This hotel has a very noisy water system & not good sound proofing. Food basic.
A 10 minute drive to railway station for travel to center of Cadiz, costs appox 4euros & saves hassle of driving & parking in Cadiz.

Water system very noisy, sound proofing needs a lot of work. Restaurant lacks imagination.

Very nicely designed place. The staff were also very attentive and accommodating. There was a lovely orange cat there that made the place a lot better.

Waiting time for hot water in the shower is 5-10 min (this is for the first floor!) The stream is extremely weak. Sometimes it suddenly becomes stronger and burning hot - I almost burned my skin accidentally, and then cold. One is to be always alert during shower!
Besides that, there is a ridiculous massage construction installed in the shower, and the shower connected to it, makes it hard to use. It's broken off course, and anyway would be impossible to use with such a weak stream.
At the reception only one girl that works at night understands English.

The hotel is lovely, clean, the owners are very polite. There is a parking on the front and a very nice restaurant with limited menu (mostly pizza and spagetti). It takes about 25-30 minutes walk from the hotel to the centre of el Puerto de Santa María. Also the location is great for those who come for Motogp of Jerez.
