Absolutely wonderful hotel, beautifully preserved, yet with modern comforts. The staff are incredibly helpful and the price is fair in relation to what you receive. Special kudos to the front of house staff, who answered all of our questions, and persevered with my broken Spanish. The location is also amazing, literally 15 seconds off the main square. We will definitely return.
The room is beautiful, high ceilings, modern bathroom, with perfect styling. Amazing.

The beds are comfortable, the linens are crisp and clean, the pillows are fantastic. The water pressure in the showers is great, there is a bidet. The staff is friendly with great recommendations (they're also quick with a map, you'll still get lost... Toledo is a labyrinth). The restaurant has great food and if you need a little something there's a carrefour across the street for snacks or beverages. It's easy to find from plaza Zocodover so if you get lost around town, have them point you there and head in the opposite direction of the McDonald's and you'll be back. One thing: me and my partner run cold so we didn't encounter any issue with the AC, but if you're hot blooded, you might find the rooms a bit warm. They provide the rooms with fans and mini fridges so we were able to cool off just fine with cold beverages and light clothing for pj's.

When I return to Toledo, I'm returning to stay here, it feels like home.

Could not be more pleased with this hotel.. location is excellent.. absolutely spotless.. we have room 14 which is beautiful... the bed linen is extremely good, the bed is wonderfully big and comfortable. The bathroom is super.. a double shower was a bonus. The toiletries are very good.. by "ritualas" Water in the room, temperature in the room spot on, a little noise from the courtyard which is to be expected due to the architecture and age of the property, very stylish and contemporary. Bar food very good, supermarket beside the premises very good value.. highly recommend. really excellent experience

Lovely, and charming place. Very well restored. Nice, and kind people working there. Special attention with the receptionist, Victor, really kind, he showed us all the hotel and the restoration work that their team has done, and a part of the history of the hotel.😊
