It has a tennis, padel court, huge pool area, bbq area, mini-golf. I’ll repeat! And customer service is great!! All people from the restaurant and housekeeping

Been here for a week, we have traveled from here and used it as a base, would recommend to anyone who isn't looking for noisy night life, because night life is a bit thin on the ground

Beautiful place and its facilities.

The fish soup was tasty and hot 2. The garlic bread I would pass on 3. The house red wine was a solid choice 4. The local rabbit dish was mind blowing. This is the best rabbit I have had hands down anywhere

The staff were prompt and courteous. The mixed salad was very good with a nice variety of items. I did crave a pizza since it was months since I had one. It was crisp crust and just the right amount of toppings

I think people are mean to the waiters/owners because it’s a tourist area so at first they were just so so but warmed up when I was polite and knew what I was doing when I scanned the menu for local dishes

The menu is clearly for the tourists and packed with wonderful Spanish favourites such as Pizza, Spaghetti. While they do offer theses Italian mainstays, they also offer Paellas, Tapas and other delights

The Gazpacho soup was excellent and a nice starter on the warm day. I highly recommend a list if you are looking for a spot to cool off and enjoy a meal close to the Bull Ring

I would try locals dishes here and skip the usual suspects tossed for tourists that want burgers. Really really stellar rabbit! My review is based on this dish and the soup

The ones they do have are very tiny so it helps to have a partner spot you in. That being said, if they run out of dedicated stalls, you can still park in the adjacent garage but you will not receive the discounted rate

Pro: Great staff, small but clean room. Auxy, staff member from the front desk, took the time to highlight the hotspots in Ronda. Especially Los Cazadores for fish dishes. Oh my, the food there is a-ma-zing

Don't be fooled by how small it is. Everyone should check Los Cazadores out. The hotel is also in the center. Everything is in walking distance. That said, my experience with Hotel El Tajo was awesome

The hotel parking is in the adjacent parking garage (parking garage connects to the hotel through a door) and they don't have many stalls dedicated to hotel patrons

Fun, quirky hotel with nice rooms and people, only stayed one night but really enjoyed it. The pool although small was also nice and the rooms had great air conditioning and facilities, would highly recommend.

Stayed here 2 years ago, and was just looking it up to show a friend and couldn't believe I didn't review at the time - the rooms are well proportioned and comfortable, the breakfast is INCREDIBLE, and it has great views

You could spend half a day just exploring the hotel itself, but it's close to everything you want to see in Ronda (which is packed with day-trippers during the afternoon but becomes downright magical at night)

The next day, we had to wait for the afternoon train and they let us stay in the quiet garden area which also has an awesome view of the mountains. I would highly recommend this hotel

What a cool place! The building has loads of character, with a self service bar and the most enthusiastic chef I have ever met, with the most inventive breakfast I have ever eaten

Very nice and clean place. Great rooms with AC. The ladies from reception were very kind and helpful to us. Opened 24h they also have iron if you need it and they could keep our bags for few hours after check out!

Lovely hotel, right in the centre of Ronda, walking distance to New Bridge, overlooking stunning gorge. Lots of shops , plazas and restaurants nearby. Bullring and museum nearby, but did not visit those

Location is good. Cars can be parked along the street. Sound isolation of the rooms could be better. Ms. Eva at the check-in desk was very supportive and shared a printed map of nearby sightseeings.

Whilst the room does not have a fridge, the air con worked perfectly. Late evening the street outside becomes remarkably quiet and so a good night's sleep was had. We would happily stay here again

In my opinion this hotel was perfect for me. Room very comfortable and hosts super friendly and helpful. Next time in Ronda I will stay there again. Totally worth it. Very price-friendly as well

The bar one level below the pool is also a great spot to catch the sunset overlooking the bullring

We also got upgraded to a better room which was lovely. The bar on the 4th floor has fantastic views especially at sunset. A couple of minor things in the bathroom which didn't work as well as they should

Fantastic hotel, lovely receptionist and staff was very accommodating. We had the family suite with bunk beds for our two children. Excellent with plenty of room, lot's of towels and fab shower! Second floor

