Very kind employees (as all People in cadiz area). In front of the sea , good cleanliness of room.

Great view from the terrace of the room. Very good attitude of the staff. To give a suggestion, I would put a larger and more comfortable double bed. We will return without a doubt.

Good hotel on the beach. Stayed in a Superior double room. Huge bed, large balcony with sunbeds and table etc. Good powerful shower and bath. Good hairdryer and makeup mirror. Did not use restaurants, not sure what was open. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Hotel v clean and staff careful and using sanitizer etc. Underground parking available.

Good but.lacking on many fronts: cleaningness of the rooms, overprised parking, in room facilities and many more... Pity as Meliá generally is a top chain.

Clean, well run, friendly people and beach front. The beds were a bit too smushy for my back, but not horrible. Parking works well if you have a car. It was easy to use the public bus to get around after parking the car under the hotel. We would go back to this hotel.

Quiet, comfortable and clean hotel in a nice beach location. You're about two miles from the main tourist area which to me, is good. Plenty of good food nearby and great sunsets. Perfect for evening walks.

I love this hotel, there really aren’t any bad rooms. They all have a balcony and are huge. You either face the sunrise or the sunset and there are also open spaces on the roof of the building so you can appreciate the views all around. Amazing staff, great breakfast but disappointed with room. No kettle or coffee machine and the design of the bed was dreadful. There was no headboard or wall just à gap with a piece of 50mm wood which hurt my head if I sat in bed. We have stayed in a lot of Paradors but wouldn't come back to this one because of the design of the bed. A great shame because everything else was perfect.

It's an old hotel located by the sea, so the facilities are old and the hotel should be updated. The breakfast is neither good nor bad. Overall, the price/performance ratio is average.

A high quality hotel within easy access of a stunning beach, and near to restaurants, shops etc. There were car parking spaces on the main road for use whilst you checked in. An underground, secure car park was available for a reasonable fee. I must make a comment about the two receptionists on duty around 5.00 to 7.00 pm. They were excellent, and made me feel very welcome. I would stay here again

Beautiful hotel located close to the water. They had a number of cute perks in the room such as a hairbrush, toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers. The tv allowed pairing with the iPad, so we could watch a movie at night. The breakfast was great. So many options to choose from, all yummy. Also, the gym had kettlebells which my partner really appreciated.

We have just spent four nights at this hotel . Excellent rooms, location and very helpful staff. We would love to come back to Cadiz which is a lovely city and would definitely stay here again.

Really nice hotel with an incredibly welcoming staff and delicious breakfast. It is very close to the beach (under 5 min) and the city center ( cca. 15 min). Great price-quality balance. One note would be that the beds queen size so might be problematic for certain people (tall or wide). All in all a great place to stay in Cadiz. Will definitely come back.

Nice rooms. Clean. Spacious bedroom with good beds and lots of fluffy pillows, good shower with good water pressure and steady temperature. Good service, warm and friendly staff. Only drawback is alot of noise letting in from the window, was checking to see if window was closed several times.

Lovely little boutique hotel in the heart of Cadiz. If we didnt need a car park I would have rated facilities higher, but getting our vehicle into the hotel carpark was a challenge. But that is the price you pay to stay in the old part of town! We knew when we booked the hotel had limited dining facilities, and that was not an issue because there were about 50 restaurants within a 10 minute walk...

Very good location, quite spacious room and bathroom. Victor, the receptionist upon our arrival, was exceptionally polite, helpful and quick, with very good spoken English. Thanks to him, we made the most of our short stay in Cadiz. Thank you!

Rooms have no A/C. Dusty between furniture. Thermostat only gives heat. With it turned off our room was still warmer than the hallway and outdoors. Parking barely fit a very small economy car. 4point turn needed just to get into the parking garage, and guided by a staff! Great staff, friendly and helpful. Location is a bit of a hike to see anything worthwhile.

This hotel is lovely. The rooms are large and the beds are super comfy. The hotel is so pretty and the roof top pool and viewing terrace is fantastic. The staff are all super helpful. Location is good. Highly recommended.

I've just spent a very enjoyable 10 nights here. For the price paid, this is a great value hotel in a very central location. My room and bathroom were serviced every day and were kept spotless. Very well located hotel right in the heart of this lovely old city. My room and bathroom are spotlessly clean and tidy. My window overlooks a lovely ( and lively ) little plaza with bars, restaurants and flamenco playing guitarists! The inclusive breakfast is taken in the public bar / cafè downstairs and is basic but sufficient. I'm loving my time here and would happily return!

We had a good night's sleep. The room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Service at reception was also very good. The hotel is located centrally but there is no noise coming through from outside. Good value for money. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel as there are plenty of options available around the city centre.

