If you wan't to go here on low budget, then this is good place. Food is not perfect, but you can eat how much you want. Meat was bad, but cakes and icecream it covered well. One biggest flaw was noice at night. Don't forget your earplugs.

The bar/café was a mainstay of our break in Palma. Large jug of sangria for a great price. Club sandwich was delicious. Excellent value for money, lovely staff, great views of the beach.

Just get a room with sea view! It's just amazing. The rooms are renovated and everything works. Cleaned every day. Breakfast is good, many options to choose from but the coffee could be better though. You should try the hotel restaurant as alternative to others nearby, the food was very good. As a suggestion for the hotel management, you should change the coolers in the rooms. Mine never quite managed...

Amazing sea view room. Hotel is located next to beautiful beach. Many shops and restaurants around. No private car park but it's not a problem to find a space in the street car park near the hotel (no fee )

Very well located facing the beautiful blue sea. Modern and comfortable rooms. Ample and delicious breakfast. Lovely swimming pool with well maintained garden to relax. Extremely efficient and friendly staff. A very enjoyable and satisfying stay.

So the holiday was in October, 2021. Last minute decision. The place is lovely - clean, nice nature look to it. The staff are excellent - very friendly and professional. I recently stayed at Hipotels in Palma de Mallorca. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The food was outstanding. However, some staff in reception and dining weren't as friendly as expected. Consistent service and a bit more warmth would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The hall is pretty modest and there is a bit of paperwork to fill in, but the rooms are clean, nice and comfy.

Fundamentally it’s a good hotel because it’s new. However u notice in the little things why this hotel is cheaper compared to the rest. U get sachets of shampoo/bodygel and they only clean the rooms every 2 days instead of daily. When u ask for something they don’t give it immediately so u have to keep asking for it. I stayed in the Mix Smart for two days in October. The hotel is only some years old and looks very good from inside and outside. The breakfast was served as buffet and good. Everything was clean and the hotel staff is very friendly. I stayed on two other location at my holiday priced higher, but this one was be best of all of them.

Give the keys of my room to others people. I go to the receipt and they do NOT apologize, just saying "it's ok" ! They finally apologize when I get angry and ask for it... Otherwise OK.

We stayed in this wonderful hotel for 6 days with two young people, from 5 till 10 september. The staff is very friendly and warm, we felt very welcome. The lady behind the reception desk could even speak a little bit of Dutch and as Belgian guests, we found this very pleasant and welcoming. I was about to give this hotel 5stars and then on the last day we were given a note by the lifeguard explaining we were not allowed to drink non hotel bought water by the pool. My Seahouse was a pleasent experience. Almost on the beach and not far from Palma. Rooms was nice and clean. Inside and outside pool as well as a nice outside area next to the pool with sunbeds, pool bar etc. We had the half board, both breakfast and dinner offered a abundance of different foods. Further there was also a cook there both for breakfast as well as dinner, preparing food and special requests...

Very good see view and warm staff. The only issue was cleanliness of the rooms. The glass shield in terrace was so dirty that made it hard to enjoy the see view. In addition, in our three days of stay, they didn’t wash the tee cups, which they had provided for us!! The restaurant was perfect and I enjoyed the clean pool. They served a champagne bottle as the welcome drink which was so nice.

I stayed there for 4 nights only but the entire experience was very pleasant indeed! The location is great, rooms and bathrooms are spacious enough and very clean and there was a good variety of food at the breakfast buffet. Keep in mind that public areas of the hotel have not been renoveted in at least couple of decades - this place takes you back well into the nineties :)

This is a 3.5 star hotel in my opinion. Food is plentiful through buffet, rooms are clean and service is good. Cons are the beds are hard as your floor, towels are old with not much cotton left and the manager has unilaterally decided that the guests don't need air conditioning at this time if the year. Not good that in and if itseld is a deal breaker.

Very noisy place, because lots of young German people. Room was ok for the price. Cleaning service was very poor. Only towels was changing. No bathroom cleaning, no floor cleaning for whole week period. Food wasn't very nice. You have a choice of food, but always is a lottery with taste of dishes. If you are looking for budget class hotels it will suit you. Otherwise not recommended.

Just got back after a 5 day break here and couldn't fault the place. The staff were wonderful and efficient and the complex was excellent. As for the food the choice was impressive with something for everyone. Would definitely go back there.

Just returned from a one week stay at this hotel. Check in was smooth and staff very friendly at all times. Rooms are compact but smart and clean with a daily maid service and towel change. Air conditioning is included (which was definitely needed!) and a safety deposit box is 3 euros per day. Breakfast is served between 7.30 and 10.30a.m. and there is an extensive choice from fruit to full monty....

I booked this hotel for my mom and my sister at the end of July. They stayed here for about a week. They loved their stay. Staff members were were nice and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The rooms and very clean. Fantastic location - close to the airport, few minutes walk to the beach and a lot of supermarkets close by.

Hotel should not be categorized as 4*. Towels are pretty rough, hostel quality. There’s only a shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom - I would expect at least a lotion. No tissues or other little things provided.. Coffee/tea facilities would be handy. Wi-fi is PAID - that’s ridiculous. Cleaners don’t even exchange used water glasses neither in the room or in the bathroom. Dinner has a huge choice however...

Stayed here for 4 days, with breakfast included. It has a rooftop small pool half a meter deep and a bar. The most clean hotel i have stayed so far, room service was dayli, the reception 10 points , they help us get a cab, they offered us a room to let our bagages until the room is cleaned.

Very relaxed hotel. Lovely breakfast and lots of room to chill out surrounded by beautiful plants. I had a massage in the spa, enjoyed some beers at the bar and liked the pool and playing pool.

We had a great stay in the Paradiso Garden Hotel. It has an excellent location near the sea, near a supermarket, the staff is very pleasant (waiters, cleaners, etc.). Everything was very good and the treatment that my partner and I received was great, when we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by Christine a nice and pleasant girl who kindly indicated to us when the meal times and everything else were, that helped me a lot since I was quite lost. the room was clean, but unfortunately relatively noisy. the only thing that really bothered me during my stay was the high pressure cleaning in the morning, which was very loud and unpleasant in the morning. Good, clean hotel. Rooms are large enough and some of them have a great view with a large balconey. (see the picture for our view) The wifi is avaliable in rooms and has good speed. The pool is big enough and the food is decent (breakfeast is nice but dinner not that good).
