We had a very good stay at the hotel. The welcome, the room, the breakfast were excellent. The covered and secured parking option was also a plus for us.

Had a great stay at Hotel San Juan de los Reyes in Toledo! We had a really cute 3rd floor room that had a cozy, attic-like feel without being cramped (it was actually the largest hotel room on our whole trip) with incredible views of Toledo out the windows. Service was friendly including at breakfast. Location was convenient to the sights we wanted to see in the city center. They are doing some construction on the lobby right now but it was still clean and we were not inconvenienced by the construction at all. We used the on site parking and it was convenient and safe.

This is a beautiful hotel in a quiet historic area, extremely clean (hotel appears to be relatively new) with spacious rooms and a bathroom that actually has counter space for a couple's personal toiletries - not something one always find in Europe!). Very comfortable beds. Great wi-fi. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our two days/nights in Toledo and our comfortable stay at Hotel San Juan de los Reyes. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to the beautiful city of Toledo.

We loved the location, the rooms, the lobby, the restaurant, bar and patio. Our room was comfortable, clean and had a nice view. The front desk was quite helpful.

I will share that as guests of the hotel, we walked into the restaurant late one night hoping to have dessert. The staff were unkindly adamant that we could not take advantage of an empty table without a reservation. I was a bit put off.

Great location, great service, clean room. Really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast is sufficient and adequate, not super tasty, but no complaints.

The hotel is in a great location and feels to me like a hidden gem. It is easy to drive into from outside the city but yet far enough into the old city to make you feel the full experience of the city. The hotel packs a lot into what seems like a small space. The lobby and restaurant are immaculate and the food is excellent. There is parking at the bottom of the building so you can get your car off the street. The rooms are a little small but very clean and comfortable.

The: people at the desk were very helpful in arranging transport to the airport. The wait staff were very accommodating to serve us dinner the night before we left at 5:00 pm instead of 8:00 when the restaurant usually opens for dinner.
Our location was perfect for everything ...we wanted to see in Toledo...just be sure to bring your map!

We were in Room 207 on the second floor in the eaves of the building. The room is a good size with a very well appointed bathroom, including a shower over a spa bath and Rituals bath products. However, my husband is 6ft 3 inches tall and bumped his head a few times on the sloping ceiling. Plenty of storage in the wardrobe and drawers, and also a safe for valuables, but no trouser press or iron/board. There was a stocked minibar in the room, complimentary water, and a kettle with coffee, tea and sugar sachets, but no milk or creamer included. We had planned to eat dinner in the hotel, but the first night we got hopelessly lost in the old city and didn't make it back time; the second night, the restaurant was closed to residents, as it had been booked for a private party.

Lovely hotel in a great location. 4 star hotel has no bar/restaurant facilities on Mondays, very disappointing. They provide coffee tea and sugar, in the rooms, but NO milk. The rooms aren't very sound proof and no views, however, I would stay there again, it's a good hotel.
