Good hotel but rather too big for my liking, thankfully we did not stay there in peak time. A grand hotel, but dated. Service and staff friendly.

A bit on the outskirts, but there were buses into the centre and the old town for €1.40 a ticket. Car parking was free. We had a problem with the a/c and within 5 minutes there was a mechanic, then a few minutes later our room was changed. Beautiful pool with a pool bar where you could pay cash, card or charge to the room.

Really nice hotel located a short distance to the town Toledo. The hotel is very nice and presentable from the lobby to the outdoor pool area. Breakfast was very fresh and plentiful. This hotel is great the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, it’s located close enough to the main attractions that you won’t have any trouble getting there quickly and transportation is usually there waiting if you didn’t bring a vehicle or simply don’t want to drive. They have ample self parking as well as a delicious breakfast with lots of variety and a beautiful view of the city. The only downside...

It is a pleasant place with wide rooms. Our romm had beautiful views to Old town and surrounding. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms may look a little bit old but is well maintained, clean and the beds are very comfortable. Maybe is not completely isolated but nothing out of the standard. We have a family tradition of coming to this hotel. The rooms are good and affordable. The staff is also very approachable. The food and beverages are a bit expensive, hence the four stars. We were a large group of 21. Paola at the front desk greeted us and welcomed us immediately. Even though we arrived earlier than check in, she was ready for us. This hotel is a basic hotel that meets the need to have a night's sleep. We only had one breakfast here, and it wasn't good. Some orange slices and kiwi were spoiled, the whole apple was a bit stale, and the scrambled eggs smelled fishy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good but meager breakfast. These were the positive things..Negatives - non-working air conditioning (with the air conditioning constantly running at minimum temperature, for three days the room was terribly hot); the hotel needs serious renovation.

Enjoyed my stay here. Very friendly staff, always happy to offer advice. For example, they helped us with a trip to Madrid. Breakfast is very, very complete. Rooms was what we expected for the price we paid. The location is a bit further away from the historical centre of Toledo, but for us this was no problem at all since we like to walk. The hotel is beautiful but once you get to your room there’s a lot that doesn’t make sense.. giant room that could sleep 4 only has one washcloth and one tiny piece of soap. Good assortment of coffee but no creamer, found a twig in our bed, the only window in the room is locked so you can’t get fresh air, giant closet (presumably for 4 people) with only 6 hangers, none of the drawers in the room open...

It's a bit far and away from the center but the staff and the structure was nice.. the swimming pool is small..but the place for the breakfast was very nice...the parking always complete but exist a park area very near 5 minute's walking...in the end was pleasant...price $$+

This hotel has only 3 stars but the staff and well appointed rooms make it seem like 5 stars. Large comfortable bed, enormous bathroom and a terrace with table and chairs. Beautiful Hotel- renovated 2018 Presidential Suite , very spacious and included a Juliet Balcony. I would suggest Parking in the Parking Garage .1 KM before hotel . The street the hotel is located in not a thru street and is very small. Also it is a one way system thru the old city - passed the hotel the street become EXTREMELY narrow in one section, however, even larger cars such as medium sized vans...

We loved the hotel. Close to everything. Service is great...But they would not allow us to regulate the temperature in the room. They said "it finds its own temperature". So if it was on it blew hot air. It was 65 degrees outside. We did not want heat. Also the mattress is hard...worst we have had from a 4 star hotel.

Amazing!! We really enjoyed our stay here in Toledo. What a perfect place to be in. The Marriott is the way to go. Just want Marriott to recognize the employees they have especially Daniel at the bar, he was very kind and welcoming. He made sure we were taken care of. Stayed only 1 night at elegance king bed room. The bed was great, and huge so we slept like an angel. Everything was ok but no more. There is only 1 small bottle of water for 2 persons in the room, rest for charge. All amenities for require, for that price, small things like that must be more welcome for the costumers. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I have marked it as a 4 star as in my personal opinion the breakfast coukd gave been better in that all hot food was cold. The room was great but marble floor with no rugs which in November was very cold. Take disposable slippers. The location was great. Also to mention the roof top bar not closed in but covered. Good location if you want to visit Toledo. It’s just on the outskirts of the main area but close enough to be able walk to all parts with ease. The whole town is around 20min from end to end so not very big meaning this hotel location was perfect. The service was good. We loved the views, and the attention to detail, including the way the window has sensors that turn A/C off when you open it, so not to waste energy. Besides the great view from our room, the restaurant Azotea allows you to look all around. Very well located, too.

We had our day two for our wedding here and all I can say is it was amazing! So easy to organise over email and great service with amazing food! The views of Toledo from the rooftop are beautiful, especially at sunset. Thank you so much for making it so easy.