Staff very helpful, including Juan on our check in desk who kindly booked us into where we had identified for dinner and gave some recommendations whilst in Ronda - the ones we followed up on were great

Awesome, clean appartment with beautiful views on the mountains, city and sea. The appartment had three large rooms and all the necessary amenities and equipment (including beach towels)

It also had a big terrace with an outdoor dining table and outdoor salon, great for relaxing. Furthermore, the residence has several pool and a gym which can be accessed for free

Very spacious, well-equipped and luxurious SC apartments with amazing views. 3 nice swimming pools on site and a Gym coming soon. One of the pools is heated in the colder months

The security is the best ever, particularly Juan! Very pro. 4 pools, clean, quiet, small bar for drinks available at the main pool. Lot of parking spots, + a great free parking

Amazing panoramic view from the terrace, great pool area. I was bit disappointed with the kitchen cabinet (not decent quality) but overall 5* experience.

It is a very quiet and tranquil place and I loved it immediately, but the price of that tranquillity is that it is a long way from everything - 1 hour plus to the nearest shop if walking

The lodge we stayed in no 2 in Zulu was amazing, own spa pool outside on terrace which the kids spent all their time in. Overlooking part of the zoo and the hanging rope bridge, so a good view

Great experience, good value for money, 2 days in zoo, safari trip, 1 night in lodge and buffet breakfast at the restaurant all included. Highly recommend for families with young children

Not far from lemurs cages so could hear them which was funny as they were always fighting

It’s great , the place, view, services , Except the bottles of water free only the first day , after that , it is payed, maybe because we were group of students. Also, room cleaning was 1 day a week

Rooms are spacious as well for two or more people, but room service wasn’t available on a daily basis, and my room hasn’t a little kitchen with a sink and a kitchen equipment

I would recommend the hotel if you have a car because it’s far from the centre and many places needs some walking

We rented an apartment here for a two weeks break. The location is good to visit Andalucía from Tarifa to Granada, Ronda, y Sevilla. Private parking available, relatively quiet, and good value for money

We read the negative reviews before chosing this place, obviously the bad critics are based on far fetched expectations. We would return for more adventures in Andalucía

We went there because we heard good things about the spa treatments. We arrived in the early hours of the morning so they gave us a late check-out for free. The breakfast was amazing and catered for every tast

I was visiting the Spa facilities for second time, and I really like them. One of the nicest Spas at Costa del Sol. Great offers and full equipment with 3 saunas, showers and two pools. Good maintained.

Love this place but some guests should remember thats its an adults hotel and also its a spa so relaxing in mind

However, they need more training in relation to serving alcohol to those who are already very intoxicated and posing a danger to themselves and to be more vigilant about serving drinks in glasses when being consumed by the pool

Glasses were smashed by the pool by a group and it took awhile before this was cleaned. However, glass shards remained days later. The breakfast was reasonable. It had both hot and cold options

It’s a lovely atmosphere around the pool that’s close to the bar and restaurant as the main pool tends to have the music on for the water aerobics, volleyball etc throughout the day

We stayed as a family of four in a room adjacent to the entertainment and was an amazing location. The facilities were perfect for us having the entertainment, bar, restaurant and pool literally a stone throw away

My only one issue was the air-conditioning was not what I've experienced before in previous hotels

Beautiful grounds, which are well maintained. Never had to be up early to get a sun lounger. The whole grounds are spotless. The food is your normal all inclusive chicken,pork beef,salad,chips etc

We travelled for 10 days as a family of 7 with age ranges from 72 to 12 and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We stayed all inclusive through TUI and felt that this hotel was worth every penny

We upgraded our rooms and weren’t disappointed. the bathrooms were beautiful and spotless, large rooms and the air conditioning was a dream as it was exceptionally hot for June when we stayed

High-quality doors and sound insulation keep out the highway noise; the rooms are amply sized and very clean; the bathroom ultramodern; the pool in the courtyard very attractive; the buffet breakfast would do a high-end hotel proud; and the staff are friendly and efficient

There is a little travel distance from downtown, but it is convenient to stay inside the hotel. However, it was so hard to move my luggage because there was no elevator on the second floor

