Stayed for a week. Restaurants were good. The best was lobster pasta at the beach bar. Love it and ordered it several times. The staff where wonderful, very nice people and well trained. Wow, we attended David FMIF last Monday. First time in Ibiza and always wanted to attend a top outdoor event. Staff were friendly, drinks fairly expensive but really this is about the music for us so didn’t mind. The set, production and sound quality was second to none. The check-in experience was very good. The front desk of Simona was very friendly. I checked in in advance and delayed my check-out time. She is a very lovely lady. I hope I can give her a raise. Looks good and luxurious with tons of amenities and quite a large morning buffet table. There's a souvenir shop inside the hotel and even live music, plus the pool is huge and there's a direct entrance to the sea. The views are good too, especially if you're on a higher floor. Only thing I can deduct points from is that it's dirty, the kind of dirt that comes from tons of wear and tear.

Stayed here as a couple for 5 nights. We upgraded to a superior double room and it was so worth it for the view and size of the room! The room was cleaned everyday - once it was actually cleaned twice but that must have been a mistake. Car park free to use and gated off for hotel guests only so always get a space. Perfect location for nightlife but away from the noise so can get a good night's sleep...

Great 5 days away with my partner after so long without a holiday. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was excellent. Pool and bar areas were great, loved the beach front bar/snack area. Rooms were spotless, spacious and very comfortable. Staff very courteous, if I am back in Ibiza again I would definitely look at staying here again.

Stayed on a Saturday in late June. About 300 euros for one night. Nice large pool and good location near Den Bossa beach. Room furnishings were modern. Comfortable beds. But the tile floor and bathroom were a little dated. A bit pricey for the quality, but this is summer in Ibiza.

All you need for a good holiday! Nice rooms, plenty of space around the big outside pool that gives you a lot of sunshine all day long, but also some natural shade. Fitness and Spa area provides you with everything you need for a good workout and relaxation. Finally, breakfast and dinner cuisine is exceptional! Everyone can find more than one thing on a menu that they would enjoy! :)

This is a superbly run hotel. The staff were so pleasant and welcoming. The bar staff in particular by the pool were fabulous and so friendly. And this is a seriously nice outside space. It's spotlessly clean, modern and a very chilled and classy vibe. The cost of our brief 2 night stay was such good value. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing! A great hotel with all the desirable luxury between Playa d'en Bossa and Figueretas. There is no noise, excellent to rest, directly in Ibiza where the is party everywhere around!

Clean, decent room size, amazing adults terrace and brilliant breakfast, lastly supported by a very reasonable price. Not to forget, a brilliant location - we walked into the old town in the evenings and it was a short drive to the West of the island. Would return here.

The staff are extremely helpful & the food very nice, the evening shows & daytime activities are very good. One area for improvement would be to have tea/coffee facilities in the room, this is the 1St hotel I've been to that doesn't have them. The TV also only has 10 very basic channels. Don't know why it get poor reviews. We're just back after a four night stay. Stayed in a deluxe room. While the room wasn't massive, it had a balcony with a fab view over the pool, and at Ibiza Old Town itself which more then made up for it. The DJ at the pool was brilliant. The staff were great, taxis never took longer than 5 minutes to arrive. The spa was beautiful. We will definitely be back.

I have not stayed at this hotel. My buddies stayed. The place gave me the impression that the whole environment was clean and tidy. Sea front located with also a pool it may be an interesting place to stay. The view on the bay is great. Talking to my buddies I found that prices were somewhat high when compared with what you get.

Booked 4 nights in a room with balcony. Had a few issues during our stay but very impressed with the service and actions on our request. Area with a small beach and restaurants outside your doorstep. 20 min walk to the “old town”. A good place if you want the quieter version of Ibiza.

Last minute decision to go to Ibiza and we found this little gem. The rooms are exceptionally big considering the price tag - suite for £170 and it felt like a good size studio flat. The rooms are kitted with hob, fridge, microwave and proper pre area. Showers are great size. Biggest plus is the roof top pool and seating area. (Forgot mention the place is extremely clean.

Beautifully little adult only hotel in Figuretas, Ibiza with a beautiful garden and a really good service and a perfect half board food. 15 minutes away from the airport with the taxi and you can walk up a little hill and arriving Ibiza old town after a 20 minutes walk and passing a little tunnel. The towels and sheets are old, the furniture and couch are dated. I liked the bed, but its memory foam so i could see others disliking it. The views, however are SPECTACULAR. Nothing beats siting at that rooftop pool and drinking a cocktail looking...

Love this place! Location, design, service, smiling friendly staff, roof top terrace and pool. I have stayed here before and the food prices had significantly increased which was a shame, we would have eaten there more if the prices were a little more reasonable. Could do with basic cleaning kit in room too. Other than that the stay was faultless. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and have already recommended...

My husband, two daughters, and I just stayed here for four nights. We loved everything about the hotel. The staff was so fantastic. Room was a great size. One of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had at a hotel. I think I can be hard to please when it comes to hotels but I don’t have a single negative critique. Would definitely return.

I LOVED everything and everyone at this hotel. Hector was amazing, he created a map for us to take a road trip one of the days. We had the most amazing lunch at Con Gat thanks to his direction. Carlos at the bar is amazing. He was just a pleasure to be around and loved working on his English talking to us. Hotel itself is the perfect location and in the middle of everything. Spent a few days here with my partner, we had a fabulous time. The room was clean, spacious and had a wonderful view of the sea. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful with answering questions/organizing activities prior to our arrival and during our stay. The rooftop pool bar is a great spot in the evenings with live music on some nights.

Resturant is very nice. Had the menu of the day, which was good value. Nice food but incredibly rich. Location is superb and view is first class.

Beautiful Hotel! 100% of the things advertised about this hotel are true , basically you get what it says on the tin . The staff are professional and friendly , considering where the hotel is located they managed to get the best out of this building to make it look and feel luxurious and welcoming . P.s Don't lay on the bed for too long , it's likely you'll fall asleep within a couple of minutes 😶...

3* to 4* tops Hotel Not a 5* Hotel feels tired. The pool should be classed as jacuzzi not a pool. It's too small. The mattress was cheap and springy. Pillows all synthetic & not 5* quality. Only provide 1 complimentary bottle of water. Can hear the elevator everytime it's used. It's a nice hotel but highly misleading to be labelled 5* and charge guests 5* prices

What a beautiful elegant hotel with exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff! We were made to feel special from the moment we arrived; the staff attended to all our needs from airport transfers to valet parking. A really nice touch was the daily evening surprise desserts left on the fridge at turn down. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The room itself was impeccable...

The hotel is wonderful comfortable and with exceptional service.The staffwent above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience. The castle grounds which the hotel is inside of the castle walls was closed to traffic for 3 days. They picked us up because no public vehicles were allowed in the Midieval festival. The restaurant is wonderful.
