Good quality service, nice rooms and location is super.

I loved the appartment rooms, with gorgeous view and all the needed equipment for family life, restaurant staff was nice and it was suprisingly good food also for vegans. This “holiday village” in Kalajoki is really one of a kind, with so many different services for tourists.

Nice place in winter but better in summer

Everything was good 👍🏻 except the breakfast time 07:00am - 09:30am
You don’t have time to enjoy your breakfast and the elevator 🛗 working time 🤦🏻‍♂️

This time my experience is much better, but still missing some essential stuff at my room , i like to have a cup of tea in the evening but there was no little in the room. I got a room with a sea view which is great view. Staff are kind and helpful. Good Breakfast.

Sorry that my experience was bad during my stay at this hotel.
For example, the mini bar is EMPTY 😮. No water boiler, coffe and tea in the room.
The desk was wide that help me to do some work.
The only positive thing was the personal at the reception, they were very kind and helpful.
Tbe breakfast was normal, nothing special, but OK.
I hope you will improve your service in future.

Rooms were good, food good, service good, the pool area very good, nice place for lovely walks. The negatives were that the out door waterpark was expensive and could have been included in the price because in the cold weather it was almost empty, we ended up not using it because of the pricing! And the console games in the children's area were all full of scratches and impossible to use.