Clean well equipped rooms, very friendly staff and a great pool. The Diana Hotel, Estepona has it all. Surrounded by small shops, bars and lots of restaurants, everything is on the doorstep

Estepona proper is much nicer area and it is worth spending extra to stay in the actual town. The good::::: the staff was very friendly and the pool was lovely

The area in general wouldn’t be the cleanest and seems like it’s a place that tried to be a bit of a resort in the early 00s but failed. I did enjoy my stay and it was quiet the rooms are comfortable as are the beds

Rachida was the only waitress who actually seemed to enjoy her job, even having a few jokes with me. Jesus really looked after the pool area on the days he was working - his days off were not as good

The room was serviced every day and was clean, however the balcony and corridors could have done with a little more attention. I had breakfast twice in the hotel and wasn’t impressed, the second time was laziness really

Overall I did enjoy my time there but I don’t think I would book it again. It’s not as bad as some reviews would have you believe, but if you’re expecting four seasons or the ritz be prepared to be disappointed

There are a number of restaurants across the road which are far superior and much cheaper. On the topic of prices-drinks in the hotel are extortionate. Vodka and Fanta lemon over €12

They also don’t provide a drinks menu so it’s a bit of a guessing game. The air con in the room is good, but the minibar fridge kicking in every now and again is quite annoying

Clearly a lot of love and attention to detail has been given to the creation of this charming hotel. Beautiful rooms, garden and pool, excellent customer care and a superb breakfast offered. Thoroughly recommend!

We stayed 3 nights in mid May. The garden and grounds around the pool were very nice, private and quiet. Most rooms have a nice private patio area. This boutique hotel is a family operation and offers 9 rooms

Wish I could give it another star! My room is beautiful! The attention to detail? Nothing has been left unchecked. Each room has its own signature motif. The common rooms are welcoming as are the staff.

Very relaxing stay in a charming apartment in the grounds of the hotel. Very spacious apartment with separate bedroom and large kitchen. Stayed with husband and teenage daughter for six nights

Great hotel, located on the 1st line of the sea. This hotel has 4 stars, but the food and drinks including alcohol will give odds to almost any 5 in Turkey and Egypt. Nice rooms and bathrooms with a large circular bath

I've been to Ikos Dassia previously which we absolutely loved and so we were very excited to book Andalusia for our first trip with a 14 week old child

As always with Ikos, the food and the drinks were absolutely 10/10 and just can't be faulted, but what really makes the Ikos resorts special as many will agree is the staff

Our children went to Heroes Club every morning and absolutely loved it & the ladies who worked there - they are still talking about it & asking to go back!! We will be back next year!

So many to mention but they were a few who went above and beyond to either help with our child, offer advice on food/wine and just be extraordinarily helpful

We are just back from an incredible week in Ikos Andalusia. The resort is amazing but the team that work there make it very special

We've made so many great memories and would like to emphasize the AMAZING Animation Team,their hard work and great entertainment (aqua gym,daily games,movie quiz. Hopefully we will come here again ♥️

I am going to give this 5 stars all the way. 👍 If value for money is a consideration I doubt you will find better value in Marbella. (This is a resort rather than a hotel)

Beautiful resort close to Marbella. Wonderful staff and great food. Rooms are ok (without the balcony are very small but if you have the balcony it's perfect)

The Hotel has recently been refurbished, it is lovely and clean and all the staff are very friendly and cannot do enough to help, especially Omaira and Sergio in the Breakfast lounge! The pools and facilities are fabulous and we were kindly offered fresh towels and shower facilities as we had a very late flight after checking out at midday on the day we left!

Excellent spacious rooms with every amenity provided & fab views of pools & sea. Comfy bed, pillows etc, powerful shower, self controlled air con & free safe are just some of the included amenities

We went for a drink and we really didn't expect such a wonderful place (as we hadn't searched for it we were just passing around). It offers you relaxed moments with nice view (pool terrace)

I absolutely loved it! This place will (hard) rock the costa. The pool parties are awesome and the restaurant food great (I had the chili burger)

Lots of families with small children, who were always at the "adults only" pool. Sometimes a bit messy with the families leaving their trash on the tables after eating. Dining options very limited after 6pm

Everything was great! Had a great family holiday. Not one complaint.

