Very good facilities. Magnificent location, right next to Canteras Beach, and without a doubt the best part, the attentiveness of the hotel staff. From the reception, to the maintenance staff who set up our crib on the spot, to the cleaning staff. Everything was great. We'll definitely return as soon as we can.

My wife and I had the best experience in this hotel. Reception and breakfast teams were exceptional, especially Eva and Luca. Great view from the room, the beach at the doorstep, the gym (around the corner) has everything one would expect, great running routes (road & trail). The location is excellent, and the rooms are very nice! The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of options. Staff incredible, was an anniversary break, bubbles and chocolates delivered to hotel room as gift from hotel. Well worth a visit! After a slightly shaky start (loud music until late on the first night) this stay was just wonderful. Everything was great, both the staff and the facilities are on par with a four-star hotel.

Very nice structure, super modern hall but I expected more, both for the price and for the name, the breakfast not up to the standard of a 4 star. I have tried other 4 star hotels in Las Palmas and they were better even paying slightly less. Details to improve in the room, some things a bit neglected that you would not expect from a chain of this level.

Really lovely hotel in a great location. Only stayed for two nights but it was lovely stay. The hotel didn’t have a filtered water facility, only bottled which you had to purchase. Also I thought the spa closed too early, maybe a 20.00 close would be better. Just two tiny complaints there but overall the stay was perfect for what I needed.

Great hotel, spacious rooms each thoughtfully designed, taking into consideration the original design features of the buildings the hotel occupies. Friendly and helpful staff fluent in multiple languages makes getting directions easy. Close to shopping, parks and many local area features. Clean, friendly hotel good location.Breakfast is the worst we have ever had because the lack of choice extra price €1.80 extra if English breakfast is choosen?? . Very good hotel. Great location. Very friendly staff. Rooms of just the right size. We had separate beds, almost all rooms are like that but you can ask that even if they are single beds they join them. The beach is very close, 100 m away. Public transport is plentiful and cheap.

Not bad, not good. They have card for underground parking in 3 min away. But you need to get it in reception before go to the parking, it’s not useful cas in the streets there is no place even stop for 1 min.

Good price-to-quality value. Clean, in a nice location (few minutes walk to Santa Catalina bus station, beach and La Isleta peninsula). The only inconvenience was leaving key in reception every time, and in the night the entrance is closed so you need to call the entry phone.
