We had the pleasure of celebrating two wonderful birthdays within a week at Iberostar Selection Santa Eulalia Ibiza, and it was an unforgettable experience! The team was incredibly attentive and caring, making our stay extra special. Their efforts in making our celebrations memorable were truly appreciated.
However, I have to deduct one star due to a couple of minor issues. Firstly, the breakfast coffee and cappuccino quality could be improved as it was much better the last times. Secondly, the beds in the rooms are quite basic; instead of a double bed, there are two single beds that tend to drift apart during the night. This definitely needs some attention.
Additionally, it became evident that more staff are needed in the service areas. The current employees seemed very stressed and overwhelmed, and some even expressed this to us. Improving staffing levels would greatly enhance the overall experience for both guests and staff.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay with a few areas for improvement. Many thanks to the wonderful team for their dedication and hospitality!

Superb hotel! Comfortable, elegant, high-tech rooms with every amenity. Buffets of plentiful, varied, out-of-this-world tasty food with local ingredients. Staff takes great pride in service in every department…restaurant, housecleaning, front desk, etc. Fun weekend evening entertainment. We had a perfect stay at Iberostar Ibiza and hope to return.

This is a lovely hotel, staff are really helpful. We upgraded to Star prestige as we much preferred the rooftop area than the main pool. So with that we got a better room, they aren’t massive but they have everything you need and are clean and modern. Hairdryer in bathroom is annoying though.
We are only bed and breakfast so can’t comment on day/evening food, but have ventured out a lot and there’s some lovely places around. Location wise is nice and quiet but you’ll need a taxi/walk/E bike to anywhere. Breakfast buffet is great.

We had a really good stay at this Iberostar hotel. The employees working at the reception were very welcoming and making sure you have a great time. It's an adults only place so no kids running around.
What really was a nice gesture is that at some times at the pool they have away free drinks and ice screams.
The pool was great and heated, even in the early season (may) the pool was at an perfect warm temperature.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great staff & service. Pool area very lively but staff always on hand! Alonso was a great waiter and took good care of us. Nice touches - they provide small regular cocktails free each day
Rooms are quite small and certainly not plush - but clean & have what is required. Would have liked tea / coffee making facilities but not available. Not much around the exterior of the hotel so either taxi or car is needed. Taxi fare to centre of Eulalia is 10-12 euros one way so soon mounts up. Suggestion : provide shuttle bus ! Breakfasts very good - lots of choice. Only booked b&b so can’t comment on dinner. (We don’t eat at lunchtime). ‘Chill out bar’ is good of an evening. Plenty of space for seating and dancing.

Me and My partner recently stayed here! And what a stay it was! We was welcomed with a class of wine on arrival, reception staff were lovely! The only down side was we had to wait a few hours until our room was ready! This didn’t but a downer of things as they stored our bags at reception and we went to the pool area to enjoy the drinks and snacks! The pool area was kept lovely and clean and all staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Our room was lovely and clean and was given clean towels daily! The meal options were amazing something for everyone! We will definitely be coming back here for a much longer stay next time! Thank-you for an amazing stay! The hotel is located on the beach and just a 10 minute walk to another beach!

Great service, beautiful swimming pool. The shower was nice, with good water pressure. However quite disappointed by the beds which were just ok confort wise. The breakfast buffet was good but nothing exceptional. Overall decent hotel but some areas can be improved.

We upgraded to the star prestige room with a sea view. The first thing I noticed was the smell and how strong it was. I'm guessing it was the drains but it was pretty powerful everyday and not very pleasant. Apart from that the hotel is very clean and has everything you need. Most importantly the service and every person involved with the hotel are so friendly and made our stay brilliant.

Lovely hotel,
Access to rooftop pool, and additional extras would equal 5 stars. However, this all costs extra for what is already an expensive trip.
It’s very nice though. Staff are excellent, very good food and drinks. Location is quiet but beautiful.

This hotel is in a quiet part of Ibiza, away from the more interesting parts of the island. We were told that they couldn't book us a taxi in advance to go to Ibiza Old town, because this is company policy. We had to wait almost an hour for a taxi, which never arrived and in the end we had to walk 20 minutes to get the local bus. This ruined what was supposed to be a very special night. The hotel is next to a new development that smells of sewage and the beaches nearby are not very nice. We're staying half board and they charge us for drinks at meal times. The beds are hard and in my opinion they are uncomfortable. The hotel plays music by the pool most of the day and this is not relaxing. The "spa" is actually just a treatment room. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is the food, which is nice. However, there is very little atmosphere in the restaurant where it is served.The check in staff were friendly upon arrival, but they failed when we asked them to perform the very basic task of arranging a taxi away from the hotel. I would definitely not recommend this hotel because it is so isolated and difficult to arrange transport to the more interesting parts of the island.
