I don't understand how a 4 starts hotel has nor bar service. You must take your drinks by yourself. But prices are the normal from a hotel of this level. Nontheless, the breakfast has large variety of product and its quality is fine. Ms or Mrs Director, i sincerely recommend tu put a waiter to attend the bar in order to high the ratng.

Fantastic experience as always. I've chosen this hotel in summer for decades and it's a source of great pleasure to recharge your batteries. The hotel was great but beds were very stiff and you can only eat breakfast if you reserve early the day prior. I couldn't even get a coffee in the morning.

Excellent paella and other rice dishes. Very reasonable lunch prices. The hotel and gardens are beautiful. We ate an outdoor table in a shady and cool spot in the garden area.

Unfortunately only one night here. Room was very comfortable.and it had a mini fridge and a surprise welcome bottle of cava and cake. Lots of hot water in the bathroom. All the staff are super friendly. We booked dinner in the restaurant. It was fabulous. Luis and Anita looked after us very well and Jose Maria's cooking was superb. We hope to come back for a longer stay as it was great value

The rooms were super clean and the staff were super friendly. Even though we don't speak Spanish they made an effort and we always understood. It's a bit of a walk from the beach 15~20min but still okay. If you're walking from the train station maybe get taxi. The breakfast is quite good and has a lot of variety. Delightful, tranquil resort, tastefully decorated with antiques. Friendly and helpful staff. Large room with balcony and comfortable beds. Wonderful bathroom and shower. About a mile from the beach (walkable). Short walk to restaurants, short drive to supermarket. A highlight of our visit to Spain!

Staying for 4 weeks and all good - nothing major to complain about. All staff are very helpful. We have a 2 bed apartment overlooking the pool.. The apartment is a bit aged but everything works but some updating required. No dishwasher but so what?

Room very nice. Unfortunately for the hotel and ourselves the room next to us had some sort of all night party. NOT the hotel's fault but it wasn't conducive to a good nights sleep. Breakfast was disappointing. The fresh fruits were frozen solid, there were no yoghurts available and the breakfast area was cold.

This Hotel was SO much more than we expected. It was so relaxing. We had 1 of the Premium Rooms overlooking the pool. We make 2 to 3 trips a year to this area to visit friends. This is always our first choice to accommodations. We've stayed in both the hotel side and the apartments - both are excellent.

Very spacy rooms, nice and clean. The Soho Boutique has all the features you are looking for during a holiday stay where you quicly familiarise. It's value for money. It is located in a surprising town at the beautiful bay of Cadiz. An area with most beautiful beaches in the south of Spain.

We booked the spa + 50 minute massage and it was great. On the one hand, the spa circuit had a heated pool with jets, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a shower with jets, jets and stones, and a mint sauna. But the best was the massage. The incredible attention, and the guy was an expert, made us enjoy a super relaxing massage.

We did not think it was right that the bar will close at 10:00 p.m. It does not give you the option of spending a while enjoying the night terrace.

The hotel is good for its price, it is quite central and close to the train station and the ferries to Cádiz. Breakfast for €5 is buffet style. The rooms are clean and commensurate with the price. If we return to the area we will repeat.

Excellent staff and good housekeeping. Good quality price. The good thing is that it is close to the old center and the pier to take the catamaran to Cádiz. The downside is that it is a bit far from the beach. But otherwise I give it an A+.

Amazing ambience and location, great dining and nightlife close by. The rooms are older but comfortable, beds were super comfortable. Breakfast selection was great.

Stayed one night and overall thought it was okay. I was expecting a little nicer and better facilities. The room was big enough, had a refrigerator and cool ac on a hot day. It needs to be renovated. The common areas are full of history but it seems like the current owners are just barely keeping pace with upkeep. This place is massive and so many nooks and crannies. I bet it is a nightmare...

good location, cute decor, nice terraces, simple kitchen, beds need to be changed they are very basic, bad pillows, back pain when you wake up!

Reasonably priced marina with good facilities and the staff is very useful and kind. The surrounding are not very inspiring, but Puerto Sherry is a great place to stop for repairs, as there are good chandlers and boat yards. The entrance is very narrow and probably shouldn't be attempted at night.

