Perfectly clean and tidy

Quiet and Clean place. I slept like a baby there. Bed sheets smelled good and fresh. Located not far from the rapids and supermarkets. What you get is really decent for the budget and the landlord cares for guests. I recommend. Rafael

Very pleasant Guest House with double and larger rooms. There is a kitchen, you can heat up meals. Part of the rooms with TV. Quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from the center. Nice service. Alexei advised us what to see in the area. Accommodation for two people from 45 Euros. The rooms for guests are separate - there is no shared rooms like in hostels.

Quite far away from Imatra city centre. Couldn't walk there. The workers were nice.

Short stay of one night. Amazed by the nature surrounding the hotel. Plenty of service and activities. Breakfast top.

One of the most memorable experience we had in this hotel, their fun pool zone is massive and enjoyable with family, loved the food and spread they had.

Dec-30-2023. 10th visit over 5 years. Spa was chilly, air and water were colder than before. Lights were either too dim or too bright. Worst ever were two tents with tables and one extremely bright light. Cosy as an interregation room. Sauna was good as ever. Please don’t lose the potential you have!

Pros: Location is great and Imatra city is like 10-15mins of driving. Good breakfast with many options. Nice area, dog friendliness, you can walk and enjoy the beauty of Saima lake. Cons: Boring dinner options at the hotel restaurants. Parks are full of dog poops and the room furniture is quite old.

The area is extremely nice, with a large lake and a small sandy beach area (excluding the large amounts of dog waste literally everywhere even in the sand where babies run around and play) The room is fine but without basic amenities, e.g., shampoo conditioner or lotion. Also, for some reason, room slipper has a cost? Other hotel chain room slippers are just naturally part of the room price, found...

Got taken by some software engineers from turku when they came past Lappeenranta on an excursion. This is the first place we went to and I've got to admit quite a weird fun chill place to visit. It feels very 2008 in a nostalgic way for me. I'd recommend visiting but the only downside I can think of is that you need to mortgage your house and sell a kidney to buy more than 3 drinks

We are srayd at their village house. Very big plase, 2 floors and big terrase. You will have: own sauna, 2 bathrooms, dryer shelf, full equipment kitchen, fireplace and many opportunites.

The location is great. Rooms are OK, clean. You also get access to the spa and gym while reserving a room. The view from many rooms is amazing though and the terrace faces the lake, where you can see beautiful sunsets. The restaurant in a bit pricey for what they offer and unfortunately you don't have many options to eat around.

The spa looks a little bit dated. Some saunas were not working. We stayed in Chalets I. The rooms are very well furnished, but have no air conditioning. It was hot for my wife and baby. The buffet in the restaurant could be improved. The location is amazing and we had a very good time.

Good place to stay, located in brilliant location. The lake next to the hotel is stunning. Also the nature all around. The place is really clean and you have everything you need for your stay. Just... too much russian... shame that they allow these "people" to stay there.

Great place! Nature is beautiful, Spa with slide, pool outside and sauna. Took half Board - Breakfast and dinner, did not regret, all very tasty, healthy and varied food, from cereals and soups to delicious red fish. The only thing that did not like the shortcomings in the room: we forgot to put bathrobes and Slippers, an ashtray on the balcony table was filthy, cups in the bathroom, too, had to wash...

We stayed in the President Suite, and it was really a fantastic space and really perfect stay.

Traditional hotel next to rapids. Good breakfast with some additional extras. Rooms might be rather hot at nights since no aircon. We did not try spa section. Free parking+wifi.

Nice place, nice personnel, but rooms in the new building need more cleaning in the bathroom. Additional bed was not a normal bed, was an extended armchair which was smelling funny.

Very nice place, very comfortable. The room was spacious, the restaurant very good in the evening and in the morning. The perfect sauna area. The only thing not so good is the temperature of the hot tub, it wasn't very hot. We nevertheless had an excellent stay.

Next to Vuoksi river, former kings lodgings for leisure time.A must

The best spa hotel I've been to, everything is clean, tidy, nice to spend time. But the food is not the best, little choice!

SPA on pyaterochka, with such a human exchange, the water and all reservoirs, pools, etc. are clean. The hotel spent the night in the simplest room for 120 €, very soft beds, I was buried in it with my 50kg weight, breakfast was normal, there is plenty to choose from.

Expensive hotel, although most landscaped in the region. Overall a very pleasant place year-round. Walking on foot, professional trails, summer bicycles or roller skis. Boat trips, rest on the beach.

