Good but.lacking on many fronts: cleaningness of the rooms, overprised parking, in room facilities and many more... Pity as Meliá generally is a top chain.
Clean, well run, friendly people and beach front. The beds were a bit too smushy for my back, but not horrible. Parking works well if you have a car. It was easy to use the public bus to get around after parking the car under the hotel. We would go back to this hotel.
Quiet, comfortable and clean hotel in a nice beach location. You're about two miles from the main tourist area which to me, is good. Plenty of good food nearby and great sunsets. Perfect for evening walks.
Nice clean hotel hotel. Amenities and room and very good and modern. Breakfast has a good and fresh selection. Located right on the beach and close to many restaurants.
Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed there for 5 nights. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, especially Marta and Christina. We upgraded to a sea-view room. Both rooms were clean and a good size. We were on fourth floor and shower pressure was really good. The beach is directly in front of the hotel and the hotel provide free beach towels. The breakfast selection was excellent and regularly...

This hotel was a 4 star , but deserves more ! , what a fantastic hotel . Thank you to Javier on reception and Anna our house Keeper , everyone did an amazing job ., We were really happy with the hotel and our stay , , have nothing negative to say , we loved it , great room , great views and most amazing comfortable beds . Thank you for a great holiday , see you at Easter . The best hotel in Cádiz ...
Good hotel on the beach. Stayed in a Superior double room. Huge bed, large balcony with sunbeds and table etc. Good powerful shower and bath. Good hairdryer and makeup mirror. Did not use restaurants, not sure what was open. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Hotel v clean and staff careful and using sanitizer etc. Underground parking available.
Stayed here for my mums birthday weekend. Check in was slow, and not very welcoming at all. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very nice with a large variety. Great location, but overall I didn't find the staff very friendly or welcoming which was a shame.
Buena ubicación con respecto a la playa y diferentes lugares para comer. Transporte público cerca para poder recorrer el resto de la ciudad.
It is a nice hotel, but the interior is a little bit dated. Would be great in the summer as it is close to the beach with nice balconies looking out over the water or Cadiz. Rooms don't have a kettle in and parking is challenging to get in (the room cards never appear to open the gate in or out of parking).
Beautiful hotel , great location... all the rooms have some sort of a ocean view.... the room was soo well decorated and designed although the bed and bedding was pretty uncomfortable.

Spectacular hotel. Location is superb. Rooms are terrific. One of the best breakfast selections I have ever experienced. Fabulous swimming pools. View over Cádiz bay is beautiful.
We experienced the great power outage of Portugal and Spain. The hotel handled it as well as they could. Most essential facilities were working. Even their internet connection, even my wife and I of different networks, were down. They kept their bar open, which provided both lunch and dinner when most restaurants were closed. Event though their own computers were down, using just slips of paper for...
I love this hotel, there really aren’t any bad rooms. They all have a balcony and are huge. You either face the sunrise or the sunset and there are also open spaces on the roof of the building so you can appreciate the views all around. The location is great, right near to the old town and its delightful streets. Staff are friendly for a Parador where they can sometimes be a bit chilly. Breakfast...
Amazing staff, great breakfast but disappointed with room. No kettle or coffee machine and the design of the bed was dreadful. There was no headboard or wall just à gap with a piece of 50mm wood which hurt my head if I sat in bed. We have stayed in a lot of Paradors but wouldn't come back to this one because of the design of the bed. A great shame because everything else was perfect.
Ticks a lot of boxes i.e. professional and friendly staff, very good breakfast, impressive cleanliness in bedroom and throughout the hotel. Some bizarre design features in our standard bedroom and the hotel itself would have definitely won the 'ugly building competition' when it was rebuilt. Having said that we had a very enjoyable stay and it is somewhere to consider if you need to park your car ...
Absolutely beautiful corner Suite 😍. Fabulous views. Very high standard of service and housekeeping. Very comfortable bed. Good food. Fair prices. Excellent parking. Quiet location... convenient for anywhere in city.

