Beautiful hotel. Clean room and great sea view. Sunset was amazing. The receptionist was excellent. Friendly, spoke great English and couldn't be more helpful. Breakfast service was different. A very sharp and unfriendly service from one of the waitresses. Good food.
Hotel from the 90s and it shows. Big room great bed. Noisy city side but ok with closing the Windows. 3 star hotel in my opinion. Nice personnel.
PROS: The staff are very polite and helpful. The location is good, on the beach and near most amenities and selection of bars and restaurants. Although the quality of food generally is not very good. It’s a very touristy place.
The breakfast at the hotel is good, but some items like pancakes you could only get if you eat before 9am and the “hot food” is more lukewarm or cold that hot.
CONS:. At €...
This is a long stretch of golden sand at the modern end of Cadiz.
There are walkways along it at various intervals with beach bars and toilet facilities.
On the other side of the promenade you will find a vast array of hotels, apartments and eating and drinking establishments to suit all palates.
Great room, lovely hotel and nice beaches in the surrounding area. Two downsides: Firstly, the wifi was absolutely terrible, and at some points just didn't seem to exist. Second was that we had to wait 1.5 hours after check in to get our room, and even though they very kindly gave us a complementary drink, none of the staff apologised or said sorry at any point (maybe I'm just very English in this...
Awesome location with magnificent sunset views!
Wish our Spain trip itinerary included another couple of days in Cadiz!

Great view and breakfast. Only parking was not free, but there are many parkings nearby
Nice hotel, near the beach, which is beautiful.
The hotel is beautiful and very well managed. Buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff were really kind and helpful. The car park is very steep, even for Spanish standards.
Located right next to the cathedral, it was not noisy at all!
The property has a beautiful reception area. The front entrance is overlooking the beach. Staff are very friendly, welcoming & helpful. Rooms are an excellent size & everywhere is very clean. In my opinion the menu in the restaurant does not have a good variety of restaurant meals.
Good location for the beach area. The historic centre is a 40-minute walk away.
The hotel is right in front of the beach and has an amazing boardwalk that you can walk into the Center of Cadiz which is a long walk about 40 minutes but worth it. You can easily grab a cab back to the hotel for about 6 Euros.

Spectacular hotel. Location is superb. Rooms are terrific. One of the best breakfast selections I have ever experienced. Fabulous swimming pools. View over Cádiz bay is beautiful.
We experienced the great power outage of Portugal and Spain. The hotel handled it as well as they could. Most essential facilities were working. Even their internet connection, even my wife and I of different networks, were down. They kept their bar open, which provided both lunch and dinner when most restaurants were closed.
Event though their own computers were down, using just slips of paper for...
I love this hotel, there really aren’t any bad rooms. They all have a balcony and are huge. You either face the sunrise or the sunset and there are also open spaces on the roof of the building so you can appreciate the views all around.
The location is great, right near to the old town and its delightful streets.
Staff are friendly for a Parador where they can sometimes be a bit chilly. Breakfast...
Amazing staff, great breakfast but disappointed with room. No kettle or coffee machine and the design of the bed was dreadful. There was no headboard or wall just à gap with a piece of 50mm wood which hurt my head if I sat in bed.
We have stayed in a lot of Paradors but wouldn't come back to this one because of the design of the bed. A great shame because everything else was perfect.
It's an old hotel located by the sea, so the facilities are old and the hotel should be updated. The breakfast is neither good nor bad. Overall, the price/performance ratio is average.
The room has a view of the sea, the facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast is average

A high quality hotel within easy access of a stunning beach, and near to restaurants, shops etc.
There were car parking spaces on the main road for use whilst you checked in. An underground, secure car park was available for a reasonable fee.
I must make a comment about the two receptionists on duty around 5.00 to 7.00 pm. They were excellent, and made me feel very welcome.
I would stay here again
Convenient location. Close to bus stop and supermarket. Clean and quiet.
Beautiful hotel located close to the water. They had a number of cute perks in the room such as a hairbrush, toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers. The tv allowed pairing with the iPad, so we could watch a movie at night. The breakfast was great. So many options to choose from, all yummy. Also, the gym had kettlebells which my partner really appreciated.
We have just spent four nights at this hotel . Excellent rooms, location and very helpful staff. We would love to come back to Cadiz which is a lovely city and would definitely stay here again.
Really nice hotel with an incredibly welcoming staff and delicious breakfast. It is very close to the beach (under 5 min) and the city center ( cca. 15 min). Great price-quality balance. One note would be that the beds queen size so might be problematic for certain people (tall or wide). All in all a great place to stay in Cadiz. Will definitely come back.
Great hotel. The staff cannot do enough for you. Breakfast is very good. The rooms on floor 7 are lovely. Lots of helpful advice. Our second visit. Highly recommend.

Great service and amenities. Room clean and HSK super efficient. Breakfast is the normal but good
I would highly recommend this hotel for a clean and comfortable stay when visiting Cadiz. The beach is only a very short distance away. The public transport is excellent, with frequent bus services from 6am to 1am every day and only costing 1 Euro 10 cents per journey into the old town if you don't have a hire car. The cleaning team kept the room in immaculate condition and were very patient as we...
We stayed here for a two night trip to Cadiz. A modern comfortable hotel with all the amenities that you need. It is close to the Old Cadiz, about 15 minute walk but only 5 minutes away from the Sightseers bus stop. Our Tommy was clean, comfortable and well appointed, very comfortable bed. I also found this hotel to be very reasonably priced. Would I return? Most certainly.
The boiling water machine did not work properly, even I said It was leaking, It was never replace it.
Good value for money, good rest.

