1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock. 2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion. 3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria. 4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only...
Good hotel but rather too big for my liking, thankfully we did not stay there in peak time. A grand hotel, but dated. Service and staff friendly.
The hotel is very good, the pool, the facilities, but it is true that it is far from the center of Toledo, but to relax I recommend it. As for the food at the buffet, I found the variety to be scarce, expensive, and all the food is pre-cooked.
A bit on the outskirts, but there were buses into the centre and the old town for €1.40 a ticket. Car parking was free. We had a problem with the a/c and within 5 minutes there was a mechanic, then a few minutes later our room was changed. Beautiful pool with a pool bar where you could pay cash, card or charge to the room.
Really nice hotel located a short distance to the town Toledo. The hotel is very nice and presentable from the lobby to the outdoor pool area. Breakfast was very fresh and plentiful. I looked forward to booking another stay very soon, I would like to suggest to the management please can you discuss them with the management to take action as soon as possible, -Repaint the double bedroom walls they...

It is a little distance from the ancient city, and it takes 15-18 minutes to walk to the city gate. The scenery is good, and you can overlook the entire ancient city from the guest rooms and breakfast restaurant. Breakfast was 13 euros, which was OK. The room is relatively large
A nice stay. The bed is super comfy.
We were a large group of 21. Paola at the front desk greeted us and welcomed us immediately. Even though we arrived earlier than check in, she was ready for us. She was very kind, informative, and helped with all the information we needed for the bus. The walk to the main plaza is a good 20-25 min uphill walk (it is very hot here) and after doing that once, I asked for the bus details. The breakfast...
This hotel is a basic hotel that meets the need to have a night's sleep. We only had one breakfast here, and it wasn't good. Some orange slices and kiwi were spoiled, the whole apple was a bit stale, and the scrambled eggs smelled fishy.
Good location, very close to everything. Very clean room. Comfortable and spacious bed. Spectacular views of the city. We will return for sure.
Attentive staff and always available to help. I didn't try the food as the reservation was only with accommodation. Comfortable and well located hotel

Classy hotel, located in a quiet location. It features big rooms, big bathrooms and a nice eating area. Only 3 stars because of the paying parking (11 euros per day) and rather high breakfast price (20 euros per person).
Positives: - The hotel lobby is very luxurious! - pool is nice. - room is spacious - very friendly personnel. Negatives: -Location is far from the center with very poor bus connections. - Very basic amenities in the room, if you need extras you have to go to the reception. - The bed pillows smelled really bad. After contacting reception 3 times they were finally changed. - Room cleaning service just...
Fantastic environment, facilities, breakfast and service. Convenient traffic and parking
This hotel was spectacular. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, and it's very easy to access. The gym was better equipped than most hotel gyms. The location is on the outskirts, so you'll need to taxi to the old part of Toledo. My sister got very sick and they were very accommodating, letting us check out two hours late. Thank you!
Excellent hotel with 5 star facilities Room is spacious but has no usb charging port Breakfast only starts at 800am
The hotel is far from the center and you always depend on the taxi. The staff seems somewhat inexperienced and although they put effort into it, the lack of experience is noticeable. The rooms are very spacious and not noisy at all. The pool is very nice and in general it is a hotel that, although not in the center, is worth visiting.

Could not recommend this hotel higher. Beautifully renovated historic building and incredible staff.
First the staff was super nice and helpful! Also in a great location and was able to walk to majority of key attractions we wanted to see. Bed was a bit hard but was not a major issue!
Property is high on a hill with great views; has a small park right outside. El Greco museum right next door.
Toledo could have been better. We enjoyed our stay, clean and comfy room, nice restaurant and friendly staff. However like much of Europe, no AC and the room was hot. Said it was still winter so only heat would work. Shouldn't advertise that they have AC, we even filtered for that on our hotel selection to make sure we had AC. The hotel online also advertised they had a bar and it was closed the...

