This is the 2 stay at the Hotel. It is one of our favourite stops on our journeys.
The room, fantastic and roomy with a bathtub, the view of the Atlantic across the street, spectacular. Nightly entertainment enjoyable too.
The Spa massages could use improvement. Technique is critical. A full 60 min massage requires the hands, feet head & face to be done. It wasn’t for me.
However, last year the German...
Very pleasant hotel, meets all needs. The only negative is that the use of the wellness area is only possible for a separate fee, even for hotel guests. I think it should be free or very discounted with a certain time limit.
We had a wonderful stay at PuertoBahia & Spa! The staff were super friendly and always helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The food was delicious with great variety and quality. The facilities are new, modern, and very well maintained. The pool was fantastic—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. And the location couldn’t be better, with easy access to everything we needed...
I don't understand how a 4 starts hotel has nor bar service. You must take your drinks by yourself. But prices are the normal from a hotel of this level. Nontheless, the breakfast has large variety of product and its quality is fine.
Ms or Mrs Director, i sincerely recommend tu put a waiter to attend the bar in order to high the ratng.
Nice hotel, good position and room with balcony. Unfortunely we didn't have ocean view.
Fantastic experience as always. I've chosen this hotel in summer for decades and it's a source of great pleasure to recharge your batteries. Unbeatable location and astonishing lobby, with a fantastic swimming pool and bar that justify its 4 stars after being a 3 start hotel for long time for some reason (tax savings?). I could hardly ever complain about anything after the great times here, however...

Always lovely rooms, great staff, good location and nice food
Hidden gem nestled within the Puerto de Santamaría, distinctive boutique hôtel with nice gardens and great service.
We had a fantastic menu with 7 dishes. Lovely food and very friendly staff. I recommend it 100%
Great meal the staff so attentive would most certainly go there again
Very beautiful old palace with great service.
Excellent paella and other rice dishes. Very reasonable lunch prices. The hotel and gardens are beautiful. We ate an outdoor table in a shady and cool spot in the garden area.

Very good service. Thank you senior Luis and Senior Guillermo for taking care of me. Very nice food. I'll be back ❤️
Lovely traditional Spanish style hotel at a reasonable price. Staff very good. Room clean, well appointed and good air con as very hot when we were there. Pool on the roof more of a plunge pool not for swimming but cool. Could have done with more shade up there. Breakfast choice very good. Evening meal very good to start with. Quality food and very reasonably priced drinks. However, as the week went...
Just returned from a weeks holiday. The hotel is a former Sherry Bodega and as an old building has it quirks which you may not like if you are into modern hotels, but to me added to its charm. Just returned from a weeks holiday at this hotel. It is a former Sherry Bodega and therefore historic set around a central courtyard with rooms overlooking it.

We stayed here for a week via a Jet2holidays package and paid for breakfast as additional charge when booking. The breakfasts were good with plenty of choice and well worth the extra. Beautiful ambience and fantastic breakfast, but improvements in Wifi connectivity and customer service could make it an exceptional choice. If these aspects are not crucial to your stay, you might find this hotel to be a charming retreat in Spain.
The Wi-Fi signal was frustratingly weak from our room, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, I found the reception service to be lacking...
The rooms were super clean and the staff were super friendly. Even though we don't speak Spanish they made an effort and we always understood.
It's a bit of a walk from the beach 15~20min but still okay. If you're walking from the train station maybe get taxi.
The breakfast is quite good and has a lot of variety.
There was a live gig in the bar which was super cool and nice vibes, a good pool table...
Great place to stay just 20 min from downtown Cadiz. Comfortable, clean, great pool area and super friendly staff.
Very good as always the only thing is that I didn't know that the restaurant was closed for holidays and it has been a disruption for me
That was a nice experience. Quite an interesting hotel with some greenery and a pool. I quite liked the restaurant area and especially the outside (terraza) - there is enough of shade to enjoy your drink in a quite place. And I think this is the most definitive characteristic of the hotel - if you are looking for super relaxing stay away from the buzz, definitely give it a try. The location further...