Good place, taste breakfast, but very cold in room

We found that hotel at the midnight. The staff is very professional and friendly. We were greatly appreciated by room and service. I will recommend that place as one of the best that I visited. Despite 3 stars the atmosphere and conditions are super.

Great hotel. Service at height, but without the frills.

During our stay, it was not crowded at all. It's fun. Water temperature is great. Several hot pools and water spa features. The enchanted forest features were also fun.

Nice family spa, especially good for the kids. There is a very big and fun pool area. The chalet we stayed in was very comfortable, clean and even had a sauna. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. As a small minus, the restaurant is a little outdated.

The stay was pleasant enough and the spa was mostly relaxing. The breakfasts and dinners were also quite good. The reason I'm not granting more stars is an accumulation of details which lowered the spa hotel's quality: - The room wasn't fully clean upon arrival, and stayed that way even after mentioning it. - Guests receive one towel and there is no replacement policy, you need to ask in the reception...

Our room wasn't properly cleaned, even after we mentioned about it. The spa area was also a tiny bit small compared to the amount of people this place accommodates. This place also doesn't offer any spare towels if you visit the spa, so I recommend taking extra towels from home. The food in here is good and the breakfast buffet has a lot of variety.

Really love this place. Been here every time we come to Finland and it keeps getting better. Now with more to do than just the spa and all the new accommodation i think we may stay here rather than just a day trip next time. Very clean and well organised entry and locker rooms. Very good location in the hearth of the city center walking area. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. We got a 3 bed room on the top (third) that was actually quite large for the average finnish standards. A nice and roomy bathroom with an oversized shower. Good beds with clean sheets. No air conditioning, just a tabletop oscillating fan (very quite). No insect net on the window, but honestly...

To be honest, out of 12 countries, this is the most comfortable, interesting and cute hostel. There is something warm, cozy in it ... The rain stopped to wait for a day, I got so high that I still stayed, then another day, and then another and so on for 7 days ... My motorcycle was put in the underground parking, for free! He is standing there, and I rode the M6 ​​bus in Helsinki and back on the train...

From the pros: Center, there are curtains by the beds, clean and comfortable, price, they give out slippers and a towel, you can put a car or bike in the garage, there is Wi-Fi Of the minuses: the summer was hot, with open windows you can hear cars from the street, there is no freezer.

Amazing hostel. Highly recommend. You can get your own spacious room for 2 people for less than 60e. The room had 4 140cm wide beds. Very comfortable and fits two in one bed. Big storage cupboards in room. Free Nespresso coffee in kitchen and dish washing machine. Very nice and clean bathrooms and showers. Less than 5min walk to everything except train station.

Location good. Yes, we were taken care of before we arrived, a man called and confirmed things. Both Finnish and English were so difficult to understand that I didn't quite understand everything. The cleanliness is good, but the Corona time and both the handwashing liquid and the toilet paper run out of the toilet when we arrived in the evening. A top experience that you sure want to experience too

A retro-spirited place that lives up to the 50-60s. The rooms are big and clean, the location is good. The host family is very friendly and special thanks to the owner for the great photo presentations from different parts of the world. You could sleep really well here. I’m grateful to owners of this apartments for being loving to their business. I had appreciated the work of cleaners. The apartment had been clear. Apartment has a dishwasher, a washer, an oven, a microwave, a stove, and a beautiful sauna. This one is very comfortable. I was filled with joy about amazing nature around the apartments and fine ski track through the wood. Imatra is very lovely and cozy...

Close to the ice rink. Great location for any sports on Imatra.

Lovely cottage apartment only few minutes away from Imatra city center but car and 10 minutes walk from the lake. Super clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Warm, with in-house sauna and a terrace. Very cozy.

Brand-new apart hotel with all necessary equipment. Close to skiing path and peaceful forest. Very good, comfortable rooms. Worth visiting for families or friends companies if you stay in Imatra.

A 121-year-old charming and well-kept mansion, the rooms used for accommodation are very clean and comfortable, recently renovated. We (age 2 + children 6 and 9) had the Herrasväki room, decorated in the atmosphere of the beginning of the century, with a view of Vuok. Varied breakfast according to wishes. The manor's story became familiar as told by the friendly entrepreneur Jaana. Swings in the yard...

Rested with the child. Very comfortable home. Sauna, fireplace, TV with Russian channels. Silence, only the singing of birds. Riding a boat on the lake and on scooters on the local bike path. Convenient access to major highways. Close to Imatra. The child was not boring, a lot of entertainment: bicycles, badminton, hammock, etc. The owner was always in touch, there were no problems with what was lying...
