Everything was fine. The elevator allows for a spectacular view of the interior and a fun experience as well. The mini fridge was packed with goodies. Well equipped working table. The lounge is excellent, a bit expensive though. Everything was clean and the treat was polite. As the climate is a bit unforgiving, they also have umbrellas if you require them in a pinch. Would book again for sure.

5 star hotel close to San Mames Stadium and Metro station. Also has the tram running by it for ease of getting into other areas of Bilbao for restaurants. Lovely setting with nearby park and a view over the river. Comfortable beds and thoughtfully laid out rooms. We were not disturbed by other hotel guests as the building is very solid but be aware that any Spanish city hotel will have city night noise...

Vieuw from the window of an upper room. Majestic hotel. Ideally located. At the foot of the museums and about twenty minutes from the old town. Very good breakfast (14 euros). Room is old but very clean. Very good room service. Reception : irregular quality of the staff at the reception. The art exhibition in the lobby makes the hotel, where everything seems too big, more welcoming.

We stayed 3 nights between the years at the Meliá, Bilbao. Great location with easy access to the Guggenheim museum and other locations like the Old Town. The rooms are extremely spacious. Only downer was the telephone was not working and considering the room size the was very little storage and places to hang clothing. We had a fantastic three night stay in July. The hotel is at a great location next to Guggenheim and a short walk along the river to the old town or city center. What we really liked were the quiet room, excellent breakfast and friendly attitude from the staff. Would definitely return!

This is not a fancy hotel, but it has been recently renovated. We got a fantastic room, relatively large with a terrace. We could not have been happier. And the location is ideal, within walking distance of the Guggenheim museum and the center of Bilbao.

Our stay here has been truly memorable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with a warm welcome and the front desk already had the room ready. I had a very pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable. Excellet breakfast, perfect location. On the down side, the parking is very narrow/tight; it might be difficult with a big car and I wouldn't try with a SUV. Other facilities are limited.

Nice spacious clean room and within easy walk of the centre and the old town. We had an issue with our allocated room which the staff rectified straight away with no questions. Parking is underground below the hotel and is €10 a night for guests. Overall a great budget hotel which I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bilbao.

Location is excellent. Walkable distance from the old town, Guggenheim museum and San Memés stadium. All the employees are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is pretty decent. My room was a bit run down. The shower was somewhat broken. But honestly I didn't care. I was happy with the service given the price I paid.

The rooms are what you would expect from an ibis. Prices were a bit higher than I'm used to but the location is great (15 minute walk from the old town and the Guggenheim) and parking is very well priced (10€ per day). Tons of restaurants around and great cafes (definitely skip ibis breakfast)

Nice and helpful staff. Good location, although not a lot of restaurants/bars/cafes so you need to walk ~10-15 min to get to more busy areas. There’s a nice park right next to the hotel if you’re traveling with dogs, they have a fenced out dog park. The hotel itself is nothing special, it’s pretty old, but it has everything you need. They don’t do breakfasts they just have a vending machine.

Very poor area it look and is not very Inviting lot of men hanging around. You get what you pay for. An old hotel with a pretty poor interior. Some traces of renovation are seen as well, but it isn't going to be enough for a demanding traveler. Meanwhile it provides private rooms with private bathrooms for a very affordable price. Personnel is also very polite. There already are lots of fancy and fabulous hotels in the city, but the ones like this are needed too!

Very good experience ! It was easy to keep our bikes in a safe place, which is not always the case. To go to the hotel, you have to go up in the city during approx 20 min, but without difficulty.

Good for the price, nice staff but a few points to improve. The first being the buffet at the breakfast that is way too oily, the room doesn’t make you feel cozy since the decoration is very plane.

Don’t get deterred by the outside look of the hotel, it’s a gem on the inside. If you travel by bike, they will take care of them. The room is well thought out, we liked the open bathroom and the separated toilet. The breakfast is good, you will find everything you need. The place round the hotel has a local vibe to it.

Kudos to the designers of this space! It had everything I needed and nothing more, meaning: safe, clean, attractive, but nothing fancy. I don’t need fancy, so I’m happy to pay less for just what I need. Also great service, nice open reception area, with bar, breakfast buffet, tables and chairs, almost like a little community center. A nice place to hang out for a minute, between adventures!

Overall, a very nice hotel. However, air conditioning was not functional at the time of my visit. Room temperature could not be set under 20 degrees. In such circumstances, a simple bed sheet would have been much more appropriate than a winter quilt.

I was disappointed with my stay. The building is beautiful and the location is very central, but the standards were just not what I have come to expect from Radisson. Nice museum in a very nice area. Great location where you can walk everywhere. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. Lovely breakfast restaurant with a good selection of pastries, hot and cold buffet. Unfortunately, it wasn't always filled up if things were out, but for a hotel it was also very cheap. Would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Great location, modern hotel. The only slight thing is that the rooms are really small and that If you haven’t been with your partner too long, the bathroom is glass and you can see most things including people sitting on the toilet. It didn’t bother us but then we’ve been together for 22 years :)

We had a lovely stay in this hotel right in the old town of Bilbao. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There was also a rooftop bar which I didn't know about at time of booking, it turned out to be the best part with fantastic views over the city. It's a shame we were only staying one night. Thank you, we'll definitely be back!

The hotel is new , clean and comfortable. Although it's a 4 stars hotel, facilities provided do not correspond to 4 stars. The staff is excellent, breakfast very good. It doesn't provide a working space, so I wouldn't recommend it for business trips. The bathroom walls are from glass, which is not recommended for couples. Also, since it's in the old town, it can be a little noisy at night

We had a very pleasant long weekend in Bilbao while staying at the Hotel Hesperia. The hotel is ideally located near all the main attractions and many restaurants in the heart of the city. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and we were impressed to see that they are taking covid precautions seriously.

It was in a good location for what we were doing. The rooms were good. It has two beds that are pushed together but an overall good size and comfort. The breakfast has a good selection with friendly staff.

Hotel was above our expectation concerning that we took agency trip. We were in hotel during 5 days and everything was good with few small points to improve (see below). Nice place, comfortable room, staff very helpful to a non-spanish speaker, close to town centre and taxi rank. Slightly worn around the edges, but lots of marble and shiny metal. Overall quite nice with some character.

In person, the hotel is much nicer than the pictures show. Room was clean and modern. Nice patio on the second floor and complimentary coffee in the afternoon. Staff was very friendly to us and spoke good English. Location is 3 minutes walking from train station and under 10 to plaza mouyua. Would definitely stay here again.
