Great hotel in a beautiful place. Good restaurant too. Don’t miss the 6pm show on the bridge !

The historical building is beautiful, but not in a perfect condition. The main issue was a nightclub that was noisy until 2:30am, which is just unacceptable for a hotel where customers try to sleep. The hotel has a great potential for supreme experience, but now for example balconies are in poor condition and without furniture. Rooms have no air conditioning. Breakfast is ok, and try the karelian pies. Some rooms have a view to the great water rapid next door, but beware that the rapid is open only on some days. I give two stars because I would not have booked if I knew about the noise, and 184e per night for solo room was poor value for money.

We stayed in the President Suite, and it was really a fantastic space and really perfect stay.

Traditional hotel next to rapids. Good breakfast with some additional extras. Rooms might be rather hot at nights since no aircon. We did not try spa section. Free parking+wifi.

Nice place, nice personnel, but rooms in the new building need more cleaning in the bathroom. Additional bed was not a normal bed, was an extended armchair which was smelling funny.

Very nice place, very comfortable. The room was spacious, the restaurant very good in the evening and in the morning. The perfect sauna area. The only thing not so good is the temperature of the hot tub, it wasn't very hot. We nevertheless had an excellent stay.

Friendly staff, and a very good restaurant here. The breakfast wasn't that great for me however. The hotel is split into two buildings, a spa building and a castle building. I've only stayed in the spa building. The rooms are ok, though getting on a bit. Clean and comfortable however.
