The hotel is situated at a perfect location at the Puento Viejo.
However the room of the hotel was poorly isolated. We were sleeping next to the road so we heared every car like it was in our room. Also the hallways and door were noisy. We didnt sleep at all.
The breakfast was scanty, not much choice but the quality was terrible too. Prepacked croissants, cold baked eggs and not fresh whole fruits.
The service was a little below average

Don’t stay in this dump the only positive thing

We just came in off the street having seen the restaurant bar clinging to the cliff edge. I can only comment on the food and view. Octopus, sea bream and salmon ordered. Tasted nice, big fish fresh and tasty.

Brilliant location, lovely staff. Rooms are clean but very basic. I guess the four stars are for the stunning views. Not too bothered about basic rooms, as we did alot of sightseeing, but not having one vegatarian main in the restaurant felt like a flashback to the 70s. Had to have a starter and chips.

The view is amazing, food is good, service is a joke/terrible. Come with a bag full of patience as your bill can take 30minutes to arrive if you remind the waiter.

Get a room with a view overlooking the ancient bridge and square. Clean, basic and comfortable. Great central location ... very charming check in team. Has private parking. Eat at the adjoining restaurant of the same name for great food...

If you're staying in Ronda, I highly recommend staying here and getting a terrace suite with a view of the Puente Nuevo bridge. During our stay, we sat on the terrace for hours just watching the sun set. The views were incredible! The room itself was spacious and very clean. Although breakfast is not included, there were many places within walking distance to get a quick bite.

For the price, it's a good hotel. It's 2 or 3 star. We've stayed there before and will again. Happy with it.
The lady in reception when we checked in needs to take some personality classes. She's not very welcoming.

We had experienced a lot on our many travels through over 25 countries, but we had never experienced such an unfriendly arrogant welcome and treatment of guests worldwide!! Contrary to the information provided by Booking.com, there is no parking available, the nearest one is several hundred meters from the hotel and costs 20 euros per day. The doorman did not give us any information regarding breakfast, parking or anything else... The rooms are very spartan, no fridge, no cupboard, 1 chair, 1 small table, no glasses, water cooker or anything else...

We've just had one of the worst restaurant experiences ever at this hotel. The starters were fine but then I received raw chicken. We complained to two of the waiters and both acknowledged it needed more cooking.
When it came to paying the bill and insisted on not paying for the chicken, we stood up to leave. Then the man turned very aggressive and physically grabbed me, pushed my father and then knocked my mother onto the floor. Then he shouted in front of the whole restaurant we were robbing the workers even though we offered a compromise.
He threatened to call the police and continuously swore at us.
As we finally just paid the bill to get out of this miserable place, he said to my mum "I hope you die at the corner."
We will try to cancel the payment but there's not much we can do. Please do not eat here!!!
