Nice rooms.but should have a kettle.and tea and coffee in the room. Also I didn't have the vest sleep as the pillow are a little too fat for me. It would be nice to have a choice of pillows. The breakfast was good and the view from the breakfast room stunning. Great location close to the bi's station.

We came in the evening. The people at the counter are friendly. The hotel is in a busy area and I can imagine that if you sleep on the streetside it's terrible. We were lucky and slept at the ally. It was quite and nice untill two days before we left in the hotel there was construction going on in the morning. Terrible!
The cleaners are friendly and nice people. The room is clean. The bed is huge and we really appreciated that. There is a gym but they need to clean it more often.

This was a very nice and clean hotel. The bed was comfortable and I do love the overhead, rainforest type showers.
There was a lady at reception called Maria was especially helpful and my good lady and I were thankful for her time.
I would very much consider returning to this hotel if I were making a return trip to Las Palmas.

Location good. Close to bus station and well placed for central shopping street and historic quarter. Hotel modern, comfortable and clean and staff were friendly. Nice little cafe next to Reception for light snacks and good coffee. Lady serving was lovely and helpful. Only negative was bad wifi reception. Only place where it seemed to work for us was Reception and even there it tended to drop out often so wouldn't recommend for anyone needing to work whilst there.

Convenient and modern hotel, very close to sentral bus station. Easy place to stay if you are going to or coming from other places on the island. The rooms are clean and modern, but the pillows were hard and uncomfortable, unfortunately. It's close to the "old town" area, which has shopping and some sightseeing opportunities. Good place for a short stay while you are travelling the island.

The room is nice and confortable.
The service is kind and good enough to come back.
The hotel is centric so perfect for a visit, and we are next to the bus station so our possibilities moving are good.

The place it's well located, just near San Telmo's bus station which connects to other places in the island. There are also lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
The hotel is clean, comfty and the staff is helpful and the rooms are lovely. The breakfast it's also good but I believe it is not included for every guest.
One think I have to say it's that the wifi it's not great, the internet it's very slow.

Good city hotel next to a park, which gives a sense of space. The rooms are large and modern with a separate seating area and sofa. Bathroom is good. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, but a reasonable selection of hot food, continental breads, cheese and meat, and fresh fruit. Oddly the orange juice isn't real juice though. There's a good shopping area a few minutes away, with some excellent restaurants (try Que Leche, amazing but you must book, and Allende). The bus station is also right by with buses to the rest of the Island.

Clean room and friendly staff. Awesome breakfast included with a spread that will satisfy any morning desires, especially the coffee. Love watching the sunrise while having my morning coffee from the 6th floor.

Our room was cold, even though we complained to the staff, nothing was done. Other than that I guess a typical 3-star hotel experience.

Located opposite the San Telmo bus station that Links you to the airport and elsewhere in the island, this is a city based hotel and is priced accordingly. Most guests tend to go for bed and breakfast board, but the half board is decent. Dinner is not the typical buffet style but is an actual table service which includes wine/beer/soft drink, 3 course meal and a hot drink. Dinner is predicted at €14.50 for external guests or included in half board.