Lovely little boutique hotel in the heart of Cadiz. If we didnt need a car park I would have rated facilities higher, but getting our vehicle into the hotel carpark was a challenge. But that is the price you pay to stay in the old part of town! We knew when we booked the hotel had limited dining facilities, and that was not an issue because there were about 50 restaurants within a 10 minute walk...
Very good location, quite spacious room and bathroom.
Victor, the receptionist upon our arrival, was exceptionally polite, helpful and quick, with very good spoken English.
Thanks to him, we made the most of our short stay in Cadiz. Thank you!
Rooms have no A/C. Dusty between furniture.
Thermostat only gives heat. With it turned off our room was still warmer than the hallway and outdoors.
Parking barely fit a very small economy car.
4point turn needed just to get into the parking garage, and guided by a staff!
Great staff, friendly and helpful.
Location is a bit of a hike to see anything worthwhile.
Super great, and wonderful location
This hotel is lovely. The rooms are large and the beds are super comfy. The hotel is so pretty and the roof top pool and viewing terrace is fantastic. The staff are all super helpful. Location is good. Highly recommended.
Great location. Not quite as nice as I had hoped.
It isn't cheap to stay at the Senator hotel. The room cost double what we spent in Granada or Seville. I understand it isn't their peak season and the coast is more popular, but it made it more obvious that the more budget accommodation did some things better than the 4 star hotel we'd opted for as it looked a bit classier for the last 4 nights of...

Nice hotel in the middle of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean but very small. I made the mistake of taking a single room. I do recommend for an extra fee of 9 $ get de double room. They offer buffet breakfast. Cheaper to have it in the closer bars. Price is better in its website.
A hell of a lot safer than old town. Great coffee and breakfast.marble floored rooms. Park outside. It’s a bargain.pool table too :)
Very nice place. Clean, medium sized rooms. Breakfast could be better.

The location and service was excellent the rooms were small but comfortable, there is breakfast available and is good enough no scramble eggs though, there is a restaurant on site open until late and a lot of places around to eat, is like 15 minutes walking from the catedral.
Sunrise and Sunset sensations
Picturesque- frustrating getting there - it was tricky as my GPS kept sending me to wrong way streets. Ask for the street that leads one into the plaza from the Main Street.
The only hiccup was that there was a sort of smell of sewage at times. But other than that, I had a great experience and will come back again.
I would like to compliment the counter staff Javier for his excellent professional attitude and service to us.
We will definitely recommend all to stay in your hotel on social media and so on.

Very well located hotel right in the heart of this lovely old city. My room and bathroom are spotlessly clean and tidy. Good hotel, but a bit expensive considering the distance to the center
Great staff, front desk as friendly and helpful as possible. Housekeeping superb. Nice facility close to dining, necessities and beach. Only ten minute bus ride from the heart of old Cadiz. My room was not as sound proof as I would have liked.
The front desk employees were very helpful and courtesy. The A/C blew snow, no problem handling the hot days. The breakfast was good, but not great.
This was what I was hoping for when booked. It was relatively easy to walk to the historic center. The beach was very close and there were tons of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and the room perfect for our needs. The final touch was the complimentary bottle of cava!
This location is close to Playa Victoria, local restaurants, grocery store, bus lines, and the Segunda Aguada for quick trips to other towns in Cadiz. Great location.
Great location, nice, clean rooms the service is excelent they go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable.
The breakfast buffet lot of toppings to choose from.

Excellent Boutique Hotel in Old Town Cadiz
We absolutely LOVED our stay in this centrally located hotel in Old Cadiz. The staff was super friendly and the room beautifully appointed. We book the watch tower room and loved it! The roof top bar was great for a pre-dinner cocktail and sunset/root top views. Highly recommend.
This is my second time to this wonderful little hotel. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I booked here in a family room. The room was great. The beds were comfortable. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my lack of Spanish, I really appreciate the effort to translate my Canadian only language barrier.

The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The room was a bit dated and there was no real window, but the staff were lovely and the roof top bar had wonderful views. Plus there is an amazing tapas bar and restaurant just around the corner.
Great little find, perfect start to our honeymoon. Lives up to its name as a boutique hotel.

We stayed at attic room with large terrace and nice views. Location is perfect, just a few steps from Cathedral square. All hotel services of Patagonia Sur hotel are also available. Always friendly staff at the hotel
Spacious well priced rooms. Air conditioning worked great. Beds weren't excessively firm like they can be in Spain. Staff was massively helpful and gave great advice on how to enjoy the city easily. Easy, clean, quit place in mid of Cádiz. We had a great stay without any problem. Especially the bed was a very nice surprise for the small price.
In heart of the city with good price ratio. Room was clean and tidy. You pay cheaper with hotel’s website as a hint. Reception cannot speak much English but we agreed with Google Translate. I wish I could see the rooftop view of the hotel.

Lovely good value hotel. My room was quiet and very clean throughout, with a comfortable bed and good sheets. It had a safe and fridge, nice en suite bathroom, plenty of hot water a hairdryer & complimentary soap. I loved the mini bath tub ! :)
