1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock. 2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. Good hotel but rather too big for my liking, thankfully we did not stay there in peak time. A grand hotel, but dated. Service and staff friendly.

The hotel is very good, the pool, the facilities, but it is true that it is far from the center of Toledo, but to relax I recommend it. As for the food at the buffet, I found the variety to be scarce, expensive, and all the food is pre-cooked.

A bit on the outskirts, but there were buses into the centre and the old town for €1.40 a ticket. Car parking was free. We had a problem with the a/c and within 5 minutes there was a mechanic, then a few minutes later our room was changed. Beautiful pool with a pool bar where you could pay cash, card or charge to the room.

The hotel is a bit far from the center of Toledo, it can be reached for about 10 euros, and the lobby is as big as a racecourse. The restaurant is large, the taste is great, and the outdoor area is beautiful after dinner...

It is a little distance from the ancient city, and it takes 15-18 minutes to walk to the city gate. The scenery is good, and you can overlook the entire ancient city from the guest rooms and breakfast restaurant. Breakfast was 13 euros, which was OK. The room is relatively large

This hotel is a basic hotel that meets the need to have a night's sleep. We only had one breakfast here, and it wasn't good. Some orange slices and kiwi were spoiled, the whole apple was a bit stale, and the scrambled eggs smelled fishy.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable! I also liked the easy access to the bus stop and all the tourist spots.

The hotel does not allow check-in until 2pm, but you can store your luggage first. The room is large and has a terrace where you can sit down and chat... The breakfast buffet is average and the location is convenient to various tourist attractions.

The location is superb, near to the places of interests. Next to METRO. Ample free open-air parking minutes walk away, but may take a bit of figuring out. The hotel location is great and central and both amenities and staff were excellent - including the restaurant (which served first class fare at a reasonable price).  Pedro in the restaurant and lobby areas was particularly delightful.  The room was very spacious and comfortable, other than a bit noisy in the mornings.  Staff helped arrange tours and outings in the area, which were excellent.

We loved the hotel. Close to everything. Service is great...But they would not allow us to regulate the temperature in the room. They said "it finds its own temperature". So if it was on it blew hot air. It was 65 degrees outside. We did not want heat. Also the mattress is hard...worst we have had from a 4 star hotel.

Amazing!! We really enjoyed our stay here in Toledo. What a perfect place to be in. The Marriott is the way to go. Just want Marriott to recognize the employees they have especially Daniel at the bar, he was very kind and welcoming. He made sure we were taken care of. Stayed only 1 night at elegance king bed room. The bed was great, and huge so we slept like an angel. Everything was ok but no more. There is only 1 small bottle of water for 2 persons in the room, rest for charge. All amenities for require, for that price, small things like that must be more welcome for the costumers. Our room was spacious, comfortable, cool and clean. The Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance to the old town, main square and shopping area. Would happily repeat. Cigarral is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been… I was at a wedding on New Years Eve. The backdrop of the ceremony was the city of Toledo at sunset. Simply breathtaking. Absolutely brilliant! The location is so central and we had views from our balcony over the square. We came to the restaurant on the corner of the hotel building - I presume that it's part of the hotel because it doesn't have a name above the restaurant. We had a great value menu del dia for €12.50 - starter, main and dessert or coffee. Bread and a half litre carafe of wine between 2 people was included. Basic meals but tasty and filling.

Excellent hotel to stay with family and kids, our room was very clean and comfortable. Don't rate the hotel by their "breakfast" the food was under cooked and not good. I went with my son and the location was really good.. The parking lot was far so I left my luggage and parked, and it was more expensive than the parking fee that was listed..I think it would be good if they posted it properly. Breakfast was not as good as I thought for the price..It would have been better to eat outside.

Great hotel. Fab location, nice a quiet but within walking distance to the centre. Had a huge room with a sofa and television, two bathrooms and an enormous bed. Bed was comfortable. The windows all opened up. Everything worked. Everything was clean. Super nice underground parking area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved it.

Hotel is facing the river. It is located within or within close proximity of the old town (~15mins walk to most places of interests). However, not the cleanest Spanish hotel I've been in. They offer full day parking for 15Euros

If you arrive by car clear parking in advance. Historic roads are very NARROW and you can't park nearly nowhere and especially not in front of your hotel. Great hotel located next to the Cathedral, staff really polite and helpful and good choice for continental breakfast. No noise from outside at night but it seemed that from inside someone was messing with our electric just after 1am. Other than that minor issue, no complaints and I would fully recommend.

The rooms are small, but you'll mostly be adventuring in the town of Toledo so this is just a place to relax and sleep. Reception was phenomenally welcoming when we arrived and was quick to explain all the features of the hotel, and also how to get to the city center of Toledo. Fantastic hotel, great location, stunning view from the rooftop terrace, good breakfast. It was a bit hard to walk about 700 meters with the suitcase after getting off the bus, but it was definitely worth staying.
