Everything was great, but especially the staff, how wonderful they all were ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ a special thank you to the girl who worked the night shift at the restaurant, she was really kind, Obrigado!

We were in a small triple with no view. The beds were comfortable. Continental Breakfast has a decent selection of cold and hot food. Coffee could be better.

Amazing staff, specially at the reception. Always happy to receive you with a smile and make you feel comfortable during your stay. Whenever I'm in Vigo, this is my choice! Keep up the good work guys!

This hotel was comfortable and in a good location. Staff is good. My one complaint is when I entered my room there was hair on the duvet, pillow, and even underneath the duvet on the sheets. Clearly they hadn’t been changed. I found the housekeeper who changed them when I asked, but gross.

Very cosy hotel near the center of the city. Walking distance, through the shops to the magical port. Friendly staff, always ready to help. Rooms are a bit small, breakfast is ok. Maybe a bit pricy for the hole package, but good for accommodation. I’ve been there twice and would book again if in the area.

It was a family trip with a long journey. We couldn't find a good hotel with an affordable price. But it is quite distanced from the city center though, the hotel was quite nice. The room was spacious (it was a bonus) and the bed was clean and soft. The room service was perfect, nothing to complain.

Spacious room, but (being subjective) with wooden floor instead of carpet. Carpet present only on the halls. Good service, restaurant available, good food. Quiet place. Parking available even at the basement.

You can see the ocean a bit from the hotel, you also have a fridge, the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub which is nice. The staff was friendly, though the cleaning staff did enter the room at 9 in the afternoon while we were inside after knocking, without waiting for a response, which was a bit weird. The walls area quite thin and you can hear the noise of your neighbours.

On site parking with easy access to Samil Beach and close to several nice restaurants. Greetings and thank you to Angeles who was kind enough to help me park and then loaned me an umbrella on a very rainy night. She was very representative of very helpful staff.

The hotel is very basic, but ok for one night. If it weren’t for the extreme noise from every single corner of the room and hallways, I would give it 5 stars. I had a horrible night of sleep :( The receptionists; however, were both extremely kind and helpful in providing me with directions and suggestions.

Very good location but unfortunately in that area we had to pay the car parking ... the cost is 17.50€/ 10 hours, but if you buy at the hotel, it's less expensive, cost: 16€/ day (24hours) ...so I recommend to buy the ticket parking from them , available at the reception. ... all the hotel workers are very nice, attentions and helpful... if you buying the room with breakfast, you need to know that...

Some areas are quite nice and some areas are quite rusty. The location is quite convenient though and the price depends on the season.

The hotel is well situated, in the heart of the city in a historic landmark. The room was wonderful, the staff helpful and friendly. A special word though for the breakfast, which had almost everything you could imagine, especially quite a selection of local specialities which I was delighted to try. I wish I could have stayed longer

Perfect location for walking around old vigo. Amazing staff. Helpful, pleasant, patient and full of of zeel. Even before our arrival, Marcos made us feel extremely welcome. He helped us look for restaurants and places we wanted to see. Isaac and Marina at the reception were very attentive and helpful. Everyone was great. Parking was easy, and the personnel can do that. Really great strong hot and roomy shower. Bed was comfortable. Twins made into a double but it slept like a double so good nights sleep. Nice selection of high quality teas of camomile and mint in the room. Breakfast had a great range including usual Spanish cold meats and cheeses and also some pumpkin fritters and pancakes which were delicious and nice selection of pastries

A conveniently located hotel that is bike friendly. You can store them in their garage. Our room was small, but adequate. The staff was incredibly friendly. Good value close to town center.

The hotel was very close to the train and bus station. It was less then 20 minutes walking to the beach. The people at the reception were kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

This is a 2 star hotel with a very good rate! Located right on the main street that takes you to the Cathedral and close to different attractions, restaurants and train station. Having into consideration this is a 2 star hotel and quality/price relation, I would reccomend it to everyone that wants a cheap place to stay in Vigo. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice, the breakfast was worth the extra price you paid and the location was really good. The only downside I found was the absence of a common room where people could just hang out.

