El Guía is a truly lovely hotel. The location is central yet quiet. The rooms are very clean and exude both elegance and coziness. There is a spacious outdoor area where you can relax or work. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

Great hotel with very good breakfast! Love the atmosphere and was conveniently next to the tram. The staff were so friendly, helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

An excellent hotel right in the heart of Soller. The staff are excellent and very helpful. Parking is available by reservation and is €12 per day. Would love to stay here again.

Just wanted to say we had the most fabulous Paella tonight. We stumbled across this magnificent restaurant and beautiful courtyard surroundings. Wonderful staff who were so welcoming and attentive. Amazing food and so relaxing.

We stayed for 3 nights and loved everything! The double room was a bit smaller than the pictures shown on the website, but no issue as we spent most of our time outside exploring beautiful mountains. We loved the jacuzzi and sauna (you have to book it in advance at the reception), breakfast and the bar. Finishing a day after a long hike with a sauna and a glass of Angel D'or at the beautiful courtyard was sooo relaxing. Thanks to the hotel staff. They were very attentive and friendly. Overall, we were very happy!

Beautiful kept hotel comfy beds clean rooms. Breakfast had plenty of choice and lady in breakfast room was lovely. Beautiful little court yard to sit and watch the day go by. Staff are so helpful and make you feel so welcome. Can't wait to return

Stay was comfortable, with a polite staff and nice view of the hills. However, we found the hotel to be overpriced, esecially for the room size and facilities. Also the breakfast was OK.

I think this is how a hotel should be. Hotel El Guía in Sóller is just lovely: the old house with all its charm, large rooms with everything you need, a bathroom that is even bigger, a cute little pool with mountain view. And, most important: the people are all genuinely friendly and make sure you have a pleasant stay, know how you want your coffee, give you extra blankets (even if it’s warm), and help you relax. Special thanks to Elías, for limiting my work hours and for just being the most charming person in the (hotel) world.

Really beautiful and welcoming Hotel in the centre of Soller. Swimming pool, amazing breakfast buffet. Super friendly and caring staff. There is nothing to complain about. We look forward to coming back again soon. Thank you so much.

Perfect location, most friendly staff and great breakfast. We staid for four nights in July and were welcomed with open arms. Everyone here is so nice, speaks all languages and all corona rules were respected. We were sad to see how empty the hotel is due to corona but loved every minute of it. It is so central, yet super quiet to sleep. We had room 205 which was beautiful with a view of the mountains and pool and so quiet to sleep. We got our own parking spot and it always felt like family. Great value for your money! We will be back. Thank you so so much for all your hospitality
