This hotel was a 4 star , but deserves more ! , what a fantastic hotel . Thank you to Javier on reception and Anna our house Keeper , everyone did an amazing job ., We were really happy with the hotel and our stay , , have nothing negative to say , we loved it , great room , great views and most amazing comfortable beds . Good hotel on the beach. Stayed in a Superior double room. Huge bed, large balcony with sunbeds and table etc. Good powerful shower and bath. Good hairdryer and makeup mirror. Did not use restaurants, not sure what was open. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Hotel v clean and staff careful and using sanitizer etc. Underground parking available.

Stayed here for my mums birthday weekend. Check in was slow, and not very welcoming at all. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very nice with a large variety. Great location, but overall I didn't find the staff very friendly or welcoming which was a shame.

It is a nice hotel, but the interior is a little bit dated. Would be great in the summer as it is close to the beach with nice balconies looking out over the water or Cadiz. Rooms don't have a kettle in and parking is challenging to get in (the room cards never appear to open the gate in or out of parking).

Beautiful hotel , great location... all the rooms have some sort of a ocean view.... the room was soo well decorated and designed although the bed and bedding was pretty uncomfortable.

Nice rooms. Clean. Spacious bedroom with good beds and lots of fluffy pillows, good shower with good water pressure and steady temperature. Good service, warm and friendly staff. Only drawback is alot of noise letting in from the window, was checking to see if window was closed several times.

Friendly staff, great accommodation, and excellent location, just one block away from the beach, and a short bus ride from the old town.

This hotel is lovely. The rooms are large and the beds are super comfy. The hotel is so pretty and the roof top pool and viewing terrace is fantastic. The staff are all super helpful. Location is good. Highly recommended.

Smaller quiet hotel, room spacious although it could use more chairs. Pool at rooftop with nice city view. Breakfast was OK. Parking available but we used the public garage nearby.

Great location just a few minutes walk from all attractions and the train station. The standard double room has a good size and has a good cleaning standard. Stable and fast WiFi. Very welcoming and helpful reception staff that speaks good English. On the downside, hard beds for a longer stay. Good selection of different breakfast items but not the best quality.

Disappointed that we were not informed the Spa facilities had closed the week we were there. The hotel website indicates opening times we had no info on closure sent to us before we artived. Stayed at same hotel in 2016 . Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the Spa facilities. Disappointed and angry that we were not aware of closure. Also the outside pool had no sunbeds until we complained.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, nice amenities. I got a nice view from the balcony to a small square and a lime tree 😅

We had a good night's sleep. The room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Service at reception was also very good. The hotel is located centrally but there is no noise coming through from outside. Good value for money. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel as there are plenty of options available around the city centre.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic, you can walk to any point in the old city within minutes, you can also walk from the hotel to one of the many car parks in the area. Obviously, there is no parking when you are in the center of a 3000 year old city. The items the hotel can definitely work on as it’s in their control, are service. The staff was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming....

This is a lovely hotel in the centre of the old town of Cadiz. Perfect place as base to explore and the tapas are really good there too. Rooms are basic, clean and reasonably priced. There can be a little noise from the square but for me this just added ambaince of the whole Cadiz experience.

Good location to walk around the old Cádiz, rooms are renovated and to quiet for a good relax. The only bad thing is the parking that is quite difficult around the hotel, you will need to walk around 5 min.

Good but.lacking on many fronts: cleaningness of the rooms, overprised parking, in room facilities and many more... Pity as Meliá generally is a top chain.

Clean, well run, friendly people and beach front. The beds were a bit too smushy for my back, but not horrible. Parking works well if you have a car. It was easy to use the public bus to get around after parking the car under the hotel. We would go back to this hotel.

Quiet, comfortable and clean hotel in a nice beach location. You're about two miles from the main tourist area which to me, is good. Plenty of good food nearby and great sunsets. Perfect for evening walks.

Ticks a lot of boxes i.e. professional and friendly staff, very good breakfast, impressive cleanliness in bedroom and throughout the hotel. Amazing, I didn't want to leave. The location was perfect, our suite fantastic, overlooking the ocean, couldn't ask for anything better. The staff were wonderful, the food in the bar and drinks were of very good quality, we will be back.

