1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock. 2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. Good hotel but rather too big for my liking, thankfully we did not stay there in peak time. A grand hotel, but dated. Service and staff friendly.

The hotel is very good, the pool, the facilities, but it is true that it is far from the center of Toledo, but to relax I recommend it. As for the food at the buffet, I found the variety to be scarce, expensive, and all the food is pre-cooked.

A bit on the outskirts, but there were buses into the centre and the old town for €1.40 a ticket. Car parking was free. We had a problem with the a/c and within 5 minutes there was a mechanic, then a few minutes later our room was changed. Beautiful pool with a pool bar where you could pay cash, card or charge to the room.

It is a little distance from the ancient city, and it takes 15-18 minutes to walk to the city gate. The scenery is good, and you can overlook the entire ancient city from the guest rooms and breakfast restaurant. Breakfast was 13 euros, which was OK. The room is relatively large

This hotel is a basic hotel that meets the need to have a night's sleep. We only had one breakfast here, and it wasn't good. Some orange slices and kiwi were spoiled, the whole apple was a bit stale, and the scrambled eggs smelled fishy.

This hotel was spectacular. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, and it's very easy to access. The gym was better equipped than most hotel gyms. The location is on the outskirts, so you'll need to taxi to the old part of Toledo. My sister got very sick and they were very accommodating, letting us check out two hours late. Thank you!

The hotel is far from the center and you always depend on the taxi. The staff seems somewhat inexperienced and although they put effort into it, the lack of experience is noticeable. The rooms are very spacious and not noisy at all. The pool is very nice and in general it is a hotel that, although not in the center, is worth visiting.

It’s a perfect hotel , the room is clean , comfort and has a good view. The hotel is close to everything in Toledo and near the lake . The best thing that they made an excellent breakfast but the dinner I don’t recommend. Highly recommend to try it .

The hotel is cozy, with lemonade and snacks as welcome treats. Our room has a view of the ancient city, the windows are double-layered and there are security doors, so it is also very quiet. The hotel has parking, but it requires some skills.

Good hotel with clean room and shower room.Private car parking at the hotel cost 14 euro per day and you can access as many times as you want within a day. But be careful of the second floor of the garage, it's very tight space.

Very good value for money, just outside the old town of Toledo, 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral

In order to see the Cathedral and the ancient Roman bridge where the Cardinal of Toledo resides, we stayed at the Maria Hotel. The beautiful lady at the front desk arranged a nice room for us with a view of the church on the hill and a parking garage.

The location is convenient and it's a great experience to live in a castle.

A hotel with stylish design, great rooms, and stunning views. Unfortunately, service is poor: empty minibar, Wi-Fi through reception, and the 24/7 café was closed. Lovely surroundings and fair price, but be prepared for limited food and drinks. The Hotel is a bit tired, but we liked it. I hope the management will make some changes and improve small issues.

We stayed for only one night during a motorcycle tour. The staff are very friendly and understanding where Spanish is not your first language. The room was excellent, spacious and with an excellent view of Toledo Old Town. Breakfast was good also.

In my opinion this is a 3, maximum 4 star hotel, not 5. As I mentioned already, I would advice fixing the screeching noises of the rolling toaster instead of simply living with it. Most guest probably do not enjoy it for breakfast. I would also focus on fixing the clogged bathroom sinks and cleaning the glass promenade that is full of dry rotten leaves.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.  The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. Very good location. However, the information provided by the reception staff is limited. They informed us about the breakfast price but didn't mention that the discount was only available at check-in. Another issue is that the website says the Indigo parking is centralized, which it isn't.

The location is superb, near to the places of interests. Next to METRO. Ample free open-air parking minutes walk away, but may take a bit of figuring out. You can take photos of the old town from the hotel's public courtyard. You need to take a taxi to each attraction. It is not very convenient to call a taxi in Toledo. You need to make an appointment for the hotel breakfast. It is more convenient to stay in the old town. The hotel only provides one bottle of water regardless of how many days you stay.

The hotel is located on a mountain near Toledo, about a 10-minute drive away. It is right next to the observation deck and offers a great view of the ancient city of Toledo. It is recommended to stay here if you are driving.

The hotel location is great and central and both amenities and staff were excellent - including the restaurant (which served first class fare at a reasonable price).  Pedro in the restaurant and lobby areas was particularly delightful.  The room was very spacious and comfortable, other than a bit noisy in the mornings.  Staff helped arrange tours and outings in the area, which were excellent.

Toledo is an ancient wall city with virtually no parking and a tremendous amount of up and down tiny cobblestone streets. We’d liked this hotel because it was roughly 1 mile from downtown and sat on a Hill across the gorge with an amazing view of downtown. Even though I had a rental car, I never attempted to drive. Apartments are located in the city walls. There was a remain of a Roman tunel in the middle of the kitchen floor in our apartment. Very cool... Apartments are just across the street from the hotel. Well managed, with everything a family will need during stay. Our receptionist Diana was very kind, explaining little history of the city. Gave us some advice about restaurants, places to visit.

A wonderful aparthotel in Toledo, at the entrance to the historic center. Easy to get to from the train station. The apartments were very spacious, clean, cozy. A nice bonus were juices, sausage, milk and buns in the refrigerator, as well as coffee. There is a washing machine, although my wife and I did not use it. The staff is very helpful. This is a delightful hotel. It is in a great location in the old town. It's close to attractions, but tucked far enough back from the main square that it's quiet at night. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is good. We'll definitely stay there if we are ever in Toledo again.

It's better than expected. There is a terrace where you can see the scenic spots on the mountain. It's the best place for those with cameras. There is free parking and a bar where you can have breakfast. It's not expensive. The room is big, the bed is big, the bathroom is big, it is very comfortable to live in, and it is very suitable for vacation, but it is only convenient if you have a car.

We came to the restaurant on the corner of the hotel building - I presume that it's part of the hotel because it doesn't have a name above the restaurant. We had a great value menu del dia for €12.50 - starter, main and dessert or coffee. Bread and a half litre carafe of wine between 2 people was included. Basic meals but tasty and filling.

Excellent hotel to stay with family and kids, our room was very clean and comfortable. Don't rate the hotel by their "breakfast" the food was under cooked and not good. Orange juice was excellent of you pay for the natural fresh squeeze and coffee was good. Just avoid eating there but the hotel itself is excellent 👌