The weather was a bit cool so we mostly used the indoor pool wich was great. The 2 bedrooms suite was even larger than I anrticipated with a fully furnished kitchen and large dining room and living room

However I have to say that the beach area is far from great, with lots of large rocks to cross to access the water directly in front of the hotel

Property has a great restaurant “Soleras” and a lively pool bar with great happy hour events

the food was nice it was similar to other hotel I've stayed in, in Spain the pools were great a number of different pool as well as the water park for the little one and slide for the bigger kids and as I have a 3 year old 10 and 13 I was stuck with keeping all 3 entertained

Family of 4 in group of 9 (children 2, 9 and 15). Can't really fault it for the price and location. Pools were always clean and tidy. Some frustration at pool opening times (locked areas until 10am and late most days)

Great selection of pools and slides. Really something for everyone. Guests who had too much alcohol fighting at the pool one day. The language and threatening behaviour was outrageous

Close to the harbour of Banus. The rooms are large but some small things need some maintenance in the future. The pools and gardens are fabulous.

Having been regulars at the previous Meliá hotel we were excited to try the new ME hotel. Before we arrived we were a bit worried it was more of an adult only hotel as were booked with our 12 year old son

Initially he wasn’t happy that the main swimming pool was adults only and he could no longer swim in there. There was a brand new pool (where the previous adults only pool used to be) but not a deeper pool for swimming

We only had lunch at the hotel twice during our stay as the menu was a little ‘fancy’ for lunch but the last day they brought out a new pool menu which included toastie’s etc for when you just want a pool snack

The hotel was very quiet but has really only just opened and I feel this time next year it will be completely different. The gym is bigger and improved which was great and included free water/towels

Was fantastic and I’m missing it already!! I would love if the main pool could be opened up to kids even a couple of days or mornings a week (mon/tue example) when the adult beach club area isn’t busy at all

I recently spent a week in a suite at Gran Hotel Guadalpin Banus and left with a deep appreciation for both its stunning location and the exceptional service provided by the staff

The hotel is perfectly situated right on the beachfront, just a pleasant stroll from the boutiques and marina of Puerto Banús, making it an ideal base for exploring Marbella’s vibrant surroundings

However, it’s worth noting that during my visit in April, parts of the hotel were partially closed, including some restaurants and facilities

Hello, impeccable hotel, very well located with all the necessary services, swimming pool, sauna and on the beach. Fantastic lunch

There needs to be more staff at the lobby bar, or another bar for the evening. The queues are too long in the evening. Obviously more staff could mean higher price but it would be worth it

The whole entire staff, from the concierge, valet parking to the guy working late in the gift/store were polite, professional and accommodating to say the least

There are 3-4 pools , golf court,tennis courts, children rooms for entertainment, bars and so on. The room we were in was relatively clean and spacious and had almost everything (but not bedstands) you'll need

They clean it everyday and change towels. There was a lot of choice and variety when it came to the food(and I'm a vegetarian)

The pools were clean with good water temperature and there were animators that offered different kind of entertainment if you're into that

My son unfortunately twisted his ankle after 2 days and the staff (extra thank you to Diego) helped to ice and wrap his ankle, the reception sent both our kids treats to the room and even provided us with a wheelchair the next day so that I didn’t need to carry around my son (who is 11)

Rooms are slightly dated but in great condition; most every room seems to face the sea, yet has good privacy. Restaurants are good, and breakfast buffet is excellent in choice and quaility

I took my two children on a last minute trip to Kempinski Bahia this week and we are all returning home with only amazing things to say about our stay

EVERYTHING has been excellent, from the room, the pools, the food, the location - but what stood out to me the most was the excellent service and caring staff

The pool staff are great, the beds comfortable and there is a Haagen Daas ice cream cabin, what more could you want? Spiler beach restaurant is very good but was closed one night for a private party so do check

The main attraction for us is the beautiful and extensive pool area right by the beach. As some reviewers have noted the beach is not picture perfect but is public and not owned by the hotel