We came for a spontaneous one night visit to Cadiz and as always when we travel with the family with two small kids it’s usually the question of who gets stuck with daddy and his loud snoring. Thankfully this hotel offered a very nice solution with two adjoining rooms at a very good price, which meant nobody had to deal with daddy‘s snoring, ha! My family booked 3 interior rooms with window, two of the rooms were very spacious but one of them was almost half the size even though we paid the same amount for all three rooms. When I went to reception to complain they said they charge for room type not room size and that there was nothing they could do about the price. A great hotel for location and the building itself is impressive and historic. Roof terrace bar is a nice addition and so is the attached cafe/bar which did a nice selection for breakfast. The room itself was clean with a comfy bed and a modern bathroom. The balcony meant you could step out and enjoy the hustle of the street. However that same proximity to the street meant it was a bit loud at night...

The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay. soaking in the poll overlooking the cathedral was a highlight of our stay in Spain.

The pool in front of the cathedral is real 😁 the hotel is great for the price. You just might want to skip the evening “menu” as the city has loads of better restaurants.

If you want to be in the thick of things this is probably the best hotel to stay at. Tastefully decorated modern hotel right in Cathedral square, stunning location. Rooftop terrace with pool, good quality breakfast. Closest parking was about 10mins walk (is underground), about 17EUR a day, the square is only open to taxis so be mindful if you have luggage!

Near the center. Very modern and practical its rooms. The air conditioning slow, but totally silent. Excellent sound insulation. Very good service.

The eating area is closed, the room is a great space and staff very helpful. Very modern facilities, clean and comfortable. The only negative will be the bathroom does not have any counter space and the restroom is closed. I think this hotel would be perfect with a rooftop terrace (which maybe it has but wasn’t offered).

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always happy to go that extra mile. Room is clean, and with an amazing terrace and terrace pool. And it is very well located within the old town. It may need some amenities for the guests, like coffee/tea in the room, maybe some towel racks. Great stay!

We had a balcony room with a partial sea view. The hotel is only a year old and modern. There is no service, not even breakfast. You can tell that the facility needs better maintenance. At the moment it is still very good, but it could be through in a few years if quality is no longer considered. Parking garage (public) 500m away. Good price-performance ratio.

Yes, the hotel is beautiful and the staff provides excellent service. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Parking is closeby. The shower stall was quite small (a minor issue) however water pressure was excellent. The issue is that Cádiz in July is very hot and humid. We had a 2 night stay in this beautiful hotel. My husband myself and my brother whom has mobility issues. The staff were fantastic with my brother could not be more helpful. The hotel was conveniently located for exploring Cadiz. Spotlessly clean.

Very good hotel. I really liked the entrance in the convent. The rooms were quiet and big enough with all the facilities and also a big window. I used the gym which is just a small room with 3 cardio machines and space for abs and a TXR, but I was alone and find it perfect for a early morning run. The receptionist was especially helpful giving us a map and a lot of useful info. Recommended

Perfect place to spend the night. No frills, basic bed and bathroom and shower. Had full toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc). Great staff, great location. I booked last minute since I missed my train back to Sevilla so worked out perfectly.

Great room and location. Parking is not free . It's something that is not acceptable in a 3 star hotel but is not that much the guest can do these days.

Stayed here for 3 days. Everything was great. I've been outside a lot - just walking. Rooms are good, clean and tidy. Room service is ok. Food was great, wine was delicious. Outside it's hard to find a place where they speak english.

Fantastic small hotel with excellent staff Location is perfect and its only a 15 minute walk from the bus & railway station Great simple breakfast We had room 52 which was on the top floor with its own roof terrace. Great location, clean, lovely staff and wonderful view - just so many positives. Although photos give a good impression of the look and feel, not all rooms have shown layout. Excellent value for money if you want to be just off the beaten track but still near the beating heart of Cadiz.

Good location in heart of old town Cadiz, near to square and Cathedral. Good shower and fluffy towels, queen size comfortable bed and crisp linen. We would stay there again as Cadiz is a wonderful destination. Parking is easy at nearby underground parking with ev chargers ( 3 attempts but got one to work).

Less than one minute walking to the main square where the cathedral is located. We found ourselves being just about a maximum of 15 minutes walking of every location of interest in the city. Service was excellent. Great value for the price.

Well situated hotel, only a stroll from the train station and central for getting around Cadiz. Nice spacious room with rooftop terrace facing the cathedral. Nice bathroom with good shower and good range of toiletries. Decent continental breakfast in the morning with good coffee. Walking distance to a large selection of bars and restaurants and easy access to Caleta and Victoria beaches.