We came for a spontaneous one night visit to Cadiz and as always when we travel with the family with two small kids it’s usually the question of who gets stuck with daddy and his loud snoring. Thankfully this hotel offered a very nice solution with two adjoining rooms at a very good price, which meant nobody had to deal with daddy‘s snoring, ha! Unfortunately I wasn’t able to make the reservation...
My family booked 3 interior rooms with window, two of the rooms were very spacious but one of them was almost half the size even though we paid the same amount for all three rooms. When I went to reception to complain they said they charge for room type not room size and that there was nothing they could do about the price. I found this completely unfair as I could barely walk around my bed whereas...
A great hotel for location and the building itself is impressive and historic. Roof terrace bar is a nice addition and so is the attached cafe/bar which did a nice selection for breakfast. The room itself was clean with a comfy bed and a modern bathroom. The balcony meant you could step out and enjoy the hustle of the street. However that same proximity to the street meant it was a bit loud at night...
Beautiful hotel, the service so friendly and helpful. The rooms clean ,tidy , comfy and warm, we just love it. The location really great, in the middle of the old town, a step away of everything.. We definitely come back every time we will come to Cádiz.
Loves this roof top terrace great area for relaxing and taking in the view The service at the counter for our drinks... Coffees was great Very efficient and friendly Get the lift to the roof and relax The hotel seems to be quite traditional and offers good rates to stay In the middle of Cádiz and a good location to explore the town There is a restaurant for tapas lunch and dinner We enjoyed our time...
Excellent hotel located right in the old city centre of Cadiz. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a rooftop terrace bar and a restaurant downstairs. The prices are reasonable. The quality of the food is very good. The rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast in better than in the tourist places. If you come by car, there is parking nearby which is a great option. Beautiful hotel located close to the water. They had a number of cute perks in the room such as a hairbrush, toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers. The tv allowed pairing with the iPad, so we could watch a movie at night. The breakfast was great. So many options to choose from, all yummy. Also, the gym had kettlebells which my partner really appreciated.
We have just spent four nights at this hotel . Excellent rooms, location and very helpful staff. We would love to come back to Cadiz which is a lovely city and would definitely stay here again.
Really nice hotel with an incredibly welcoming staff and delicious breakfast. It is very close to the beach (under 5 min) and the city center ( cca. 15 min). Great price-quality balance. One note would be that the beds queen size so might be problematic for certain people (tall or wide). All in all a great place to stay in Cadiz. Will definitely come back.
Great hotel. The staff cannot do enough for you. Breakfast is very good. The rooms on floor 7 are lovely. Lots of helpful advice. Our second visit. Highly recommend.
Recently total renovated so look and feel like a new modern hotel. Placed around 15 walk from the city center. Very friendly service and good breakfast. Only let down is the aircondition that did not really work. But was up for service so I guess will be fine
I was VERY pleasantly surprised about this hotel. Perfect location. Fantastic, friendly staff. Amazing, fully renovated rooms. Great breakfast. I have been many times in Cadiz (such a beautiful city) and stayed in many other hotels. This has been my very BEST experience… I will be back!

Good 4* Hotel with parking (extra €20/ night.) Car lift to underground parking. Food very good although we had mix up on order. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Lady receptionist very jolly and helpful
Nice rooms. Clean. Spacious bedroom with good beds and lots of fluffy pillows, good shower with good water pressure and steady temperature. Good service, warm and friendly staff. Only drawback is alot of noise letting in from the window, was checking to see if window was closed several times.
Friendly staff, great accommodation, and excellent location, just one block away from the beach, and a short bus ride from the old town.
Good room service, very clean rooms, washrooms were clean and well stocked, air conditioning was perfect for the hot nights.

Very good location, quite spacious room and bathroom. Victor, the receptionist upon our arrival, was exceptionally polite, helpful and quick, with very good spoken English. Thanks to him, we made the most of our short stay in Cadiz. Thank you!
Rooms have no A/C. Dusty between furniture. Thermostat only gives heat. With it turned off our room was still warmer than the hallway and outdoors. Parking barely fit a very small economy car. 4point turn needed just to get into the parking garage, and guided by a staff! Great staff, friendly and helpful. Location is a bit of a hike to see anything worthwhile.
This hotel is lovely. The rooms are large and the beds are super comfy. The hotel is so pretty and the roof top pool and viewing terrace is fantastic. The staff are all super helpful. Location is good. Highly recommended.
Great location. Not quite as nice as I had hoped. It isn't cheap to stay at the Senator hotel. The room cost double what we spent in Granada or Seville. I understand it isn't their peak season and the coast is more popular, but it made it more obvious that the more budget accommodation did some things better than the 4 star hotel we'd opted for as it looked a bit classier for the last 4 nights of...
Smaller quiet hotel, room spacious although it could use more chairs. Pool at rooftop with nice city view. Breakfast was OK. Parking available but we used the public garage nearby.
Great hotel. Spacious rooms. Good facilties. Friendly staff. The only thing that would have improved my stay was if hotel guests could have free use of the sauna/pool.

