Wonderful hotel on big sandy beach. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Room service meals arrived within 15 minutes! Helpful staff who make good cocktails. We had the most amazing time at hotel Cristina. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was unbelievable - right on the beachfront and with its own beautiful beach club and bar which gets the sun in the afternoons. There are sea views from either side of the hotel as we could see the harbour from our balcony. I really recommend this place!

Very nice hotel, with the best view* (*get the sea front upgrade, you will love it)! Clean rooms, great breakfast, and lovely friendly staff that speaks good English. We also travelled to the south of the island and can easily say, Las Palmas is the right choice for a good time in Gran Canaria. The strip has a lot of choices for nice bars and restaurants in varying levels of quality.

I have been in recovery from an injury to my right side and back since 2019, and was lucky enough at the beginning of 2025 to stay at this hotel with a friend of mine. A nice spa with desalinated water, a few water jets, 2 warm jaccuzi, a steam room, 2 saunas, cold and hot showers and cold and warm pools. Bathrobes and towels included. You have to ask for a hairdryer, shower cap and sandales. The spa area is open to the sky, contrary to some websites. Very friendly staff. :-)

Very nice structure, super modern hall but I expected more, both for the price and for the name, the breakfast not up to the standard of a 4 star. I have tried other 4 star hotels in Las Palmas and they were better even paying slightly less. Details to improve in the room, some things a bit neglected that you would not expect from a chain of this level.

I like the hotel, but you can hear absolutely everything from the adjoining rooms, and the doors woke me up at night because of the noise they made. Otherwise, it was very good.

Really lovely hotel in a great location. Only stayed for two nights but it was lovely stay. The hotel didn’t have a filtered water facility, only bottled which you had to purchase. Very good facilities. Magnificent location, right next to Canteras Beach, and without a doubt the best part, the attentiveness of the hotel staff. From the reception, to the maintenance staff who set up our crib on the spot, to the cleaning staff. Everything was great. We'll definitely return as soon as we can.

My wife and I had the best experience in this hotel. Reception and breakfast teams were exceptional, especially Eva and Luca. Great view from the room, the beach at the doorstep, the gym (around the corner) has everything one would expect, great running routes (road & trail). The location is excellent, and the rooms are very nice! The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of options. Most importantly, the staff are very friendly, particularly the young waiter at breakfast (Adriano) who made our mornings enjoyable - he was always smiling and helpful. A very good hotel for a very good price. The room smelled of cleaning liquid quite a bit, but this was not really a problem. Clean, spacious bathroom, quiet. Stayed in room No.9 Love the authenticity of the area and the hotel. Friendly staff. Would have preferred one single bed instead of two single bed pushed next to each other. The hot water ran out halfway through my shower had to bath in cold water. If it wasn’t for water situation would definitely give it a solid 4.5 star.

It's a lovely beautiful hotel to stay in but make sure to bring your own soap as it's not provided. Also we were two people staying and we got ONE complimentary small bottle of water. I came here for a small plate around 7pm cause I was too hungry to wait 10 to eat, I had the small squid with Canaria potato and it was really good, with a glass of wine.
