Toledo, Concilios de Toledo s/n 🧭 Map
Good hotel but rather too big for my liking, thankfully we did not stay there in peak time. A grand hotel, but dated. Service and staff friendly.
A bit on the outskirts, but there were buses into the centre and the old town for €1.40 a ticket. Car parking was free. We had a problem with the a/c and within 5 minutes there was a mechanic, then a few minutes later our room was changed. Beautiful pool with a pool bar where you could pay cash, card or charge to the room.
Really nice hotel located a short distance to the town Toledo. The hotel is very nice and presentable from the lobby to the outdoor pool area. Breakfast was very fresh and plentiful. I looked forward to booking another stay very soon, I would like to suggest to the management please can you discuss them with the management to take action as soon as possible, -Repaint the double bedroom walls they...
This hotel is great the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, it’s located close enough to the main attractions that you won’t have any trouble getting there quickly and transportation is usually there waiting if you didn’t bring a vehicle or simply don’t want to drive. They have ample self parking as well as a delicious breakfast with lots of variety and a beautiful view of the city. The only downside...
It is a pleasant place with wide rooms. Our romm had beautiful views to Old town and surrounding. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms may look a little bit old but is well maintained, clean and the beds are very comfortable. Maybe is not completely isolated but nothing out of the standard. If the neighbours are behaving everyone can rest. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately...
We have a family tradition of coming to this hotel. The rooms are good and affordable. The staff is also very approachable. The food and beverages are a bit expensive, hence the four stars. The best part of our stay, however, is Javier - the bartender at the pool. He is one of the reasons we keep returning at summertime. He is friendly, kind, and really makes our weekends here special. He’s also wonderful...

Easy and friendly check-in. Huge room. Extremely comfortable mattress and luxurious bedding. Spotlessly clean throughout. Massive wrap around terrace. Nice view. Quiet. Coffee machine. Mini bar fridge. Lovely bathroom with great shower. Luxury soap and shampoo. Very well lit. Huge TV. Free parking at Safont just 5 minutes easy walk away. Ten minutes walk (uphill) to Toledo centre.
Stay from 23 to 25 May 2024 in a double room The hotel is very well located for exploring Toledo. The spacious room was clean and the beds were good. The breakfast was plentiful but we recommend eating outside of rush hour. We were surprised by the good and reasonably priced dinner and coffee in the bar. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking spaces in the hotel car park are sometimes very...
This hotel has only 3 stars but the staff and well appointed rooms make it seem like 5 stars. Large comfortable bed, enormous bathroom and a terrace with table and chairs. I stayed on half-board terms, the buffet breakfast was excellent and copious in choices. Dinner was very satisfying with sufficient choices for each course, water, bread and agreeable wine included. The hotel is situated 5 minutes...
Tip: opposite the elevator on 4th floor you have access to a semi-public balcony from where you have the most beautiful view towards the old town and fortress, especially during sunrise it is spectacular! My room was large and clean. The breakfast is really good. I love Spanish ham so much and during breakfast they had plenty of it. Also, the bar in the evening is real nice, including the lady who...

We were a large group of 21. Paola at the front desk greeted us and welcomed us immediately. Even though we arrived earlier than check in, she was ready for us. She was very kind, informative, and helped with all the information we needed for the bus. The walk to the main plaza is a good 20-25 min uphill walk (it is very hot here) and after doing that once, I asked for the bus details. The breakfast...
This hotel is a basic hotel that meets the need to have a night's sleep. We only had one breakfast here, and it wasn't good. Some orange slices and kiwi were spoiled, the whole apple was a bit stale, and the scrambled eggs smelled fishy.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good but meager breakfast. These were the positive things..Negatives - non-working air conditioning (with the air conditioning constantly running at minimum temperature, for three days the room was terribly hot); the hotel needs serious renovation.
Enjoyed my stay here. Very friendly staff, always happy to offer advice. For example, they helped us with a trip to Madrid. Breakfast is very, very complete. Rooms was what we expected for the price we paid. The location is a bit further away from the historical centre of Toledo, but for us this was no problem at all since we like to walk. The route is easy, simply follow the road in front of the hotel...
The hotel is beautiful but once you get to your room there’s a lot that doesn’t make sense.. giant room that could sleep 4 only has one washcloth and one tiny piece of soap. Good assortment of coffee but no creamer, found a twig in our bed, the only window in the room is locked so you can’t get fresh air, giant closet (presumably for 4 people) with only 6 hangers, none of the drawers in the room open...
It's a bit far and away from the center but the staff and the structure was nice.. the swimming pool is small..but the place for the breakfast was very nice...the parking always complete but exist a park area very near 5 minute's walking...in the end was pleasant...price $$+

