Fantastic experience as always. I've chosen this hotel in summer for decades and it's a source of great pleasure to recharge your batteries. Unbeatable location and astonishing lobby, with a fantastic swimming pool and bar that justify its 4 stars after being a 3 start hotel for long time for some reason (tax savings?). I could hardly ever complain about anything after the great times here, however...

The hotel was great but beds were very stiff and you can only eat breakfast if you reserve early the day prior. I couldn't even get a coffee in the morning.

Great hotel with beautiful beach view. The front desk staff was friendly but extremely slow to check in.

Visited a friend that was staying in this hotel. Overall it looked okay. The location is ok, situated in Valdelagrana, so a 5 min walk from small shops and 10 min from the beach.

It's like a run down Hilton trying to be a boutique hotel. Great for a stay, friendly staff, but feels like you're on a cruise ship full of a vast array of interesting characters. Rooms are small and reconditioning was freezing... I imagine in the height of summer it would be an "It" place to be with live shows at night, a poolside bar and beach access surrounded by spins version of Australia's Gold...

For the location I'd give 5 stars. Directly at the beach. You can pay for the room with a sea view. I was disappointed with the breakfast & dinner buffets. The choice seems large but they don't offer any vegetables (I guess it is a general problem with Spain). And they don't speak English. Even people at the reception desk... In the restaurant they could not understand our room number or words like...

The hotel is good for its price, it is quite central and close to the train station and the ferries to Cádiz. Breakfast for €5 is buffet style. The rooms are clean and commensurate with the price. If we return to the area we will repeat.

Excellent staff and good housekeeping. Good quality price. The good thing is that it is close to the old center and the pier to take the catamaran to Cádiz. The downside is that it is a bit far from the beach. But otherwise I give it an A+.

Super satisfied with both the hotel and the staff. Very good cleanliness, central and at the same time quiet, with parking and the center all very close. Absolute comfort and cleanliness. Comfort of the mattress, well everything, we are very very happy and if we return to the area we will certainly repeat !!! The best is the price. Also highlight the 24-hour reception that is appreciated.

Simple but good. Very clean rooms and good water pressure. It gets a bit cold due to no heat (only AC equipment). It is very well located.

Good value! Great simple place in a very good location, walking distance to old town top eating spots. At night we did hear some loud music from outside.

Hidden gem nestled within the Puerto de Santamaría, distinctive boutique hôtel with nice gardens and great service.

Excellent paella and other rice dishes. Very reasonable lunch prices. The hotel and gardens are beautiful. We ate an outdoor table in a shady and cool spot in the garden area.

Beautiful location - the restaurant offerte a good menu with delicious theee course e food at a convenient price of 15-20€. Luis and Paco provided a great service. I will eat and sleep here again

Unfortunately only one night here. Room was very comfortable.and it had a mini fridge and a surprise welcome bottle of cava and cake. Lots of hot water in the bathroom. All the staff are super friendly. We booked dinner in the restaurant. It was fabulous. Luis and Anita looked after us very well and Jose Maria's cooking was superb. We hope to come back for a longer stay as it was great value

Once we had changed to a courtyard view room, rather than a room with little light. In this new room we had comfortable outside shaded settee and chair with views of life in the courtyard. The room had three single beds but was quite spacious enough. The breakfast is very good with a selection of plates to be cooked to order. the breads are fresh everything you would expect from a well run kitchen...

The rooms were super clean and the staff were super friendly. Even though we don't speak Spanish they made an effort and we always understood. It's a bit of a walk from the beach 15~20min but still okay. If you're walking from the train station maybe get taxi. The breakfast is quite good and has a lot of variety. There was a live gig in the bar which was super cool and nice vibes, a good pool table...

That was a nice experience. Quite an interesting hotel with some greenery and a pool. I quite liked the restaurant area and especially the outside (terraza) - there is enough of shade to enjoy your drink in a quite place. And I think this is the most definitive characteristic of the hotel - if you are looking for super relaxing stay away from the buzz, definitely give it a try. The location further...

