FERGUS Style Bahamas

I stayed here in August with some of my friends - its a lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms are a good size and air conditioned which made them perfect for an afternoon siesta. The food was really good and the entertainment was even better, but above all the staff were fantastic! All really good fun and very helpful. Paula in particular was a superstar, she really looked after us and provided us with some great recommendations to make the most of our time in Ibiza. Thank you Paula! I went with my partner at the beginning of August and we had the best time ever. It is a lovely hotel, great service, food and activities. We took a special liking to one of the entertainment workers in the hotel, her name was Paula. She was so helpful to us and had a great level of English. She made our stay in the hotel much better knowing she would help us with everything. We will definitely be coming back next year in Summer. Thank-you again!

I recently stayed at the Resort and had the best time in Ibiza. I especially want to give thanks for the outstanding customer service I received from Robert the bartender. I appreciate his attentiveness and professionalism. He recommended several cocktails for us to try and even gave us recommendations on bars in the area. I will definitely be back! Thanks Robert!

Amazing location for the beach. Great mix of activities and decent evening entertainment. Paula and Marta in the kids club were always welcoming to our kids and just generally an asset to the hotel. The food was excellent with a great range of healthy options. Pool was good. Would be even better if they had more sports facilities for slightly older kids, eg football goals, put an extra table tennis table in the shade but they did offer some fun alternatives like water polo, pool volley which they were very inclusive about getting adults involved in. Altogether really enjoyed it.

This is our second time staying in this hotel. It’s walkable to Hi Ibiza & Ushuaia. The hotel service staff is very accommodating. However, this last time we went the A/C of the room wasn’t working properly. Every day for the past 3 night we had someone checked it out but nothing was fix. I also believe the showers should be updated a bit more due to its drainage. Poor drainage in the bathroom shower.

Overall it’s a great hotel due to its location but, needs a bit of updating specifically if you’re paying $400+ a night !

Exactly what I’d expect from a 4 star. Food is repetitive but we ate out a couple of evenings so didn’t mind. Rooms cleaned daily - would have liked more space as family of 4 in one room with a sofa bed pull out can be tight but it worked. Was a lovely stay - we would definitely return! Loved the homemade omlettes and snack bar open all day - you cannot go hungry here! Do need to get your sunbeds really early but this is common in most places. We had hot tub in superior room and loved that for the late evenings!

We enjoyed our stay here! The pool, beach access and location were perfect 👌
My daughter loved the kids club! Was perfect, whilst I did jet skis, she played at the kids club. The workers there were fantastic, so friendly! 😊 every time I picked her up, she would tell me how nice they were.
Staff are always checking up on you within the resort, seeing if you need anything.
Only let down was the room was dirty on arrival and the bathroom sink blocked.
Everything else was great!

I'm extremely satisfied. Everything clean, delicious food and excellent stuff. I mostly loved the bartenders (Ivan, Gorgie, Elizabeth - you are the best!). It is beyond my mind how anybody can rate this hotel below 5starts. Because TV has little channels?? Turn it of and go swim in big swimming pool and enjoy fun activities with Eleni and others.
Strongly recommend and I hope I will be back!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely impressed with the quality of service and facilities. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful (I also thank Zakaria for his support), and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Additionally, the location was ideal, close to the main attractions but quiet enough to rest peacefully at night. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay experience!

The room was very clean and the cleaners came in every day . The pool is so clear and large. Music around the pool is good but not too loud . The food is very nice although a bit “samey”. The animation team are brilliant and very accommodating and polite. Highly recommend this hotel
