new , clean and comfortable. Although it's a 4 stars hotel, facilities provided do not correspond to 4 stars. The staff is excellent, breakfast very good. I have stayed multiple times at this hotel because of the servuce, quality, value and location. The desk staff has always been helpful if I ever have issues. This was a decent enough hotel in a rather sleepy neighborhood. Not a lot going on in immediate proximity, but pretty close to the train station and only 10 minute walk to Casco Viejo. Nice spacious clean room and within easy walk of the centre and the old town. We had an issue with our allocated room which the staff rectified straight away with no questions. Parking is underground below the hotel and is €10 a night for guests. Overall a great budget hotel which I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bilbao.

Location is excellent. Walkable distance from the old town, Guggenheim museum and San Memés stadium. All the employees are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is pretty decent. My room was a bit run down. The shower was somewhat broken. But honestly I didn't care. I was happy with the service given the price I paid.

The rooms are what you would expect from an ibis. Prices were a bit higher than I'm used to but the location is great (15 minute walk from the old town and the Guggenheim) and parking is very well priced (10€ per day). Tons of restaurants around and great cafes (definitely skip ibis breakfast)

The Gugenhiem museum is literally down and across the sreet, visable from the front door. Easy walk to shops (Lopez Street) and dining. The room was better than expected, and the staff could not have been more helpful.

Very solid 3 star hotel. The room wasn't big but it's was ok looking to inner yard which meant it was quiet. The Front Desk was very friendly. The hotel is located on the old town side, walking distance from it, new town and Guggenheim museum. The location is therefore quite good.

We stayed here twice and the hotel was very clean and the staff were very hospitable. The location is perfect and is in the middle of the old town. Lots of restaurants, bars and stores around and easy access to buses and trains. Even though it is in the downtown hub, it was quiet in our rooms. Very good value.

On holiday with my son for the first time in Bilbao. The room is very neat with a beautiful terrace and view. Staff is very friendly, especially Sergiu. He received us well and fulfilled our wishes. We received tips about nice places to eat and drink and sights. The hotel is certainly top!