The perfect spot. 20m from the sea. A great walk departing from it and all you need right there. The hotel has a fresh and modern touch. The service is great and the staff very helpful.

We love coming here. The brunch is great and the grounds are beautiful! One of our favorite places to relax in Vigo. We will probably become a regular at Sunday Brunch.

Spa treatment was wonderful, didn't pay for extra time due to poor reviews. Swam in pool even though it was raining, but still glorious. Beach a stones throw away. Lovely and relaxing stay.

The hotel is beautiful and right by the beach. It is a long (and not nice) walk to town so we ended up having to drive jnto town. The breakfast is ok but not worth the price they charge for it. We had lunch at the cafeteria there. The burgers were really nice. We also had dinner at their Italian restaurant and it was good too. They also have a Galician restaurant which is supposed to be awesome but...

Located south of the center of Vigo but well worth the extra travel time. Fantastic restaurant for all meals. Recommend staying in the older part for a more romantic setting.

Located in the heart of Vigo. Close to the Marina and the most important tourist places and seafood restaurants in the area. We found the hotel quite expensive thought.

The hotel axis is one of the best places I visited in my life, its is located in the center of town and has wonderful rooftop views with a very welcoming pool, the rooms are always attentive for your comfort. Would advise anyone who visits the city to his hotel

If you like to walk around, this is a good place to stay. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are comfortable. The receptionist speaks English. It's in a quiet area but everything is within a 20 minute walk. The city center is about a 10 minute walk. There is a grocery store around the block. I stayed here for a couple of weeks while looking for an apartment to stay, and I think I made a great choice...

My wife and I spent two wonderful days at the AC Hotel Palacio Universal in Vigo in May. The room was very comfortable and the staff friendly and efficient. Diego in the bar was particularly helpful! Would highly recommend!

Great central location. Fantastic staff, English speaking. Rooms very nice and tidy. But Vigo council made it difficult to drive in the area: have the roads are "No Access" and the other half are a maze with no public parking. Thankfully the hotel staff were friendly to advise and offer a discount at a public car park nearby.

My favourite hotel in Vigo. Fantastic location, good facilities, very helpful and professional staff. Well equipped gym…it has it all. And Santi from reception is a jerk. Repeat non-stop.

Right in the centre, with a beautiful view having breakfast on the top floor. Very sweet service, offering free water and apples any time. Nice big and clean rooms with a good heating. Very comfortable. Even with the Christmas boom it wasn't too expensive.

I like this hotel a lot. It is well located close to the old town of Vigo and for the harbour where you can catch the ferry to Cangas or to the Iles Cies. The hotel has a small roof top area where you have breakfast and which is also open in the evenings for drinks.

Very comfortable, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Despite having a relatively limited choice, the restaurant/cafe on the roof was very good, we ate dinner and lunch there and were very satisfied. Would recommend for a stay in Vigo.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. The reception staff are professional, polite and extremely helpful. The hotel doesn't have it's own car park so anyone staying will need to find a car park, there are several very close, I would suggest ringing the hotel first so that they can give you the post/zip code. I would definitely stay there again and Vigo city is beautiful.

Very good hotel at the entrance to Vigo. Convenient access, free underground parking. Very rich breakfast buffet and delicious dinner, although the dishes are few, but it is "gourmet" food.

It has gone through many renovations. Today it is local accommodation and not a hotel. All new and very practical and silent. Downside is the hard mattress.

Apartment: central, near the port. TV in bedroom and living room, air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen. The only one that does not have views of G.Barbon street, and the kitchen overlooks an interior patio. Very good attention by phone, we requested a change and they resolved it instantly. A 10/10.

Its clean, it’s nicely located, but they don’t have a secure room to hold luggage, house keeping entered the room despite having the do not disturb sign on the door, and when we asked for additional pillows were told there were none. I would recommend it for a stay but be advised that you won’t get much help from the staff, apparently

My family and I recently stay at Hotel Celta and were thoroughly impressed. The staff were friendly and very helpful shout out to Venessa! They also helped us book a taxi to the airport. The room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and a spotless bathroom. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the bus and train station. I highly recommend it !!