Positives: - The hotel lobby is very luxurious! - pool is nice. - room is spacious - very friendly personnel. Negatives: -Location is far from the center with very poor bus connections. - Very basic amenities in the room, if you need extras you have to go to the reception. - The bed pillows smelled really bad. After contacting reception 3 times they were finally changed. - Room cleaning service just...
This hotel was spectacular. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, and it's very easy to access. The gym was better equipped than most hotel gyms. The location is on the outskirts, so you'll need to taxi to the old part of Toledo. My sister got very sick and they were very accommodating, letting us check out two hours late. Thank you!
Wonderful hotel, well maintained and beautifully furnished both inside rooms and in the lobby. Lovely spa and pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. The one caveat for me is the location. The hotel has a nice view, but is not near anything. All tourist activities, restaurants and shopping are a taxi ride away. Taxi into downtown is 12-15 euros each way. With multiple round trips per day for...
Old school 5 stars were built to last for decades even centuries. Return in time , where hotels were palaces . Real walls, real marble , real attention to every details. Simply exquisite , everything. Wow for $125 a night You will have your own Presidential suite type room in Toledo.
Breakfast was very good and the room was very quiet. However the hotel is a 30 min fast walk to the centre. The sink in the room had a large crack in it and i nearly cut myself. I attended a conference and although the food was exceptionally good at lunchtime the organisation of the coffee break and drinks reception was very poor. Several times there was no coffee left and there was only a couple...

Beautiful Hotel- renovated 2018 Presidential Suite , very spacious and included a Juliet Balcony. I would suggest Parking in the Parking Garage .1 KM before hotel . The street the hotel is located in not a thru street and is very small. Also it is a one way system thru the old city - passed the hotel the street become EXTREMELY narrow in one section, however, even larger cars such as medium sized vans...
We loved the hotel. Close to everything. Service is great...But they would not allow us to regulate the temperature in the room. They said "it finds its own temperature". So if it was on it blew hot air. It was 65 degrees outside. We did not want heat. Also the mattress is hard...worst we have had from a 4 star hotel.
Amazing!! We really enjoyed our stay here in Toledo. What a perfect place to be in. The Marriott is the way to go. Just want Marriott to recognize the employees they have especially Daniel at the bar, he was very kind and welcoming. He made sure we were taken care of. You can tell he cares about his job and works hard. Thanks for such a memorable trip.
Stayed only 1 night at elegance king bed room. The bed was great, and huge so we slept like an angel. Everything was ok but no more. There is only 1 small bottle of water for 2 persons in the room, rest for charge. All amenities for require, for that price, small things like that must be more welcome for the costumers. Could be nice to get some welcome dring. Tasty breakfast but very limited choice
The Eugenia de Montijo in Toledo is one of the most impressive hotels I have ever been to. Behind the layered facade lies a real treasure trove of impressions. The focal point here is clearly the central lounge and bar, which is unrivalled anywhere in the world. Only the Grand Hotel in Malaga, with its Moorish style, tops this experience. The rooms are very large, as are the bathrooms, and classically...

A charming hotel located on a hilltop. The views are absolutely stunning. Watching the sunrise over Toledo from the balcony on a crisp morning was an experience I’ll never forget. The room was clean, and the decor stylish. I took plenty of photos to use as inspiration for my own place. Given its quality, the price is surprisingly affordable. The restaurant was the only downside. I learned later that...
We had another wonderful stay at this amazing parador. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This was our third visit to this parador, but we were disappointed with the breakfasts this visit. You now have to order hot food if you want it. But when it came it was too cold to eat.
Very cozy comfortable room with million dollar view. Martha is a good concierge and reception. Foods are humble and nice. It has a good outdoor swimming pool with clean water.
Good experience overall, stayed only for 1 night, room conditions were good, good size. Pool was closed on that day. Its quite distant from the city, but taxis are available to get you there. Breakfeast was really good. There is no kids park or kids pool.
Located on top of a small hill, the view of Toledo's cityscape from the room and balcony is superb, and is highly recommended. It was a blissful time to drink a beer while watching the sunrise and sunset. The rooms have been beautifully renovated and are new, with perfect size and service. It's definitely worth a stay if you're in Toledo, and our local taxi driver raved about it.
There is no doubt this hotel is beautifully situated and the rooms are beautiful with easy access to the pool. The service unfortunately was very poor, especially at the restaurant and the terrace - exceptionally slow. Were it not for this we would have returned for a second visit but alas!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I have marked it as a 4 star as in my personal opinion the breakfast coukd gave been better in that all hot food was cold. The room was great but marble floor with no rugs which in November was very cold. Take disposable slippers. The location was great. Also to mention the roof top bar not closed in but covered. Would stay here again.
Great all round . Fantastic views across the city from the roof top bar - which has amazing food as well. Beautiful room very friendly service. Highly recommend
Good location if you want to visit Toledo. It’s just on the outskirts of the main area but close enough to be able walk to all parts with ease. The whole town is around 20min from end to end so not very big meaning this hotel location was perfect. The service was good. Nice welcome from the staff and the room has a decent amount of amenities. It was fine for what we needed since we were only staying...
We loved the views, and the attention to detail, including the way the window has sensors that turn A/C off when you open it, so not to waste energy. Besides the great view from our room, the restaurant Azotea allows you to look all around. Very well located, too.
We had our day two for our wedding here and all I can say is it was amazing! So easy to organise over email and great service with amazing food! The views of Toledo from the rooftop are beautiful, especially at sunset. Thank you so much for making it so easy.
All good except the restaurant on the roof top. Very bad service, medium food quality. Only the view is nice, all the rest is “bad” specially the service, with unprofessional servers who do not care of the client at the point that they open the roof curtain, slap the face with the rope and do not even apologised

