The hotel is good. As an allergy sufferer, I was very pleased that there were signs with allergens in the restaurant. The hotel itself has 3 restaurants: by the pool, Spanish and general. Every day fresh fruits and vegetables, a large variety of dishes. The hotel is not far from the sea, the beach is amazing. A 30-minute walk from the hotel there are beautiful cliffs with a stunning view of the sea...

The room we had was lovely, but know that the frosted glass at the shower/ bedroom is very seethrough so was awkward at times. Pool was pretty small for the size of the hotel but they’ve made the most of the area they have. Honestly couldn’t fault the hotel itself.

Very nice hotel, only thing that I would recommend is renovating the rooms (or at least painting the walls) and probably the outside pools. The woman pictured below was AMAZING. As for the rest of our experience. Check-in was super inconvenient, booked through a third party and when we arrived, the staff said there was no reservation and "recommended" we wait an hour for their system to update. It was 1130pm, wait an hour??!! Instead of offering us some water or trying to be accommodating in any way, they rudely told us to leave the counter...

So the holiday was in October, 2021. Last minute decision. The place is lovely - clean, nice nature look to it. The staff are excellent - very friendly and professional. The room was clean, a musty scent when I first arrived, but that was all. The pools were nice and the staff were attentive and friendly. Meals were virtually the same every day, with an array of choices. The area itself was delightful, and even at the end of the season, the weather was lovely. All in all, a lovely time had.

Hotel rooms are nice but require up grading. The room was clean I understand the island has rules regarding alcohol,at hotel you can only have alcohol drinks during meals and only so many per person per day ,I get this, but you can't take your drink outside!! Very noisy place, because lots of young German people. Room was ok for the price. Cleaning service was very poor. Only towels was changing. No bathroom cleaning, no floor cleaning for whole week period. Food wasn't very nice. You have a choice of food, but always is a lottery with taste of dishes. If you are looking for budget class hotels it will suit you. Otherwise not recommended.

A truly 5 star experience. This is one of the best hotel we've ever booked. Rooms are pure luxury. Pool area is sunny all day. Food is absolutely stunning: great ingredients and fresh recipes. Beautiful place, very quiet and relaxing, beach is walking distance, breakfast buffet is AMAZING!! They had almost everything you can think of. Dinner buffet was just as amazing, they offered about 5 different fish you can get grilled on the spot, as well as steak, chicken, and sausage. Offered caviar and white asparagus!!! For party tourists I think it's a great hotel! For us it wasn't so good, and I think the value for money wasn't there. We had a great trip over to Mallorca during the Easter holidays, and we were well looked after at whala!fun. The hotel was clean, tidy and well-presented with a fantastic breakfast buffet that was included in the cost of our stay (we booked through Air BnB). We only went for one night and it did it’s function. Very simple but nice and renovated. The attention of the staff was great, breakfast was good too. It is a bargain :-))) I would say this is a great spot if you are on a budget...We could even print out our boarding passes and stay by the pool after check out and chill. I totally recommend this!!!

The rooms were ok. They were clean and nice and cleaning lady came few times during our stay. Breakfast is included and it's really nice, you have various options. The staff was helpful whenever we asled something. The pool was not clean, but that was thanks to some drunk people that went in during the night. 5 star 24 hour reception service very friendly and good breakfast. We booked the Arenal II hostel next door. Option for one night after late flight. One of the cheaper 1 star places to stay. Very basic, old and very noisy with the street noise and party goers.

Los empleados son muy amables pero las instalaciones dejan que desear. El lavabo se atascó, la ducha sin mampara ni cortina hace que inundes media habitación al ducharte y para cerrar la puerta hay que salir con tiempo porque se encallaba. El desayuno es muy pobre y el personal insuficiente para hacer frente a tanto cliente.

Friendly and helpful staff, not the newest furniture and room was quite small and not super clean. Location was good though

Being a two stars hotel, it offers an essential room with toilet, the comfort of a swimming pool and a basic breakfast as well. The reception is open 24h, that means a comfortable check in at any time but on the other hand some noisy nights (my missus used earplugs). Overall it's a good hotel, highly recommended for younger people!

It was ok for us and the children for 1 night. The shower urgently needs repairs. The shower tray has even broken, which is why there is always water on the floor after showering. The receptionist was very friendly and we were even able to leave our luggage there until our onward flight. Thank you very much

I don't really use to review hotels, because we need just to sleep in there, BUT Leblon is something really awsome! It is a smaller, very friendly hotel, where you can feel, for this time, you are at home. It belongs to a family. They are very friendly takes care about you and have everything under control. Rooms are clean and air conditioned, bathrooms are comfortable and has unlimited warm water...

stayed here four nights, was very impressed for price! clean rooms (not overly spacious but perfectly adequate), air con worked well and the bathroom was lovely. wifi was excellent. kind staff and the drinks fridge in the lobby was a god send. cannot recommend enough!
