How did this hotel get 5 stars? It's a 3 star hotel I wouldn't stay at. Look at the photos. Dead flowers at the entrance, dirty floor. Zero customer service, the hotel looked abandoned as we walked in. The staff were around the desk barely paying attention to us. The room was nice but super outdated, small but comfortable beds. The toiletries were only for 1 even though we paid for 2 guests. There is no slippers and freezing bathroom floor. There are no robes, no decent coffee, old TV, bathtub that's supposed to be jacuzzi malfunctioning.
Wall and sofa were dirty like someone was killed there and blood splashed all over.
Dirty carpets and walls.
Disgusting gym. SPA extra 30 eur, no one in the spa reception at 9.30. No towels in the gym. Plastic cups for water and ugly office water cooler.
Pool closed. Ok it's not the season, but then let your guests use the indoor pool complimentary.
People who think this is a 5 star hotel have never been in 5 star hotels. 11 eur parking for 1 night on empty parking garage.
Could be complimentary for your guests.
So not worth it. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and would not come back.

It is already the second time I'm writting this comment. We spent there few days last week on our route through Spain and were amazed by the Spanish food before arriving here. One night we decided to eat in the hotel as we were exhausted. After having visited so many countries and so many hotels, we have never seen worst menu (the one you can find in a road bar) and we have never tried worst food. A 5 stars hotel is supposed to have a nice selection of dishes but not burgers, sandwiches. We ordered the caesar salad... a mix of lettuce, things and sauce without any sense. My husband ordered a steak, literally dry. Dear chef, there are very competent professionals and your work is an insult to the Spanish kitchen.