Near the center. Very modern and practical its rooms. The air conditioning slow, but totally silent. Excellent sound insulation. Very good service.
The eating area is closed, the room is a great space and staff very helpful. Very modern facilities, clean and comfortable. The only negative will be the bathroom does not have any counter space and the restroom is closed. I think this hotel would be perfect with a rooftop terrace (which maybe it has but wasn’t offered).
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always happy to go that extra mile. Room is clean, and with an amazing terrace and terrace pool. And it is very well located within the old town. It may need some amenities for the guests, like coffee/tea in the room, maybe some towel racks. Great stay!
We had a balcony room with a partial sea view. The hotel is only a year old and modern. There is no service, not even breakfast. You can tell that the facility needs better maintenance. At the moment it is still very good, but it could be through in a few years if quality is no longer considered. Parking garage (public) 500m away. Good price-performance ratio.

I've just spent a very enjoyable 10 nights here. For the price paid, this is a great value hotel in a very central location. My room and bathroom were serviced every day and were kept spotless. The inclusive breakfast was simple but ample and can...
Very well located hotel right in the heart of this lovely old city. My room and bathroom are spotlessly clean and tidy. My window overlooks a lovely ( and lively ) little plaza with bars, restaurants and flamenco playing guitarists! The inclusive breakfast is taken in the public bar / cafè downstairs and is basic but sufficient. I'm loving my time here and would happily return!
Clean rooms, comfy beds, nice amenities. I got a nice view from the balcony to a small square and a lime tree 😅
We had a good night's sleep. The room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Service at reception was also very good. The hotel is located centrally but there is no noise coming through from outside. Good value for money. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel as there are plenty of options available around the city centre.
The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic, you can walk to any point in the old city within minutes, you can also walk from the hotel to one of the many car parks in the area. Obviously, there is no parking when you are in the center of a 3000 year old city. The items the hotel can definitely work on as it’s in their control, are service. The staff was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming....

The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay. soaking in the poll overlooking the cathedral was a highlight of our stay in Spain.
The pool in front of the cathedral is real 😁 the hotel is great for the price. You just might want to skip the evening “menu” as the city has loads of better restaurants.
If you want to be in the thick of things this is probably the best hotel to stay at. The location is hard to beat - situated on the main cathedral square directly opposite the cathedral and within 5 minutes walk to many of the top attractions such as the central market, Torre Tavira, Plaza de San Juan de Dios, the ocean promenade, Teatro Romano.... The hotel is set on 4 levels. The 4th level houses...
Good restaurant in hotel. Tucked away nice modern surroundings. Great meal of the day at 12 euros. 3 choices for each course. Good service. A little gem
Tastefully decorated modern hotel right in Cathedral square, stunning location. Rooftop terrace with pool, good quality breakfast. Closest parking was about 10mins walk (is underground), about 17EUR a day, the square is only open to taxis so be mindful if you have luggage!

4 stars as there was an issue with the AA and they did not solve it. If not, 5 stars. Positive: it's an old monastry very well preserved and exceptionally located (very near to the train station and in the old town). It's walking distance to every interesting place. Yes, the hotel is beautiful and the staff provides excellent service. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Parking is closeby. We had a 2 night stay in this beautiful hotel. My husband myself and my brother whom has mobility issues. The staff were fantastic with my brother could not be more helpful. The hotel was conveniently located for exploring Cadiz. Spotlessly clean.
Very good hotel. I really liked the entrance in the convent. The rooms were quiet and big enough with all the facilities and also a big window. I used the gym which is just a small room with 3 cardio machines and space for abs and a TXR, but I was alone and find it perfect for a early morning run. The receptionist was especially helpful giving us a map and a lot of useful info. Recommended

Perfect place to spend the night. No frills, basic bed and bathroom and shower. Had full toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc). Great staff, great location. I booked last minute since I missed my train back to Sevilla so worked out perfectly.
The location is perfect. The attention of the staff very good. My room had a cigarette smell, a pity. It is a simple hotel but good value for money. I recommend it.
Fast Wi-Fi. My bicycle could be stored safely. 2 windows to the stairway. Simply, clean and neat. Staff friendly.
An excellent place to stay in Cádiz for the price and location. A hidden gem with a tiny roof top patio and the hydraulic lift is a quirky bonus.
Perfect location for exploring the old town of Cadiz, cheap compared to all the nearby hotels, cheap parking too,

Great room and location. Parking is not free . It's something that is not acceptable in a 3 star hotel but is not that much the guest can do these days.
Well placed for the beach, many shops and restaurants nearby, the lady at reception was kind, helpful and very professional
Stayed here for 3 days. Everything was great. I've been outside a lot - just walking. Rooms are good, clean and tidy. Room service is ok. Food was great, wine was delicious. Outside it's hard to find a place where they speak english.
Very good service overall. Staff was great, super nice, and very helpful. Location of the hotel was very convenient and the hotel was very clean. thank you so much. I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return when in Cadiz. I had a really good experience.
The room was very clean and comfortable. I always love a room with a balcony. However, ths hotel stated that they were a beachfront property and they were not directly on the beach.
