Hotel Terramar

Beautiful location on the beach in a small sleepy town. We had a seaside view room and it was wonderful to have the patio to overlook the boardwalk and ocean. The room was well equipped with a comfy bed and a really good shower. The hotel was quiet at night even with the outdoor dining on the boardwalk. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful to provide suggestions and aid with reservations. Parking is not next to the hotel but rather a 4min walk away but there is an unloading space for luggage (it was 9€/night to park).

We recently spent a week at the Terramar and enjoyed every moment. In fact it was hard to leave! Thanks to all the friendly and helpful staff, especially Daniela on Reception who gave us such a warm welcome on our arrival, we had a relaxing and peaceful holiday and were very well looked after. The hotel is located in the perfect position along Llafranc promenade with the sandy beach just steps away. Beach towels were provided at reception and our daily morning swim really set us up for the day. We loved our seaview room on the second floor. It had everything we needed, was very comfortable, quiet and immaculately clean. We enjoyed eating out at the many excellent restaurants in Llafranc including the hotel and in neighbouring Calella de Palafrugell too. We didn't hire a car and there was plenty to do. We loved the coastal path that winds it's way around this beautiful unspoiled coastline. We would definitely recommend a walk up to the Sant Sebastià lighthouse and to the stunning Cap Roig Gardens which are spectacular and beautifully kept. I also hired a SUP at the Tourist Service office by the hotel. We had a wonderful week at the Terramar and can't wait to return. Thank you!

Exceptionally relaxing, quiet and well run family hotel. Beautifully decorated with simple Scandi maritime style design. Charming staff, fab buffet breakfast and a real treat to fall asleep to the sound of the sea. We had the 55€ tasting menu which was inventive and delicious. Highly recommended.

Very enjoyable stay as part of walking holiday. Room was excellent and the food very good indeed despite us being there at the same time as a conference. Outstanding customer service who played a big part in making sure I was reunited with my electric toothbrush base. I had left it in the previous hotel and was leaving Terramar after one night but they made sure it was forwarded onto me when it arrived after my departure. Above and beyond. Many thanks. I particularly enjoyed chatting with the Spanish hotel receptionist who had spent some time in Liverpool and had picked up quite a few local turns of phrase. She went out of her way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay.

Just had the most enjoyable 4 days in this hotel. Staff are amazing ,and so friendly. Daniela, in particular who sorted out our transfer arrangements to Barcelona by bus and train. The beds were so comfy, and I wanted to take the soft fluffy pillows home with me. Everything was absolutely spotless. I could not find any fault with this hotel and look forward to returning next year.

We recently stayed here for two weeks. The reception was well serviced and the staff were efficient and helpful. We had a sea front room which was perfectly situated with no large trees blocking our view. The room was bright and airy. The bathroom was modern with a large walk-in shower, which had excellent pressure and there was always plenty of water. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the rooms clean. Breakfast was just OK but very repetitive. There was always plenty fresh fruit and delicious pastries. We had dinner in the hotel on two occasions and the set menu had a varied selection of dishes to choice from. The set menu also included a glass of cava to start, a glass of wine, water and bread. We sat on the terraze a few times for drinks. This is conveniently situated across from the hotel facing the beach. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would return in the future.

Lovely, friendly hotel with very good food and service. Everyone was so kind despite it being so late in the season when they must be feeling jaded. We were only there one night as part of our Catalonia walking holiday but would love to return.

Can't comment on rooms as only used restaurant.
We turned up not having booked but we were found a table luckily as it was pouring.
We had eaten there in the past and went for the set menu at €33. Great value. Complimentary glass of cava when we sat down. Food was great both had the hake I'm not a fan of sauces on fish and was given beautifully cooked vegetables.
Looked after all through meal. Hopefully if we can will visit again.

The Terramar puts you right on a beautiful beach in a quaint and quiet cove in the middle of the Bravos coast. You feel you have been dropped into a little beach and fishing community vibrant with shops and restaurants and steps away from dipping into the Mediterranean. The room was clean, modern, safe with views of the water. The staff was polite and helpful. There is a restaurant on premise with excellent food and service. And there are plenty of activities to sign up for or rent right next door.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a walking holiday. The staff were all friendly and professional. We had a good room with a balcony, overlooking the beach. The food was all very good. Drinks are served by the beach.There is no swimming pool, but the Mediterranean is just yards away.
