It's OK, the environment is relatively quiet. Breakfast was hot oatmeal which was amazing. The service staff is very nice. Most of the people staying here are probably here for KONE.

Extremely annoying buzzing sound from the ventilation. Had to use earplugs to get some sleep. Else it was a decent hotel.

The food was good, maybe seasoned a bit more manly, which I personally like, but other diners praised that they make good food 😊 a good place to come for lunch. There are enough parking spaces in the yard

Ok, not very exciting. Had a bar and restaurant of acceptable quality bit nothing fancy. Room was somewhat recently renovated but pretty standard. Bathroom was not recently renovated and a bit worn, but very clean. Hotel has a "gym" but it is a basic breda kind of thing, a tiny windowless room with a threadmill and cycle plus a small selection of free weights. It's just besides the lobby and bar so...

Nice hotel with 2 saunas. The breakfast is amazing, nice room with a lot of choice. The only negative aspect is we hear a lot the shutting doors.

We were four people and we had an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room and balcony, very comfortable and cosy. We shared a bathroom which was OK. Being from Canada my friends did not know where to hang their towels in the shower so as not to get them wet while showering. There was no protection from the splashes. What really was nice of the staff that they had bought 4 NEW BIKES just to accommodate...

Reception service was great, room was spacious and the beds bigger than standard. It was also really nice to be able to book the sauna just for us - we managed to get the last timeslot. Breakfast was lovely and actually the fact that it was in a separate building across the courtyard was nice because then you had a nice walk across there in the fresh morning air.

Beautiful hotel just enough at the side of all noisy and busy town centers that it's nice and quiet. Room was clean well designed and spacious. Toilet/shower was clean and spacious as well. Only downside was the noise from the a/c but it wasn't noisy enough to stop from getting a good night of sleep. Breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of warm and cold items to choose from and everything was fresh.

A really lovely experience, we stayed at a traditional Finnish cottage close to the lake. Comfortable bed, beautiful tranquil scenery. Friendly staff and very helpful. Mini kitchen could be better equipped and more variety for people with allergies provided at breakfast (bread was dry), but otherwise we were happy with our stay.

We stayed at Krapi Hotel during our bike tour in Finland. Krapi Hotel is situated near the Lake Tuusula and the hotel is very beautiful. We had a lovely room and the dinner at the restaurant was absolutely great.

Decent hotel option for conferences and meetings. Nice location next to the lake ... I was there in November but should be really good in the summer. Rooms and bed are relatively small given the out of town location. Walls between rooms are thin.

One of the ugliest hotels I’ve been to. The surrounding area is lush, however the outside of the hotel looks like a bunker. Rooms are ok, staff is friendly. Food is good.

Breakfast is a full ten It was nice to go swimming in the pool. It's a shame it's so deep that even an adult can't reach the bottom with their feet and they're learning to swim with a child in traffic, who is too big for a small children's pool.

Was twice in 2008 and 2013, changes in either the worst or for the better noticed. There is no progress. In comparison with the St. Petersburg parks people as it is smaller, and queue such a large no. Bar not much to buy there.

The self check-in machines are rudimentary trash, just ignore them and go to the reception desk directly to the human staff. Self check-in is slow, ugly, bloated with optional fields, and after you managed to fill required ones, and you booked the room just recently with an advance payment, it's going to ask for payment in the very end anyway like if you didn't pay, so we were forced to go to the desk...

Located off in a basement is a bit weird, but convenient. The room was just fine and comfortable for a bit of a nap before our next flight. It is nice to grab a shower before continuing a journey and this hotel is fairly convenient. Self check-in and check-out made it a quick affair.

Music outside is loud - couldn't sleep because it was so loud Pod itself is big enough with power & air flow, privacy glass works. Shared toilets a short walk away. This is the perfect hotel for its purpose. No frills, comfortable enough for a few hours of rest between flights. It even has a decent sized bar outside so you don’t have to sit in your bed cubicle.

The location is 230M walk outside the airport. As the snow on the pavement can be deep. It will make this short walk a bit difficult. The check-in, luggage storage, and check out services were all efficiently arranged. The room is reasonably specious. Amenities are basic. There are a 2 in 1 shampoo+body wash, and a conditioner. Great big room with big bed. Very comfortable bathroom. The only problem was the toilet, not flashing the water immediately. But service was awesome they would transfer me to another room if I would like to. So overall good stay 5-10 mins walk to the terminal. But everything is very well marked.

Great very-very-near-airport hotel. Convenient spot for a 6:50am international departure. Breakfast officially opens at 4am but they had their food out and were very accommodating at 3:45am. From the rooms cleanliness to the customer service everything is spotless. I was arranged a a stay in this Hotel due to the disruption in my flights schedules. Like me there were a lot of customers who had the same issue. But the hotel staff took great care of each one attending everyone with patience and kindness and with a smile. They made my stay really easy and comfortable.

The price-quality ratio is excellent. The hostel is generally trouble-free. Only some problematic guests are insensitive to the common areas. The hostel is clean, but low-profile guests can cause problems. Transportation is also excellent; a train ride just 900 meters away will take you to central Helsinki in half an hour. It's a 15-minute walk from the airport to the hostel.

Perfect location for a sleepover between the flights. It's clean and comfortable, however sometimes it's too noisy inside, it's a bit expensive for that type of accommodation and you have make your bed yourself, they only give you linens. Well, the last one I've met everywhere in Helsinki, but it keeps frustrating, especially when you are tired after a long journey

Self check in only. I made a last minute reservation, so I didn’t receive a check in code by the time I arrived, but was able to get someone on the phone to help. Great customer service over the phone. Everything was sorted out in a few minutes. Everything was very clean in the room.

All areas except my own room were shared. And it was very clean. Shared kitchen, shared bathroom, the room I stayed in. The lack of reception led to a constant accumulation of density. I wouldn't even have given those points without the help of the Russian speaking woman whose patience I admired.

Airport 4 star hotel, which are absolutely not deserved ... In my book a 3 star hotel for a night when traveling. Sink wasn't draining, the rest was clean, restaurant and breakfast was also nothing worth mentioning....

In Finland, water from the tap is drinkable, and all the restaurants I had been to in Helsinki, offered table water for free, but not in Scandic Aviacongress Helsinki, it is a chargeable item for €1.50, small amount but that really is not a good business strategy. It should be offered as a complimentary unless one requests for a sparkling/still water in a bottle.

The reception service is appalling. They treat you quite poorly. They gave us dirty looks when we ordered breakfast to go, and when we tried to take the bus to the airport, they gave us very poor information. Plus, the bus service runs whenever it wants. They should improve some things in a 4-star hotel.

A good hotel for an overnight transfer stay. The free airport shuttle is very convenient. Look for the bus assembly area sign to quickly locate the station at airport. The T2 said on the timetable is just misleading and will put you in a long walking maze. Breakfast is overall good but the instant coffee (only choice) can be improved.

I was carrying about 35kg of camera gear in my suitcase and backpack. The walk from the station was tough—Google Maps led me through a steep and rocky path. It's pretty close to the airport and they also have free shuttle service every 15 minutes (it takes around 10 minutes to get there), so would recommend if you need to catch a flight!

Quite minimal and beautiful. The rooms and the bathrooms were clean. The bed was made each day. Perfect for travelling/business individuals. It was practically self checkin and checkout. Also, it's quite close to the metro and there's a couple of bars and markets close by.