Beautiful grounds. Apartment is a bit dated. Very clean!
The property was beautiful, always clean, and well kept. The daytime reception staff couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant. However, the male individual who covered the night shift acted as though my group was a nuisance to him and it was a bother having us there.
We make 2 to 3 trips a year to this area to visit friends. This is always our first choice to accommodations.
We've stayed in both the hotel side and the apartments - both are excellent.
Luxury without frills, a great hotel to stay with family and friends. Delicious breakfast and super kind staff.
Great for an informal yet very comfortable stay.
The gardens are beautiful and filled with unique plants, three outdoor and one indoor pool.
I have stayed several times and became my preferred hotel in town
Although I already live there in the port and knew the hotel, it is one of those that is worth returning for its large apartments and facilities where even if it were just to sleep, they do not lack a detail if you would like to eat, use the pools ,...it is a large complex and in this case I was next to my house but the Vista Hermosa urbanization is the best place to stay in the port because you have...
Lovely stay at Soho boutique. Gorgeous place. Was there for a wedding and thankfully the hotel kept the pool areas open beyond season as it was still hot enough to relax by the pool. Great room sizes and amenities. Only bad point was that the hotel bar food was below expectation.

Good hotel and great service. Loved the breakfast. Perfect option if you want to stay in puerto de santa maria. Not far from Cadiz by car.
Just like any other Spanish 3 Star Hotel
Been to different 2-3 stars hotel,s now in Spain,,,and mostly the same,,with stone hard Beds,,any Only Spanish tv channels.
But cheap of course.
Service is Exellent,,but Hotels are showing there age.
Reasonably handy to visit Cadiz
Clean, modern hotel, nice size room. Staff helpful and friendly. Well priced food with plenty of choice. Onsite parking. Walkable distance to several beaches and forest walks. Very poor Wi-Fi, forever disconnecting!
We did not think it was right that the bar will close at 10:00 p.m. It does not give you the option of spending a while enjoying the night terrace.
Good hotel to take some rest with some nice old-fashioned and functional features in the room, such as a mini fridge with small bottles of water, proper glass cups and a bench to put your bags. Spa with Finnish sauna, unfortunately not available to book together with the room and a fee for whole Spa "circuit" was a bit too high.
Hotel old fashion, but all clean and comfortable. We liked SPA. It is small but cozy.

Visited in April 2019 in a school trip. So, just a warning, before we get critical, I haven’t visited this area in July, and I suggest it is better.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. TV didn’t have a selection of channels. Hotel is located in a central area, easy to get around on foot and access stores and restaurants on nearby streets.
The property was well located being only a 5 minute walk from free outdoor parking by the river or underground pay parking. We absolutely LOVED our stay in this centrally located hotel in Old Cadiz. The staff was super friendly and the room beautifully appointed. We book the watch tower room and loved it! The roof top bar was great for a pre-dinner cocktail and sunset/root top views. Highly recommend.

Picturesque- frustrating getting there - it was tricky as my GPS kept sending me to wrong way streets. Ask for the street that leads one into the plaza from the Main Street.

Lovely little boutique hotel in the heart of Cadiz. If we didnt need a car park I would have rated facilities higher, but getting our vehicle into the hotel carpark was a challenge. Very good location, quite spacious room and bathroom.
Victor, the receptionist upon our arrival, was exceptionally polite, helpful and quick, with very good spoken English.
Thanks to him, we made the most of our short stay in Cadiz. Thank you!
Rooms have no A/C. Dusty between furniture.
Thermostat only gives heat. With it turned off our room was still warmer than the hallway and outdoors.

It isn't cheap to stay at the Senator hotel. The room cost double what we spent in Granada or Seville. We were very good, I'll be back
Near the center. Very modern and practical its rooms. The air conditioning slow, but totally silent. Excellent sound insulation. Very good service.
The eating area is closed, the room is a great space and staff very helpful. Very modern facilities, clean and comfortable. The only negative will be the bathroom does not have any counter space and the restroom is closed. I think this hotel would be perfect with a rooftop terrace (which maybe it has but wasn’t offered).
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always happy to go that extra mile. Room is clean, and with an amazing terrace and terrace pool. And it is very well located within the old town.
It may need some amenities for the guests, like coffee/tea in the room, maybe some towel racks. Great stay!
We had a balcony room with a partial sea view. The hotel is only a year old and modern. There is no service, not even breakfast. You can tell that the facility needs better maintenance. At the moment it is still very good, but it could be through in a few years if quality is no longer considered. Parking garage (public) 500m away. Good price-performance ratio.

Amazing staff, great breakfast but disappointed with room. No kettle or coffee machine and the design of the bed was dreadful. There was no headboard or wall just à gap with a piece of 50mm wood which hurt my head if I sat in bed.

There were car parking spaces on the main road for use whilst you checked in. An underground, secure car park was available for a reasonable fee.
