A very nice hotel, very well maintained, clean, friendly staff, the spa is very good and open all day, the gym is also quite complete and the breakfast buffet is very complete, we have no complaints, the rooms are very spacious, the ideal would be for the TVs to have apps, but even so, everything is perfect.

Location is great if you like a quiet getaway and a beautiful city with calm beaches. Furniture may be outdated but it doesn’t affect your stay at all and the staff are amazing at cleaning and maintaining the room. Amenities are great, good facilities to use like the spa and pools. Could not think of one complaint during my stay here. I got what I paid for.

The pool is clean and open from 11 am, the breakfast is bomb, with vegan milk if asked for. Only thing that could be a disadvantage is that it doesn't count with an elevator.

We had a family reunion here in May and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms have everything you need at an excellent price. The swimming pool area is pristine and the location is just a couple of minutes walk away from lots of lovely restaurants. A short walk to the beach too. We'll be back!

Great base away from the beach, quiet area, older hotel, has no lift, basic but sufficient breakfast. Air con was quirky, make sure the balcony switch on the door frame makes contact. Outstanding sat channels,but quirky double remote sets,use TV remote to set up and then other remote to channel hop. Friendly staff. Pool is only crowded on days where the weather was rough on the beach.

Beautiful garden but the rooms could do with some modernising and updating. That being said I think the hotel had more character than a lot of these beachside resorts with 200 beds. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. We didnt like the food in the restaurant so maybe try somewhere else. Overall I’d say maybe it was a bit too expensive for what it is.

The Grand Hotel Palladium is one of the best places to be. I like the calm and elegant atmosphere. The service is unobtrusively polite and very helpful.