Very pleasant stay with efficient and friendly staff. Room was comfortable although bathroom door scraped on tiles. I am sure that maintenance will take care of this. Breakfast excellent, menu and buffet food very good. Cleanliness exceptional. Although there is no on site parking we found no problem in parking on the street.

We make 2 to 3 trips a year to this area to visit friends. This is always our first choice to accommodations. We've stayed in both the hotel side and the apartments - both are excellent.

Luxury without frills, a great hotel to stay with family and friends. Delicious breakfast and super kind staff. Great for an informal yet very comfortable stay. The gardens are beautiful and filled with unique plants, three outdoor and one indoor pool. I have stayed several times and became my preferred hotel in town

Lovely stay at Soho boutique. Gorgeous place. Was there for a wedding and thankfully the hotel kept the pool areas open beyond season as it was still hot enough to relax by the pool. Great room sizes and amenities. Only bad point was that the hotel bar food was below expectation.

What a find! €40 euro for a night and got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apt. Inside pool closed in low season but other than that can’t be beaten

The hotel staff and the spa area of the hotel deserve 5 stars. The bathrooms of the guest rooms are nice as well, however the rooms are dated. The beds are not comfortable and far to small. Room was a bit worn out. Soundproofing is abysmal. Can hear a normal conversation through the wall. Not the best place to rest.

A nice place, clean rooms and friendly staff. The pool is ok, but as we were here during the pandemic there was no service except for breakfast, so the whole atmosphere was limited.

Go back to a moment in history, this hotel offers some amazing history and is worth investigating with a lot of character and history. The makings and furnishings throb out the hotel are very intricate and ornate.. The glass of fresh lemonade on arrival was a great personal touch

Reasonably priced marina with good facilities and the staff is very useful and kind. The surrounding are not very inspiring, but Puerto Sherry is a great place to stop for repairs, as there are good chandlers and boat yards. The entrance is very narrow and probably shouldn't be attempted at night.

We had a very nice stay at this Hotel: nice staff, big rooms and a free shuttle service (especially the driver was really sweet and was always there to help us). Furthermore, they have a great Restaurant. Some of the double-rooms are without terrace/balcony which is a bit unfortunate if you want to spend your summer holiday here (hanging up wet clothes and beach towels..). Beautiful hotelroom with a great view! Wifi worked perfectly which is great especially if you need to do some work there. Cafe con leches and a couple of sandwiches were delicious! You can just order them straight to your room.

Looks like a once great hotel, now most of it feels neglected. There are rather nice bars in the hotel that are not used, big performance stages and dancing areas that are empty and abandoned. The out side of the building has not been cleaned well in some time, their main sign out front is dirty and un inviting. The staff is ok, the only person that left an real impression was their cook at breakfast...

One night stay for work so I can't really review this place other then give first impressions. Compare to places you'd find in Mexico I though the rooms were much nicer, however, overall place was a bit dated. None the less, I enjoyed the change of scenery with the nice views over the marina.

Bedrooms are horrifically outdated with a severe lack of plugs. Arrived to find we had no towels too. Bed was decent enough but I suspect that was due to being drunk enough to fall asleep anywhere. Incredibly thin walls - you could probably hear someone 4 rooms down sneeze. Wouldn’t go lower than 3 stars since the pool is a pleasant surprise in comparison to the rest of the hotel. Absolutely loved this place, food excellent,staff so polite and efficient and very helpful,the room was very clean and the bed is the biggest and most comfortable I have ever slept in, would recommend this place,also right in front of hotel you can take the boat to Cadiz,20mins ride 2-75euros, thank you to all the staff ,👍👏👏👏👋

The bed is so hard that it is almost painful to lie on. I've attempted to use other things to create enough padding that I can sleep but it's a lost cause. The rooms are also a bit tired, carpets could do with cleaning. That said, the room itself is clean and the food is nice.

