This is a small hotel very conveniently situated in Vigo. The staff are absolutely superb most particularly Antia who took the time to track down my phone when I left it in a taxi and who managed to get it returned to me before I left.

The staff here was absolutely WONDERFUL and the location was perfect if you’re coming into town by either bus or train. Although not super swanky, the room was very nice, very clean, and had an extra comfortable reeeally wide bed. It was a relief to be able to get a great night sleep after a long day of walking. We will return!

Extremely disappointed we choose this hotel for our stay in Vigo.
The GOOD: Large rooms, big bed and large bathroom.
The BAD: No basic amenities in the hotel room (e.g. no kettle / coffee machine). None of the rooms have a view of the bay; if you're already vacationing in Vigo, you can find a hotel room with a beautiful view of the bay + basic amenities for the same price range. Parking is €15/night and a very tight squeeze. Breakfast is €15 p/p but we did not try it out as we noticed much better options nearby.
We celebrated our one year anniversary during our 2 night stay. We notified the hotel in advance. We were very surprised that nothing was done on their behalf for the event. Even if a room upgrade is not available, the hotel has numerous options just to acknowledge the occasion for minimal to no cost (e.g. card in room, fruit, breakfast etc. - literally anything). This is just bad hospitality.

Lovely extra wide bed, very comfortable and clean. It seemed that only receptionists spoke English. Would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. Free bottled water was supplied daily.

The staff here are friendly and ready to help. Everything was clearly explained. The location is fantastic, literally close to everything, making it possible to travel round the city without taking public transport. The breakfast option was also fabulous. There was a range of options in a buffet style. Surely when we visit the city again we'll deffo choose this hotel again.

One of the rooms was unfortunately smelling of tobacco. The rooms themselves were spacious and clean. Wifi was not very good. The breakfast room was small but the breakfast itself was good with good variety. Paid parking is available within the hotel (although if you have a larger car it will not be easy). Location is good, within walking distance to the centre. Service was friendly, it was slightly understaffed though.

The woman behind the reception was very awful and aggressive. She told us to speak Spanish because we're in Spain, not English. Rooms were ok, personnel not. Why do you have a hotel if you hate tourists?

WoW! WHat a great find in Vigo. Traveling with friends to start our Camino. All of us agreed this hotel was fantastic. Very helpful staff. Nice lobby, rooms have lots of amenities, even toothbrush, toothpaste, toiletries, nice big towels, comfy bed, lots of pillows. Excellent location. I paid just over €60 for this room in early October!! Breakfast is an extra €15. I probably could have found it cheaper, but I had customized eggs, meats, toast, coffee, fruit, yogurt, etc. I wish I'd had more time to explore Vigo, cute town, but I will be back for sure,

Pros: great spot to access town and transit, pretty quiet overnight, received great restaurant recommendation (Peregrinus)
Cons: memory foam mattress isn’t my preference but did sleep better than at NH, bathroom door is translucent glass so the whole room gets to enjoy that bright bathroom light

excellent location within easy walking distance of the city centre, comfortable beds for a good nights sleep and good breakfast.