Beatiful authentic hotel with amazing Spanish interrior and great location not far from historic city centre. Great room number with own big terrace and city view. Great breakfast. Special thanks to breakfast service staff. The only proposal - possibility to have breakfasts on Sundays earlier than 8 a.m.
Weird hotel. Rooms OK but the hotel doesn't have a bar or restaurant or lounge. Quite convenient for the old town with a bus stop 100 metres away. Sercotel must be ashamed to own it though since they haven't put a sign up with their name on
Conforable rooms, good location - out from the city walls but still close to the city center - it takes 20min walk to reach the Cathedral. Vary and really rich breakfast.
Room is very clean and comfortable. Staffs here were friendly and the hotel is near one of the bus stops of citysightseeing bus. The room was not sound proof but ok.

It’s a perfect hotel , the room is clean , comfort and has a good view. The hotel is close to everything in Toledo and near the lake . The best thing that they made an excellent breakfast but the dinner I don’t recommend. Highly recommend to try it .
We love this hotel. We travel a lot internationally and the fact that I remembered this hotel from a trip 26 years ago says something about it. "I had an exceptional experience at this fine dining restaurant in Toledo. The whole package, room, staff, breakfast, all excellent. Reception staff wonderful. wonderful building.
Good food, slack service There is the restaurant and then the bar. We went to the restaurant. Should have just gone to the bar. We had to drag waiters over for everything, from drinks when we arrived, to order food, to ask for ice, to ask for coffee, and to ask for the bill (and then to get the bill corrected). The food was good. Not worth the annoyance. €50 for two waters, two beers, a Caesar salad...
Beautiful terrace and atmosphere. OK service... Stale bread. Honey Aubergines that tasted like waffles. Rodaballo and Octopus were monotonous, salty, lacking any and all punch. Ponche Toledeano was too sweet. Overall, the wine was the finest selection (Añil). Its a shame such a beautiful place had uninspired flavors, but perhaps we ordered the wrong dishes.

We had a great value menu del dia for €12.50 - starter, main and dessert or coffee. Bread and a half litre carafe of wine between 2 people was included. Basic meals but tasty and filling.
Excellent hotel to stay with family and kids, our room was very clean and comfortable. Don't rate the hotel by their "breakfast" the food was under cooked and not good. Orange juice was excellent of you pay for the natural fresh squeeze and coffee was good. Just avoid eating there but the hotel itself is excellent 👌
3 star Hotel in fantastic location in the heart of the city. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was continental and a good selection. The restaurant/bar service craft beer and good food reasonably prices. All in all a great experience in a historical city.
One of the best locations of Toledo. Close tô the commercial district and near the historical sites route. The Puerta de Cristo is so close and you can get your wirstband to visit 7 historical sites. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had great lighting. We really enjoyed relaxing here after wandering up and down the slopes of Toledo's old town. The location is handy and easy to find, with great views from the balcony. The receptionist was really helpful and informative. Breakfast was simple but good.
Close enough to walk to everything, but just far enough to be nice and quiet. We stayed in one of their apartments, and loved it.
Walking distance to all the historic sites in Toledo. Comfortable and well appointed room. The upgrade to the superior room is worth it. Great staff, Julio was especially terrific with directions and recommendations. Stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
An excellent value in the heart of old Toledo. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and excellent breakfast.
Great little hotel. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the varied breakfast. Super location for touring the old city, just below the Mosque of Cristo de la Luz. I wouldn't hesitate on staying again.
