Really one of the most amazing vacation places I’ve ever been to. Such a friendly, cozy, and positive atmosphere. The nature around this place is beautiful, almost healing. I can’t wait to return.

We were helped and directed to this place by a friend who has lived in the area for a long time. Kaamasen Kievari is a welcoming environment with a wonderful homey feel. Would stay here again.

When entering Kaamasen Kievari, it's a home coming. The lady of the house is amazingly friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you. The cottages are very clean and cosy, no TV though, but who cares. Breakfast is a treat, whatever you need to start a sporty day. A typical Sami dish (reindeer) can be asked for. Just lovely. And worth to mention, they have a pool table. 🙂

The White fish is very fresh and delicious. Salmon soup and reindeer soup are a must try. The fries and sausage was surprisingly good too. Hunter's steak was ok but I'm generally don't like hanger steak but the flavors were good.

Fantastic location right at the river. Our trip lasted several weeks, but this was the only location we stayed for more than one night. The food exceeded our expectations: very delicious reindeer kebab (and vegan option). Hope we will be able to visit again during the winter. If we weren't living several thousand kilometers away, I would probably be a regular at the restaurant.

Our review is a bit late, as we stayed at Giellajohka in March 2022 for our wedding. We had a wonderful time in this peaceful, unique place in the middle of the wilderness. Highly recommend! Best place to see Aurora and also it’s free!! Had 2 nights stay at this lovely place, surrounded by wilderness and clear from pollution. The staffs were friendly & they have an adorable dog named Onni.

We were on the road on our way to Nordkapp and we wanted to have some breakfast, we saw this place and it was our best decision. Wonderful place, amazing home made food and with a really nice staff working . If you need a stop, no doubt, this is the place!!!!

Loved the food, place seems kept and neat. For me the biggest thing was the birds. Saw the siberian jay for the first time, that alone would land 5 stars from me. Lovely place.

Visited several times. Last time a few days ago. The place is famous for it's local excellent food (great portions) and special birds. The beds are awesome! 24 hrs free coffee, tea and cookies. Fridge and watercooker in the very clean(!) rooms. I love staying here. But you have to be aware of where you are: in Lapland's wilderness, with a local family. If it is your first time around it can be overwhelming...

Fantastic place for birdwatching! The bird feeders have an almost endless supply of birds especially in the mornings. The cafe setting is cosy, food is secondary but the overall feel is really nice.

Truly idyllic place to stop and spend a night or more. Enjoyed the sauna by the water! Enjoyed my breakfast while watching squirrels play by the trees. Cottages for two are comfortable and you have your own fireplace that you can set up.

Good food and amazing viewing place. This place has big windows and outside there is lot of bird feeders where you can spot lot of different kind of birds and maybe even a squirrel. Inside is decorated with bird species posters so you'll know for sure what birds you have seen.

What a discovery! Generous and fine breakfast at a very reasonable price. Cozy and charming. With a spectacular view on bird feeders. Definitely worth a stop, if only for a coffee and the view.

This hotel gave me unforgettable amazing experience! We have to prepare for no electctlicity situation all through the night. I recommend to bring sufficient mobile battery, especially to take photo.

Staying here during winter time is worth. You can just lie down on the bed within your cabin and the host will pull your cabin onto the lake Inari, if the temperature is above -25. Lying inside the cabin and on your bed during winter time, it could easy observe aurora but do remember to switch off all the light in your cabin. Breakfast is nice and you can have BBQ for dinner. Great place to stay on inari centrum. Husky, snowmobile and snowshow safaris, aurelia hunting and much more! Special reguest well from them too! Sauna ect santa claus meatings! There was elvs too for kids!

Great little guesthouse! Fabulous rooms, lovely owner, who also arranges husky activities and aurora borealis sightseeing for tourists. Delicious breakfast with bread baked on the spot.

Nice, clean, comfortable room. WC ensuite. Host served a nice breakfast but it cost extra. Owner is a native Sámi who was very friendly (I met with her in Helsinki after my stay and she gave me a little tour of the city). She also owns a nearby farm with many activities during the summer and winter seasons. Reason for four stars is that WiFi reception was poor and the curtains do not darken the room...

What a wonderful adventure to this lodge to see the aurora but to also enjoy this most beautiful part of Finland and some cold but amazing outdoor adventures. The lodge is beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful, the guides so knowledgeable and enthusiastic, the food was quite delicious and of course the setting right on the edge of beautiful Inari Lake is beyond compare.

Awesome hotel & resort to stay, beautifully maintained. Not bad buffet breakfast. Rooms are neat & clean, best time to visit from Nov-March coz of snowfall & frozen lake. Easy to see northern lights from back of the hotel. Free parking, good customer services.

We have spent 4 days there and Absolutely loved it. They provided all the clothes and boots, which was a lifesaver. Activities were really interesting and long enough so we were not bored at all. Stuff is very kind. The food is AMAZING 🤩 highly recommend!! Hope to come back for the next Christmas as well

Very nice hotel with comfortable cosy rooms. The main building is really well decorated. A fire on one side with plenty of relaxing seating. The dining area on the other. The view over the lake was absolutely beautiful. Such a serene place, topped off by a very picturesque spot for the northern lights. Activities were good Aurora Camp, Inari Day was very interesting to learn about the indigenous people...

Magical place! We stayed for one night in one of the aurora cabins. The cabin was expensive - and for the price, I did think it would have more of a luxury feel. However, it was super cozy and we were lucky enough to be able to see the aurora out of our glass roof and by the lakeside. Amazing hotel, at an idyllic location in front of the Inari lake. The family cabins are spacious, superbly equipped with kitchen, living room and private sauna. They ideally located right in front of the lake. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is delicious with large variety. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Lapland.

Staff were very helpful. I was impressed to see the Aurora just behind the hotel. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Dinner changed daily. The price is also reasonable. I will recommend it to my family. Thank you very much.

Good place to rest after hiking trip. Sauna in our room. Dog was ok in this room. Breakfast was very ok. Hotel location is just perfect near lake Inari. Middle of centre Inari.

Restaurant: the pumpkin soup was not so good. The salmon salad was fine. The service was good. Prices are ok.

Nice rooms, good heating, friendly staff. Decent food although if you're having ala carte lunch the wait might be a while. Good food though!