I stopped here 1 night in April 2022 doing the Portuguese Camino. It was a fair walk off the Camino route, but worth it to be in the centre of the city in a good location. The hotel is quite small and floors can be accessed with a similarly small but well lit lift. The bedroom area I had was admittedly quite small, yet the bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom, so overall there seemed to be a reasonable...

Front desk reception employee (with glasses) very nice attitude! First floor room, I could only stay for 20" seconds, then I changed to 5th floor room which was much better and especially for not a big price difference. So I suggest you actually check the room before you book it! The 5th floor room was renovated with large sized double-glazing windows that blocked most of the sound, unless of the seagulls...

A little bit hard to find but great location. Right beside El Corte de Igles. A short walk downhill to the train station. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

Hotel is in a nice quiet part of the town and within a few meters from the sea. There's only heating in the rooms (loud fan), so it's a bit hot in the summer. Good breakfast and great staff.

The view from the room is of the ventilation and AC system, so the view isn’t very nice. 3 of us stayed here and the room size was quite good and the bathroom as adequately sized too. Great location and nice rooms. However, my room did not have proper working air conditioning. Especially when it was 40C+ all day and night. Most staff did not have the best English skills. However, they were still incredibly helpful

The hotel location is right on the Camino, so if you’re doing the Camino the location is excellent. But we had called ahead to ask how much we had to pay to leave the bicycles until the next day or two, but they charged us more when we got to the hotel. The room was ok and clean, but old. Same for the bathroom. Some of the wall tiles were starting to detach from the wall. The room had only one window...

Room was very spacious, hotel was clean & the location was good. Beds were okay. Older building it seems so everything is quite narrow - elevator was tiny - if you’re claustrophobic don’t take the elevator! Easy access to the Camino route.

What a wonderful hotel and the reception by the owners is outstanding. Perfectly situated for accessing all the town offers. The breakfasts are fantastic and the hospitality is outstanding.

Great owners Jose & son Fernando got to know me in only 2 nights. Very gracious and accommodating. Rooms very chic, modern, classy, great balcony over the street, and very conveniently located! Served breakfast. Don't stay on Friday nights... There are 200 VERY NOISY ROWDY young people literally 15 feet below your balcony from 9pm until 1:30am. Jose says it's illegal but it's a tradition.

This hotel was a wild card selected entirely from the Internet, not really having any idea about Vigo, or having even been in Galicia previously. We had driven down from Santiago de Compostela and found the hotel in the old part of town, on the hillside overlooking the port. Very nice place. Quiet, clean and a good value for not much money. Close to beaches for families and naturists. Grocery store and restaurants only a couple of blocks away. Decor is dated but a working jacuzzi bathtub is hard to find. LOL, mind you any bathtub is hard to find nowadays.

If you look for a hotel near the beach of Vigo (15m from center of city), this is the place. They have nice suit room with Jacuzzi, large playground for kids but above all: closed private parking! Owners are very friendly! A good pick.

This is a fine choice for Camino trail walkers. Great location. Excellent staff. Croissant and coffee/tea breakfast. We asked for a no smoking room. Used the provided fan to manage air circulation. Quiet street. Cafeteria nearby. Harbor and Jules Vern a block away. Inexpensive.

Attic room with refrigerator and welcome water, very cozy parking for motorcycles 3 euros but covered. You can only have breakfast quite close to the beach. The staff is super attentive

We stayed 5 days in Pontus Veteris. The service has been very friendly, always attentive to everything we needed. The only bad thing was that we didn't know that parking had to be reserved and we had to pay there (€32 for 5 days) and the truth is that it is very difficult to park in Sanxenxo so we took it without hesitation. It was okay. One of the cheapest hotels in town and still located 10 minutes walk from the center. The hotel is quite old. The parking cost 11€ for 24 hours or you can look around for parking. The rooms are reasonable but there is no air conditioning.

A few days ago I had a reservation at another hostel, but after the monumental disappointment due to its lack of formality, I went to this hostel and the truth is that I am very happy, a clean room, very comfortable, good treatment and a good price... besides being very central, with done I already have a reservation for another day in this hostel highly recommended