All good except the restaurant on the roof top. Very bad service, medium food quality. Only the view is nice, all the rest is “bad” specially the service, with unprofessional servers who do not care of the client at the point that they open the roof curtain, slap the face with the rope and do not even apologised

Beautiful boutique hotel, great room and amazing view. Love it. Except it is just a little bit far from the Toledo historical center, but with taxi, 15mins you can be right in the cathedral.. We had a very lovely and relaxed stay!

Good food, slack service There is the restaurant and then the bar. We went to the restaurant. Should have just gone to the bar. We had to drag waiters over for everything, from drinks when we arrived, to order food, to ask for ice, to ask for coffee, and to ask for the bill (and then to get the bill corrected). Beautiful terrace and atmosphere. OK service... Stale bread. Honey Aubergines that tasted like waffles. Rodaballo and Octopus were monotonous, salty, lacking any and all punch. Ponche Toledeano was too sweet. Overall, the wine was the finest selection (Añil). Its a shame such a beautiful place had uninspired flavors, but perhaps we ordered the wrong dishes.

Absolutely brilliant! The location is so central and we had views from our balcony over the square. Our room (junior suite) was perfect - comfy bed, perfect room temperature, amazing shower and a Nespresso machine. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I really recommend this hotel very highly. We came to the restaurant on the corner of the hotel building - I presume that it's part of the hotel because it doesn't have a name above the restaurant. We had a great value menu del dia for €12.50 - starter, main and dessert or coffee. Bread and a half litre carafe of wine between 2 people was included. Basic meals but tasty and filling.

Excellent hotel to stay with family and kids, our room was very clean and comfortable. Don't rate the hotel by their "breakfast" the food was under cooked and not good. Orange juice was excellent of you pay for the natural fresh squeeze and coffee was good. Just avoid eating there but the hotel itself is excellent 👌

3 star Hotel in fantastic location in the heart of the city. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was continental and a good selection. The restaurant/bar service craft beer and good food reasonably prices. All in all a great experience in a historical city.

One of the best locations of Toledo. Close tô the commercial district and near the historical sites route. The Puerta de Cristo is so close and you can get your wirstband to visit 7 historical sites. Beyond with small detours you can add 4 or 6 more museums for an extra 20 euros. This hotel have nice options of breakfast (starting at 2 euros, up to 7.5).

Great hotel. Fab location, nice a quiet but within walking distance to the centre. Had a huge room with a sofa and television, two bathrooms and an enormous bed. Bed was comfortable. The windows all opened up. Everything worked. Everything was clean. Super nice underground parking area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved it.

Hotel is facing the river. It is located within or within close proximity of the old town (~15mins walk to most places of interests). However, not the cleanest Spanish hotel I've been in. They offer full day parking for 15Euros

Staying in middle of historic center in good 3-stars-hotel. Breakfast and especially cafe were good. Room was a little tiny, but bathroom larger than usually. If you arrive by car clear parking in advance. Historic roads are very NARROW and you can't park nearly nowhere and especially not in front of your hotel. Think about to park your car cheap outside of historic centre and spend a little money...

Great hotel located next to the Cathedral, staff really polite and helpful and good choice for continental breakfast. Nice hotel located the older part of the city. Be warned parking is non existent, we drove to the hotel on very narrow streets and then left the car on a public parking place nearby. The rooms are small, but you'll mostly be adventuring in the town of Toledo so this is just a place to relax and sleep. Reception was phenomenally welcoming when we arrived and was quick to explain all the features of the hotel, and also how to get to the city center of Toledo. What a gem of a hotel! My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Medina De Toledo while he attended a meeting at the conference center in the old town. He had a 3 minute walk to the escalators which took him right to his meeting place. The hotel staff were all friendly, including the ladies that cleaned rooms. It felt like a small family. Our room was not huge, but much larger than the usual hotel room...

The hotel and room are pretty, with view of the night town, good bathroom, small minibar. BUT the receptionist girl was rude and it was absolutely silly of her to advise us not to pay the parking at once but wait until tomorrow morning... why wait if you can be fined for €60???

I really can't understand why Hotel Santa Isabel is classified as a 2🌟 property; it has so many positive things to commend it! Fantastic hotel! Currently staying here. The hotel is very clean and the staff are incredibly friendly! The rooftop terrace is beautiful - excellent views of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to those wanting to stay in the old town.

Simple rooms but a great location, and the city view is beautiful. The breakfast is a choice of toast with toppings followed by either fresh fruit or a massive pastry, plus fresh orange juice. Definitely recommend. The only addition I would suggest is to put a full length mirror in the room somewhere.

I told the front desk my train was quite early in the morning and he had immediately offered to prepare a picnic snack for me (ready by 7am) since it was included in my booking. Everything was great! And definitely remember to check out the view from the roof!