Clean, convenient off-street parking, walking distance to tourist spots.
The hotel is cozy, with lemonade and snacks as welcome treats. Our room has a view of the ancient city, the windows are double-layered and there are security doors, so it is also very quiet. The hotel has parking, but it requires some skills.
The room I was assigned was next to the elevator, the ceiling was like this, and the hotel was not fully booked that day, and there was a smell of kitchen fumes in the room
Good hotel with clean room and shower room.Private car parking at the hotel cost 14 euro per day and you can access as many times as you want within a day. But be careful of the second floor of the garage, it's very tight space.
Very good value for money, just outside the old town of Toledo, 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral
In order to see the Cathedral and the ancient Roman bridge where the Cardinal of Toledo resides, we stayed at the Maria Hotel. The beautiful lady at the front desk arranged a nice room for us with a view of the church on the hill and a parking garage.

A must-do when your in Toledo. In a beautiful environment! 🍽️ We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant. They serve you a nice menu with starter, main course and dessert or you can eat à la carte. The atmosphere is beautiful. Service was a little slow but staff friendly. Food is good. Not phenomenal but good. I think it's worth the visit and would do it again.
"I had an exceptional experience at this fine dining restaurant in Toledo. A hotel with stylish design, great rooms, and stunning views. Unfortunately, service is poor: empty minibar, Wi-Fi through reception, and the 24/7 café was closed. Lovely surroundings and fair price, but be prepared for limited food and drinks. The Hotel is a bit tired, but we liked it. I hope the management will make some changes and improve small issues.
We stayed for only one night during a motorcycle tour. The staff are very friendly and understanding where Spanish is not your first language. The room was excellent, spacious and with an excellent view of Toledo Old Town. Breakfast was good also.
In my opinion this is a 3, maximum 4 star hotel, not 5. As I mentioned already, I would advice fixing the screeching noises of the rolling toaster instead of simply living with it. Most guest probably do not enjoy it for breakfast. I would also focus on fixing the clogged bathroom sinks and cleaning the glass promenade that is full of dry rotten leaves.
We have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.  The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.  Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although...
A great hotel with great views. A short taxi ride to the city. Our second visit. I will add. However, there is no provision for vegetarian food in the restaurant. When we asked if the chef could provide something, we were told, the menu is the menu. In our experience the sign of a good chef/maitre d is that they will try their best to accommodate any dietary request. This is not the case at this hotel...

Very good location. However, the information provided by the reception staff is limited. They informed us about the breakfast price but didn't mention that the discount was only available at check-in. Another issue is that the website says the Indigo parking is centralized, which it isn't.
Excellent location. Optimum amenities. There was one misfortune...with a cockroach in the bathroom, but the entire room and bathroom were very clean. The staff could have been more attentive to service. I recommend the hotel restaurant next door. The food was very good, and the service there was excellent and efficient. The price was reasonable for the service.
Location is good, in the heart of the old city. Hotel and rooms are average/good We had a good stay. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable! I also liked the easy access to the bus stop and all the tourist spots.
The hotel does not allow check-in until 2pm, but you can store your luggage first. The room is large and has a terrace where you can sit down and chat... The breakfast buffet is average and the location is convenient to various tourist attractions.

The price/performance ratio is very high. The hotel is right next to the bus station, only a ten-minute walk from the train station, and close to the entrance of the mountain elevator. The room is big and clean, cost-effective, next to the bus station, but it is a bit noisy
The location is superb, near to the places of interests. Next to METRO. Ample free open-air parking minutes walk away, but may take a bit of figuring out. Rooms/Beds were good size, clean, odorless & comfortable. We had room heating kick-in but could quite figure out how to control it, fortunately the front desk resolved it eventually.
Easy and friendly check-in. Huge room. Extremely comfortable mattress and luxurious bedding. Spotlessly clean throughout. Massive wrap around terrace. Nice view. Quiet. Coffee machine. Mini bar fridge. Lovely bathroom with great shower. Luxury soap and shampoo. Very well lit. Huge TV. Free parking at Safont just 5 minutes easy walk away. Ten minutes walk (uphill) to Toledo centre.

