Amazing place in the city center. We were lucky to get an upgrade to the top floor so we had a great view from a very spacious room Stuff was extremely helpful in e.g. extending our stay (thanks, Roberto!) Not cheap, but definitely worth it. Great breakfast, too!

Wonderful and beautiful hotel. I had the pleasure of staying during Asta Naguisa. The service was excellent and even helped us get a last minute booking at a sister hotel. The location and the metro station beside the hotel allowed freedom to move around without an issue. I would highly recommend and look forward to visiting the beautiful city of Bilbao again.

Too far from town and no traffic after 11:00

The location is not far from the city but not too far. What I like is that the room is spacious, clean and the breakfast is very good and delicious.

I believe this is one of the best hotels in Bilbao. The rooms are big and clean. I reckon most rooms get a view of the Nervion river. The breakfast is varied. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable, if a little spartan, with the most enormous bed we've ever seen! The staff were friendly and diligent and the breakfasts were excellent. It is located in the middle of downtown Bilbao, within walking distance of almost everything you want to do or see around town. It is very modern, with a nice breakfast and lunch restaurant and, at night, a coffee shop and bar with an outside garden. The rooms are very nice and well-decorated.

It is in the heart of the city and near to main station in Bilbao. You will get public transport in a walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. 15mins away from Airport. For Breakfast they have vegan options too. Good service and polite staff.

A lovely hotel with well appointed rooms. Service isn't as good as other places. Phones take forever to answer. The WiFi is beyond bad, not a place for business or anything remote. Had to abandon several Teams calls and start using my phone's hotspot (pretty unacceptable since the pandemic).

Excellent 4* hotel in the perfect location, 12 minutes walk from both Railway station and Intermodal Bus station. Big room, nice beds, all amenities like tv, aircon, kettle, frige and safe. This was a great hotel. The location is fantastic, with lots of good transit connections (tram, buses, metro). Right next to the football stadium too and walking distance to the Guggenheim, or a short tram ride away. The view from the restaurant, of the river, was fantastic. Really generous and nice breakfast. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was quite big. Overall, I recommend it.

A bit expensive for what we got. Room is clean, but no ambiance at all. Everything a bit outdated. No balcony. Bed was good. Location is 15 minute walk to Guggenheim and 2,7 km to old city, which is quit a walk. Restaurant has tl- light, also not very lovely, tried it once for diner, didn't go again. English is a problem. Beautiful hotel, fabulous location, outstanding service. We had a spectacular view of the Guggenheim from our hotel window. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Best of all was the service. From a warm welcome, to a great pizza restaurant recommendation, to EV charging to two cans of water left in the car upon departure, this hotel defines first class.

Loved our stay at this hotel. Staff were delightful and super friendly, helpful. Location can’t be beat- it’s across the street from the Guggenheim. Buffet breakfast was $32 pp which I thought was a bit high, we did not partake. Overall good value for money.

I booked a view room. I was placed on the 3rd floor looking at the Guggenheim. I asked for a higher floor but were told that this was the only room available with a view. The location was perfect to explore Bilbao on foot. There was a lot to do close to the hotel and the access to the Tram good if a bit of a hike, 2 blocks away. Impressive hotel perfectly located for exploring the handsome city of Bilbao. The Guggenheim is just across the street from it. Decent enough experience. I quite liked the spa, which was nicely set out with a good sauna. The rooftop bar and restaurant is a nice touch; we set out for our nighttime activities from here which worked well. Quite slow check in but overall good experience.

Surprised to see the negative reviews here as this was not our experience at all. Very comfortable rooms with a good breakfast buffet and excellent central location. We had a fantastic three night stay in July. The hotel is at a great location next to Guggenheim and a short walk along the river to the old town or city center. What we really liked were the quiet room, excellent breakfast and friendly attitude from the staff. Would definitely return!

We booked a Double Room but were given a Standard Room with a bed far too small for two people. The room and bathroom clearly didn’t match the advertised category. The difference was noticeable in comfort and layout. This is misleading and disappointing. We’ve requested a refund for the price difference but have yet to receive a fair resolution. Great 4* hotel in the middle of the old town, next to the Plaza Nueva (pintxo bar area). You will recognize the age of the hotel inside of a room (stains on wall, conditions of the furnitures), but it is ok, especially if you find a great offer. If you want a bigger room, choose the Space room, with overlooking to Nervión river and the theatre square right at the entrance of the hotel.

I have stayed multiple times at this hotel because of the servuce, quality, value and location. The desk staff has always been helpful if I ever have issues. (This visit they helped me with a communucation concern at the near by parking garage). The breakfast is plentiful and great value. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nice spacious clean room and within easy walk of the centre and the old town. We had an issue with our allocated room which the staff rectified straight away with no questions. Parking is underground below the hotel and is €10 a night for guests. Overall a great budget hotel which I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bilbao.

Location is excellent. Walkable distance from the old town, Guggenheim museum and San Memés stadium. All the employees are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is pretty decent. My room was a bit run down. The shower was somewhat broken. But honestly I didn't care. I was happy with the service given the price I paid.

The rooms are what you would expect from an ibis. Prices were a bit higher than I'm used to but the location is great (15 minute walk from the old town and the Guggenheim) and parking is very well priced (10€ per day). Tons of restaurants around and great cafes (definitely skip ibis breakfast)

What can I say about this hotel. You will never ever find a more friendly service and genuinely nice staff to help when you have a problem. We stayed here twice and the hotel was very clean and the staff were very hospitable. The location is perfect and is in the middle of the old town.
