- Must the food are frozen, I haven’t ate any fresh fruit at all, three beers in a meal why? I paid for all inclusive. not recommended at all .

Mediterranean Bay is located close to the beach, pubs and shops. It is very clean and tidy. The food tastes great and there is lots of variety to choose from.

Service could be nicer for the 4 star hotel. Breakfast however are excellent, rooms are spacey, clean and comfortable. There are twin beds only which are separable. Parking is not available but we found something on the street couple minutes walking. Room was surprisingly nicely decorated.

This place was a big surprise within the crowded jungle of el Arenal. If you want a nice and more upscale hotel within this part of Mallorca there are not so many options.
The personnel, cleanness and food were at a very high level. Each day there was a new meal in the buffet.
Each room has its own climate control as well.
Keep in mind if choosing a hotel in this area that most of the time there are lots of partying groups around but normally at about 12 am it gets quieter.

Pro:
- hotel is nice, rooms are really clean, it’s very nice place to stay at
- food is very good, every day is something new and you have a lot of option to choose from
- pool, bar
- go for all inclusice, definitely wort it, specially beacuse of the bar, otherwise you have to pay for every drink
- the beach is 5 -7 minutes by foot
- if you are planning to travel, the bus stop is less than 100m-s away, you are in Palma under 30 minutes

Con:
- this area is busy, keep in mind
- there are a very few meals with meat, for example chicken breast
- staff speaks basic english and no german
- all incluse doesn’t include everything from the drinkmenü (only the things with red and blue dots, see the picture)
- this part of the beach is very crowded

Had a lovely 4 days at this hotel. Everything was perfect - Good food, room and staff were nicely. Shops and beach near it. I do recommend. For sure, looking forward for the next time. Thanks Mediterranean Bay.

Great hotel. We have stayed here twice for our holidays in October. Very clean and modern hotel. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again.
