Wonderful hotel on big sandy beach. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Room service meals arrived within 15 minutes! Helpful staff who make good cocktails. We had the most amazing time at hotel Cristina. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was unbelievable - right on the beachfront and with its own beautiful beach club and bar which gets the sun in the afternoons. There are sea views from either side of the hotel as we could see the harbour from our balcony. I really recommend this place!

Very nice hotel, with the best view* (*get the sea front upgrade, you will love it)! Clean rooms, great breakfast, and lovely friendly staff that speaks good English. We also travelled to the south of the island and can easily say, Las Palmas is the right choice for a good time in Gran Canaria. The strip has a lot of choices for nice bars and restaurants in varying levels of quality.

Wonderful Hotel, fantastic views. Staff all so very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Great choice of food and all great. We had a brilliant view from our room which was very clean and lovely comfortable bed. One of the best hotels we have stayed in would definitely recommend.

Went for a fashion fair (not my idea!) Was nice, everyone seemed friendly. I can see why the hotel is being closed to be remodelled though. Who knows what it will look like when finished? The gardens are beautiful (and free to relax in).

From my experience here I am very impressed. Yes, the hotel seems dated compared to others but everything was near perfect. As a Titanium member of Bonvoy, they did not disappoint! Junior Suite was very comfortable and spacious. Shame we didn't stay longer.

The location is great depending on the reason for your stay. I am here on holiday, this is more the working side of the city although there is a beach nearby and shops behind the building. We asked for a room there as we had to leave our current accommodation as it was really not up to standard (Airbnb). They didn't have a room for the full length of our stay but went out of their way to find a room at a different hotel nearby by ringing them up etc. Very much appreciated!!!

I found the restaurant staff cold and uninviting. They never said hello or addressed us. Our maid was friendly, but the waiters could use a class in treating the guests nicely, making all guests feel welcome. My wife and I had the best experience in this hotel. Reception and breakfast teams were exceptional, especially Eva and Luca. Great view from the room, the beach at the doorstep, the gym (around the corner) has everything one would expect, great running routes (road & trail). The location is excellent, and the rooms are very nice! The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of options. Most importantly, the staff are very friendly, particularly the young waiter at breakfast (Adriano) who made our mornings enjoyable - he was always smiling and helpful. Close to the Las Canteras beach. However it is not noisy at all. Very helpful staff. The beds were comfortable, air-condition operational. The important point here is the breakfast. Very nice, with various things: English, Italian, French or continental style. Everything you can dream of.

Nice hotel in a great location almost on the waterfront. The restaurant has ocean views. There is an area with a swimming pool on the roof. Breakfast and dinner are decent. Responsive staff. Due to Covid restrictions, the lobby bar is not open; for coffee you have to go to a nearby cafe.

A very good hotel for a very good price. The room smelled of cleaning liquid quite a bit, but this was not really a problem. Clean, spacious bathroom, quiet. Only one thing,I have a bad dust and mould spore allergy and the basement restaurant set me off quite badly, probably the concrete and it's location, totally not the fault of the hotel and a bizarre random thing but worth mentioning, it was extremely uncomfortable for me. We happened to walk by and saw the rooftop and menu advertised and went up to the 12th floor to find a lovely rooftop terrace. The starter was excellent as was the main course, red wine and coffee ☕. This was a very nice and clean hotel. The bed was comfortable and I do love the overhead, rainforest type showers. There was a lady at reception called Maria was especially helpful and my good lady and I were thankful for her time. Convenient and modern hotel, very close to sentral bus station. Easy place to stay if you are going to or coming from other places on the island. The rooms are clean and modern, but the pillows were hard and uncomfortable, unfortunately. It's close to the "old town" area, which has shopping and some sightseeing opportunities. We went into this hotel with low expectations and came out disappointed. The rooms are small and the "open" bathroom layout is really, really terrible. There's no privacy. Even worse, the shower is very low quality and it's impossible to close it fully, meaning it drips occasionally throughout the night (chinese torture style). This hotel is on the whole good, however it has a flaw, MUSIC!! Dance lessons on the roof with the music at deafening levels 2 nights, close by nightclub playing until 4.30am. Stay there by all means, the staff were great, but please don't forget your earplugs

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a okay experience. The location was excellent, and the new building was well-maintained with friendly staff. However, the breakfast was basic and not worth the price, the AC was not working (sleeping was very difficult), and housekeeping was inconsistent, with no service on certain days and amenities often not refilled.

Near to marina and have good view from hotel.. but my room Aircondition system was not working when checked in .. no one came check till morning and technician failed repair till noon.. They did not changed my room as they were fully booked as per front desk.. it sucks to stay in room with 30 deg temperature so giving then just 2 star rating

Had a great stay at the Silken Saaj hotel. The staffwas friendly, the rooms were clean and the rooftop was amazing! The only downside was the fact that the pool was sadly closed because of Covid and the bathroom could use a bit more privacy measures.

The hotel is ideally suited to have good access to the town, but next to a main road so some road noise. The rooms look nice the bead comfy and the shower is nice and powerful! However look a little harder and you see that this place while seemingly wanting to be a top end hotel it isn't. Clean, friendly hotel good location.Breakfast is the worst we have ever had because the lack of choice extra price €1.80 extra if English breakfast is choosen?? .
