Having stayed in the hotel last year we returned with friends and stayed in apartment 203. The apartment was clean and spacious with two good sized bedrooms at each end of the kitchen/lounge area with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It is a short walk to the railway station and is central to all the restaurants, bars and tourist sites that Cadiz has to offer. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning a stay in Cadiz

Very new and clean apartment hotel by Patagonia Sur hotel, next to these apartments. Everything was new. Air conditioning was effective. Nice kitchen, washing machine, fridge, safety box. We stayed at attic room with large terrace and nice views. Location is perfect, just a few steps from Cathedral square. All hotel services of Patagonia Sur hotel are also available. Always friendly staff at the hotel.

Staying for two weeks. Tiny, really tiny room. The window closes but doesn't really seal so all the noises in the street are the same as having the window open (it's not a quiet street).
The walls are also crazy thin - could hear every splash of next doors bath, so that was nice!
Room service decided to remove a duvet from the bed and not return it, when we asked for it back, we were told to use a blanket from the cupboard if we were cold. Would have been better if the blanket fit the bed.
On the plus side, there is a stocked mini bar, it is clean and room service ensured everything was stocked in the room.
Overall I'd think this place be better described as a hostel rather than hotel.

Spacious well priced rooms. Air conditioning worked great. Beds weren't excessively firm like they can be in Spain. Staff was massively helpful and gave great advice on how to enjoy the city easily. The hotel is centrally located and only a 6 Euro cab ride from the train station. Rooms seemed well soundproofed, we didn't have any trouble with street noise. Would stay there again and would refer friends to do so as well.