I totally not enjoyed with the stay. It is different hotel, a lot of rooms like an army barrack. Breakfast has time slots each slot is 45 minutes (weird). The hotel has an cold atmosphere. Parking you should pay.

This hotel is well situated right on the seafront. It has parking, though it is in the basement and you are charged, however, street parking it popular so very limited. Beautiful hotel located close to the water. They had a number of cute perks in the room such as a hairbrush, toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers. The tv allowed pairing with the iPad, so we could watch a movie at night. The breakfast was great. So many options to choose from, all yummy. Also, the gym had kettlebells which my partner really appreciated.

We have just spent four nights at this hotel . Excellent rooms, location and very helpful staff. We would love to come back to Cadiz which is a lovely city and would definitely stay here again.

Really nice hotel with an incredibly welcoming staff and delicious breakfast. It is very close to the beach (under 5 min) and the city center ( cca. 15 min). Great price-quality balance. One note would be that the beds queen size so might be problematic for certain people (tall or wide). All in all a great place to stay in Cadiz. Will definitely come back.

Recently total renovated so look and feel like a new modern hotel. Placed around 15 walk from the city center. Very friendly service and good breakfast. Only let down is the aircondition that did not really work. But was up for service so I guess will be fine

Near the center. Very modern and practical its rooms. The air conditioning slow, but totally silent. Excellent sound insulation. Very good service.

The eating area is closed, the room is a great space and staff very helpful. Very modern facilities, clean and comfortable. The only negative will be the bathroom does not have any counter space and the restroom is closed. I think this hotel would be perfect with a rooftop terrace (which maybe it has but wasn’t offered).

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always happy to go that extra mile. Room is clean, and with an amazing terrace and terrace pool. And it is very well located within the old town. It may need some amenities for the guests, like coffee/tea in the room, maybe some towel racks. Great stay!

We had a balcony room with a partial sea view. The hotel is only a year old and modern. There is no service, not even breakfast. You can tell that the facility needs better maintenance. At the moment it is still very good, but it could be through in a few years if quality is no longer considered. Parking garage (public) 500m away. Good price-performance ratio.

We came for a spontaneous one night visit to Cadiz and as always when we travel with the family with two small kids it’s usually the question of who gets stuck with daddy and his loud snoring. My family booked 3 interior rooms with window, two of the rooms were very spacious but one of them was almost half the size even though we paid the same amount for all three rooms. A great hotel for location and the building itself is impressive and historic. Roof terrace bar is a nice addition and so is the attached cafe/bar which did a nice selection for breakfast. The room itself was clean with a comfy bed and a modern bathroom. The balcony meant you could step out and enjoy the hustle of the street. However that same proximity to the street meant it was a bit loud at night...

Stayed here for 3 days. Everything was great. I've been outside a lot - just walking. Rooms are good, clean and tidy. Room service is ok. Food was great, wine was delicious. Outside it's hard to find a place where they speak english.

Tastefully decorated modern hotel right in Cathedral square, stunning location. Rooftop terrace with pool, good quality breakfast. Closest parking was about 10mins walk (is underground), about 17EUR a day, the square is only open to taxis so be mindful if you have luggage!

Very good hotel. I really liked the entrance in the convent. The rooms were quiet and big enough with all the facilities and also a big window. I used the gym which is just a small room with 3 cardio machines and space for abs and a TXR, but I was alone and find it perfect for a early morning run. Very good location and friendly staff especially Patricia- who explained everything thoroughly to us and reccommended places to go and see and also places to eat. We were right near the square and the beaches were easily accessible. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to everything.

Amazing location (right in the heart of the old town), great staff and very clean/comfortable rooms. Only downsides would be breakfast (decent, not bad and not great) and the fact that (at least) most rooms have internal windows, facing the hallways and which are not transparent (opaque, probably for privacy). Perfect place to spend the night. No frills, basic bed and bathroom and shower. Had full toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc). Great staff, great location. I booked last minute since I missed my train back to Sevilla so worked out perfectly.