I find a Lot of revues here unreasonable. This is a Budget Hotel, it's Clean the Gardens are imaculate and well kept. It's on the edge of the town next to woods and quiet, the beach is huge and close and provides safe bathing. There are Bars and restaurants within 10 Mins walk but the town is 30 mins Walk away. The food was good nothing Special it tastes good and the Service is good.moat of the staff...

The idea of being in small individual houses looks interesting and I particularly like it. The whole design of the place is beautiful and different from the average. The staff is professional. The accomodation could be more comfortable and sound isolated. The breakfast had some variety of things but nothing special overall.

Located in a quite neighbourhood, this hotel is just 20 minutes away from the Old city of Cádiz. It is very close to the beach front of Puerto de Santa Maria as well. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are just basic and functional. The staff are polite and helping.

Water system very noisy, sound proofing needs a lot of work. Restaurant lacks imagination. 10 minute drive to railway station for trip to Cadiz

Very nicely designed place. The staff were also very attentive and accommodating. There was a lovely orange cat there that made the place a lot better.

The hotel is lovely, clean, the owners are very polite. There is a parking on the front and a very nice restaurant with limited menu (mostly pizza and spagetti). It takes about 25-30 minutes walk from the hotel to the centre of el Puerto de Santa María. Also the location is great for those who come for Motogp of Jerez.

Waiting time for hot water in the shower is 5-10 min (this is for the first floor!) The stream is extremely weak. Sometimes it suddenly becomes stronger and burning hot - I almost burned my skin accidentally, and then cold. One is to be always alert during shower! Besides that, there is a ridiculous massage construction installed in the shower, and the shower connected to it, makes it hard to use...

It is a well located hotel, the rooms are comfortable, clean. The views are not good, the staff is very attentive. Without a doubt very good value for money. Parking in that area is very difficult.

We have repeated in this family hotel and the experience has been just as good as before. To highlight the cleanliness, the comfort of the beds, the tranquility of the rooms, the treatment of the family that runs it and the location, in the center of El Puerto. Great value for the price.

Magnificent hacienda in the middle of vineyards and cotton fields. Very nice welcome, simple room but very comfortable bedding and all you need in the bathroom Meals on site very good and they even did what was necessary in terms of food for my lactose intolerance Road to get there a bit bumpy and very dusty

This amazing B&B is located in the heart of the Sherry Triangle. Surrounded by wine yards, the views are nothing but spectacular. We loved the rooms, with a high eye for detail and the hosts are absolutely lovely. We (family with 2 kids) highly recommend this place

Beautiful home, an absolutely perfect place to discover the essence and flavor of the region and to have a truly unique experience. There was easy access to major cities and towns and our hosts provided lots of helpful advice. It was magical to see the sunrise over the vineyards in the morning and greet the day with a wonderful breakfast and morning chats with our hosts. Hope to return…

Fantastic place. Only things to improve: the cleaning ladies don't wear masks! As soon as they enter your apartment, they remove it. Really? This should not be. We are still in a pandemic. Wearing a mask is the least they could do. Also, one bed was making lots of noise. Kept me awake all night.

Good value for money off season. Had a great time with my family. Clean and lots of space. Not much to do near by so you need a car

Our second visit We love this site and the area, the walks to el puerto and the marina are brilliant. All staff really friendly and welcoming. Just wish you could adjust the temperatures in the showers.Will definitely return.

We really liked this site, very well laid out site. The Shower and Toilet block Bight, lovely and clean. The whole site was immaculate. With the ACI card 22€ a night including electricity. Good size pitches and we were in the sun. The staff were very helpful and nice. The Beach was just across the road, nice walk along the Marina. Stayed 2 nights. Definitely would come back.

Fantastic facilities. The biggest pool you have ever seen. Great showers and W.C. block. Staff were all very friendly and super profesional a true 9.9 out of 10. Only drawback is that it gets a bit dusty

Not bad, it's very close to the beach and even has a pool. It has a small little store to buy food and other primary products, and there is a restaurant at the entry which is really nice. If you like camping this is definitely a great place to go to.