We had a very nice stay at this Hotel: nice staff, big rooms and a free shuttle service (especially the driver was really sweet and was always there to help us). Furthermore, they have a great Restaurant. Some of the double-rooms are without terrace/balcony which is a bit unfortunate if you want to spend your summer holiday here (hanging up wet clothes and beach towels..). Beautiful hotelroom with a great view! Wifi worked perfectly which is great especially if you need to do some work there. Cafe con leches and a couple of sandwiches were delicious! You can just order them straight to your room.

Bedrooms are horrifically outdated with a severe lack of plugs. Arrived to find we had no towels too. Bed was decent enough but I suspect that was due to being drunk enough to fall asleep anywhere. Incredibly thin walls - you could probably hear someone 4 rooms down sneeze. Wouldn’t go lower than 3 stars since the pool is a pleasant surprise in comparison to the rest of the hotel. Absolutely loved this place, food excellent,staff so polite and efficient and very helpful,the room was very clean and the bed is the biggest and most comfortable I have ever slept in, would recommend this place,also right in front of hotel you can take the boat to Cadiz,20mins ride 2-75euros, thank you to all the staff ,👍👏👏👏👋

The bed is so hard that it is almost painful to lie on. I've attempted to use other things to create enough padding that I can sleep but it's a lost cause. The rooms are also a bit tired, carpets could do with cleaning. That said, the room itself is clean and the food is nice.

Right in the heart of El Puerto with tavernas/restaurants and shops all around. A short walk to Aldi and about 1 mile from the beach. Breakfast if not included is 8.5€/person with eggs on request. Room has its own split unit AC with the remote.

I find a Lot of revues here unreasonable. This is a Budget Hotel, it's Clean the Gardens are imaculate and well kept. It's on the edge of the town next to woods and quiet, the beach is huge and close and provides safe bathing. There are Bars and restaurants within 10 Mins walk but the town is 30 mins Walk away. The idea of being in small individual houses looks interesting and I particularly like it. The whole design of the place is beautiful and different from the average. The staff is professional. The accomodation could be more comfortable and sound isolated. The breakfast had some variety of things but nothing special overall.

Located in a quite neighbourhood, this hotel is just 20 minutes away from the Old city of Cádiz. It is very close to the beach front of Puerto de Santa Maria as well. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are just basic and functional. The staff are polite and helping.

Very nicely designed place. The staff were also very attentive and accommodating. There was a lovely orange cat there that made the place a lot better.

The hotel is lovely, clean, the owners are very polite. There is a parking on the front and a very nice restaurant with limited menu (mostly pizza and spagetti). It takes about 25-30 minutes walk from the hotel to the centre of el Puerto de Santa María. Also the location is great for those who come for Motogp of Jerez.

Waiting time for hot water in the shower is 5-10 min (this is for the first floor!) The stream is extremely weak. Sometimes it suddenly becomes stronger and burning hot - I almost burned my skin accidentally, and then cold. One is to be always alert during shower! Besides that, there is a ridiculous massage construction installed in the shower, and the shower connected to it, makes it hard to use...

It is a well located hotel, the rooms are comfortable, clean. The views are not good, the staff is very attentive. Without a doubt very good value for money. Parking in that area is very difficult.

This amazing B&B is located in the heart of the Sherry Triangle. Surrounded by wine yards, the views are nothing but spectacular. We loved the rooms, with a high eye for detail and the hosts are absolutely lovely. We (family with 2 kids) highly recommend this place

Beautiful home, an absolutely perfect place to discover the essence and flavor of the region and to have a truly unique experience. There was easy access to major cities and towns and our hosts provided lots of helpful advice. It was magical to see the sunrise over the vineyards in the morning and greet the day with a wonderful breakfast and morning chats with our hosts. Hope to return…

El bungalow tenía absolutamente todo lo necesario. La limpieza era de 10. La seguridad en la higiene de los objetos envueltos en bolsas, casi exagerada. El supermercado Eroski un gran aliado.

Our second visit We love this site and the area, the walks to el puerto and the marina are brilliant. All staff really friendly and welcoming. Just wish you could adjust the temperatures in the showers.Will definitely return.

We really liked this site, very well laid out site. The Shower and Toilet block Bight, lovely and clean. The whole site was immaculate. With the ACI card 22€ a night including electricity. Good size pitches and we were in the sun. The staff were very helpful and nice. The Beach was just across the road, nice walk along the Marina. Stayed 2 nights. Definitely would come back.

Fantastic facilities. The biggest pool you have ever seen. Great showers and W.C. block. Staff were all very friendly and super profesional a true 9.9 out of 10. Only drawback is that it gets a bit dusty
