The room was clean, a musty scent when I first arrived, but that was all. The pools were nice and the staff were attentive and friendly. Meals were virtually the same every day, with an array of choices. The area itself was delightful, and even at the end of the season, the weather was lovely. All in all, a lovely time had.

Hotel rooms are nice but require up grading. The room was clean I understand the island has rules regarding alcohol,at hotel you can only have alcohol drinks during meals and only so many per person per day ,I get this, but you can't take your drink outside!! But you can go to bar outside and pay, where has the all inclusive gone ? Fumming

Staff were great, always happy to help with issues always smiling and polite. The rooms are very basic but didn't expect bells and whistles as its not a 5 star hotel. Food is bland, all meat is processed wasn't impressed at all but always found something to eat even if was chips or pasta. Very noisy place, because lots of young German people. Room was ok for the price. Cleaning service was very poor. Only towels was changing. No bathroom cleaning, no floor cleaning for whole week period. Food wasn't very nice. You have a choice of food, but always is a lottery with taste of dishes. If you are looking for budget class hotels it will suit you. Otherwise not recommended.

Good place to stay for adults, young people. Clean rooms. The room we had was lovely, but know that the frosted glass at the shower/ bedroom is very seethrough so was awkward at times. Pool was pretty small for the size of the hotel but they’ve made the most of the area they have. Honestly couldn’t fault the hotel itself.

Check-in was super inconvenient, booked through a third party and when we arrived, the staff said there was no reservation and "recommended" we wait an hour for their system to update. I stayed there for 4 nights only but the entire experience was very pleasant indeed! This is a 3.5 star hotel in my opinion. Food is plentiful through buffet, rooms are clean and service is good. Cons are the beds are hard as your floor, towels are old with not much cotton left and the manager has unilaterally decided that the guests don't need air conditioning at this time if the year. Not good that in and if itseld is a deal breaker.

A truly 5 star experience. This is one of the best hotel we've ever booked. Rooms are pure luxury. Pool area is sunny all day. Food is absolutely stunning: great ingredients and fresh recipes. Beautiful place, very quiet and relaxing, beach is walking distance, breakfast buffet is AMAZING!! They had almost everything you can think of. I was about to give this hotel 5stars and then on the last day we were given a note by the lifeguard explaining we were not allowed to drink non hotel bought water by the pool. Close to the centre of Platja de Palma, but far enough to stay out of the loud German party nightlife, so you will have a good night sleep. So my wife and I stayed here, from the 29th September 2024 to Friday 4th October 2024. Whilst the hotel was ok, the services associated with it, were not. The room we stayed in, did not have a fridge, but there was space for one. This would have been ideal, to keep any drinks we bought, chilled. My family stayed here whilst I was receiving care at the Son Espases hospital. The reason for booking this hotel was that it is so cheap for all inclusive! However you can see the corners which have been cut at every angle. The decor when you first walk in is fabulous, but as you exit reception everything is more dated. This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, and housekeeping remade our beds and tidied our rooms daily, which I was not expecting on a 4 night stay. The food was amazing they seemed to cater for all. It was very well presented, too. The bar and pool area were great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I will 100% be returning. Plus it is situated right near the beach, shops and restaurants

Absolutely stunning hotel especially for the price, fast check in, they even let us leave bags as we arrived early, short walk to beach etc, staff was all kind polite and went out of their way to help and we had a beautiful stay, we would definitely return! It was also quiet & relaxing. Rooms was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff was also lovely and always said hello and was respectful. ☺️

We stayed at the Ipenema beach hotel for four nights at the end of August. The rooms were clean but the walls are thin so we were woken up a few times in the morning. Stayed here for 4 days, with breakfast included. It has a rooftop small pool half a meter deep and a bar. The most clean hotel i have stayed so far, room service was dayli, the reception 10 points , they help us get a cab, they offered us a room to let our bagages until the room is cleaned.
