Iberostar Selection Santa Eulalia Ibiza

Clean rooms, the breakfast is great with lots of options: vegan, gluten free, ... Their products are more than you normally get at breakfast buffets. Fresh granola, guacamole, avocado,... The pool is fantastic with a +25m pool. Great for swimmers. There is also a basic fitness room for workouts. Their animation options are also sufficient. I followed the spinning lesson with the enthusiastic Diana. Great workout! The personel is nice and deliver service as they want you to have a good experience during your stay.

We had a fantastic trip to Iberostar Santa Eulailia. We stayed on the Star Prestige Level and thoroughly enjoyed all the perks like the rooftop pool, ample amount of loungers, snacks and drinks. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful throughout the hotel.
I’d like to specifically mention Carmen who was so lovely, energetic, friendly and a general ray of sunshine around the rooftop pool and breakfast.
We had a very amusing time at Bingo with Petra.

Absolutely exceptional service! The best poolside experience thanks to Maria, who is not only the best at dancing and laughing but also brings a vibrant energy that makes every moment enjoyable. But the real star of the show is Sophia. She is, without a doubt, the greatest waitress in the world. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail are unparalleled. Sophia has a unique ability to make you feel at home, always knowing exactly what each guest prefers to drink. Her warm and distinguished demeanor makes every interaction a delight. I've never experienced better service anywhere. Truly hope she’ll be there again next year to provide the same unforgettable experience. Bravo to this fantastic team!

The hotel is very beautiful, people working there are very friendly and helpful. There are so many activities you can enjoy. But you can also enjoy the sunbeds at the pool en relax. Location is nice and calm. Beach is nearby. Diana working in the hotel is very nice and fun. She works for entertainment and enjoys doing all sorts of activities in the pool, yoga, quizzes and more.

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at Iberostar Santa Eulalia Ibiza, and we cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service and warm hospitality we received from the entire staff. Our experience was made truly memorable thanks to several team members who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

Upon our late arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Elena from the pool bar. Despite our flight being delayed and the bar having just closed, Elena graciously offered us a refreshing drink, which was exactly what we needed after a long journey. Throughout our stay, Elena continued to greet us with genuine warmth, always ensuring we felt looked after.

Carmen from the pool bar was another standout member of the team. Her bubbly character and infectious enthusiasm brought life to the pool area every day. She not only made sure everything was always stocked up but also provided us with fantastic advice on where to go and what to do around the island. Her cheerful greetings each day set the tone for our day, and we felt truly cared for under her watch.

We must also give a special mention to Jonathan, who was always ready to lend a helping hand no matter where we encountered him—whether at the pool terrace or in the restaurant. Jonathan is a lovely lad who is clearly dedicated to his job. He ensured that everything ran smoothly and that all guests were happy, comfortable, and enjoying themselves.

The lifeguard attendant at the terrace pool was equally wonderful. He greeted us each day with a smile and a warm welcome, making sure towels were readily available and even adjusting umbrellas to provide us with shade. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor did not go unnoticed.

Sebas at the restaurant was another friendly face who made our dining experiences enjoyable, and Ismael the barman kept us entertained with his humor and dedication to his customers. He worked tirelessly to ensure everyone had a great time, and his hard work was much appreciated.

Lastly, we'd like to mention the gentleman at the reception who checked us in on Tuesday. Unfortunately, we didn't catch his name, but his assistance upon our arrival was invaluable. He was incredibly helpful, especially as we arrived feeling tired from our travels.

All in all, our stay at Iberostar Santa Eulalia Ibiza was nothing short of delightful. We will undoubtedly be recommending this hotel to our friends back in Gibraltar, and most of all, we will be sharing stories of the amazing hospitality we received from the entire team. We had the pleasure of celebrating two wonderful birthdays within a week at Iberostar Selection Santa Eulalia Ibiza, and it was an unforgettable experience! The team was incredibly attentive and caring, making our stay extra special. Their efforts in making our celebrations memorable were truly appreciated.

However, I have to deduct one star due to a couple of minor issues. Firstly, the breakfast coffee and cappuccino quality could be improved as it was much better the last times. Secondly, the beds in the rooms are quite basic; instead of a double bed, there are two single beds that tend to drift apart during the night. This definitely needs some attention.

Additionally, it became evident that more staff are needed in the service areas. The current employees seemed very stressed and overwhelmed, and some even expressed this to us. Improving staffing levels would greatly enhance the overall experience for both guests and staff.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay with a few areas for improvement. Many thanks to the wonderful team for their dedication and hospitality!

Superb hotel! Comfortable, elegant, high-tech rooms with every amenity. Buffets of plentiful, varied, out-of-this-world tasty food with local ingredients. Staff takes great pride in service in every department…restaurant, housecleaning, front desk, etc. Fun weekend evening entertainment. We had a perfect stay at Iberostar Ibiza and hope to return.

This is a lovely hotel, staff are really helpful. We upgraded to Star prestige as we much preferred the rooftop area than the main pool. So with that we got a better room, they aren’t massive but they have everything you need and are clean and modern. Hairdryer in bathroom is annoying though.
We are only bed and breakfast so can’t comment on day/evening food, but have ventured out a lot and there’s some lovely places around. Location wise is nice and quiet but you’ll need a taxi/walk/E bike to anywhere. Breakfast buffet is great.

We had a really good stay at this Iberostar hotel. The employees working at the reception were very welcoming and making sure you have a great time. It's an adults only place so no kids running around.
What really was a nice gesture is that at some times at the pool they have away free drinks and ice screams.
The pool was great and heated, even in the early season (may) the pool was at an perfect warm temperature.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great staff & service. Pool area very lively but staff always on hand! Alonso was a great waiter and took good care of us. Nice touches - they provide small regular cocktails free each day
Rooms are quite small and certainly not plush - but clean & have what is required. Would have liked tea / coffee making facilities but not available. Not much around the exterior of the hotel so either taxi or car is needed. Taxi fare to centre of Eulalia is 10-12 euros one way so soon mounts up. Suggestion : provide shuttle bus ! Breakfasts very good - lots of choice. Only booked b&b so can’t comment on dinner. (We don’t eat at lunchtime). ‘Chill out bar’ is good of an evening. Plenty of space for seating and dancing.