The environment is beautiful, the hotel decoration is very elegant, and the location is especially good. You can overlook the ancient city of Toledo. The accommodation experience is great! It has received unanimous praise from the whole family. There is a parking lot, which is very convenient
You can take photos of the old town from the hotel's public courtyard. You need to take a taxi to each attraction. It is not very convenient to call a taxi in Toledo. You need to make an appointment for the hotel breakfast. It is more convenient to stay in the old town. The hotel only provides one bottle of water regardless of how many days you stay.
The view was really, really amazing! We went on our honeymoon, and it was a memorable trip because the view was so great~ I recommend it!
The hotel is located on a mountain near Toledo, about a 10-minute drive away. It is right next to the observation deck and offers a great view of the ancient city of Toledo. It is recommended to stay here if you are driving.
The room is in a great location, overlooking the entire ancient city. You can take pictures overlooking the entire city from the balcony of the hotel restaurant. There is a small path up the hill after leaving the hotel. Go up to the top of the mountain to take pictures, see picture 2. There are not many choices for dinner.

Great experience overall. The service was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. As expected from an Autograph hotel, everything felt well-designed and high quality. The only thing I would love to see is a barista-style coffee option—it would make the experience even better.
It believes it a 5 star hotel, but if it was at such a great location, it would be out of business, to many other negatives vs its outstanding location!
The hotel overall has many qualities worthy of its 5-star rating - attentive staff (apart from one less pleasant encounter at reception), delicious cocktails, and a super fresh breakfast with wonderful homemade jam. However, a couple of things kept our experience from being truly five stars. When we arrived, we noticed several spider webs in the room. One might be understandable, but finding multiple...
My wife and I are traveling through Spain and spent one night at the Eugenia. de Montijo. The hotel is beautified decorated and the staff is professional and welcoming. Noelia, who checked us in and out, was especially impressive. If your travel brings you to Toledo, I highly recommend the Eugenia.
Nice hotel in the old town Toledo; up in the mountains. Nice address in the heart of the attractions. Friendly staff, good food, wonderful experience. Will come again 😍
The hotel location is great and central and both amenities and staff were excellent - including the restaurant (which served first class fare at a reasonable price).  Pedro in the restaurant and lobby areas was particularly delightful.  The room was very spacious and comfortable, other than a bit noisy in the mornings.  Staff helped arrange tours and outings in the area, which were excellent.

There is a large free parking lot about 300 meters away. No need to stop at the hotel. A few hundred meters walk from the old town. Good location. The hotel is a bit old
Nice location. Pretty hotel. Good service with helpful reception staff. Could be improved with better cleaning in the room and a fresher smell. Prices become indecent around summer, same as every big city in Spain. However it’s certainly not worth the price paid.
Excellent location, attention to detail, high-end and tasteful hotel, very satisfied.
Beatiful authentic hotel with amazing Spanish interrior and great location not far from historic city centre. Great room number with own big terrace and city view. Great breakfast. Nice hotel but rooms were very hot. AC did very little. Also the beds only had a comforter, no sheet. So that was was too warm as well. I can’t imagine how warm it would be in summer. Staff seemed nice.
Toledo is an ancient wall city with virtually no parking and a tremendous amount of up and down tiny cobblestone streets. We’d liked this hotel because it was roughly 1 mile from downtown and sat on a Hill across the gorge with an amazing view of downtown. Even though I had a rental car, I never attempted to drive. I rode public transportation into town and usually called a cab back to the hotel....

We came to the restaurant on the corner of the hotel building - I presume that it's part of the hotel because it doesn't have a name above the restaurant. We had a great value menu del dia for €12.50 - starter, main and dessert or coffee. Bread and a half litre carafe of wine between 2 people was included. Basic meals but tasty and filling.
