The people whom I dealt with here were quite pleasant, and the prices are good. The bathtub in my room was satisfyingly deep and the water pressure was fantastic.

A nice hotel with good breakfast. My family of 4 adults were enjoyed our 2N stayed there. However, there are rooms for improvement on the room door key system and the lift. They are too old and inconvenient to use in today’s environment. Even thot it is functionally working. The door is hard to open and closed with the key, where the cards system will be a better choice. The lift is too small for guest

I brought a group of more than 60 people to this hotel, and I had a great experience. There’s a sauna, the breakfast is varied and excellent, and the building is cozy. The ladies at the reception were truly lovely. I highly recommend it.

We treated ourselves with a breakfast at scandic Kemi. Couldn't get any better. A lovely selection at the buffet. Best of all was the great service we received. One can tell that the personnel enjoys their work and takes pride in it. Thank you, kiitos!

Friendly staff, superb breakfast, free and easy to access parking (also a possibility to charge an electric car), cozy sauna and pool. Perfect stop on our way from North Norway to Helsinki.

Stayed at Kemi for Icebreaker experience. I have chosen Scandic Kemi, furniture in the rooms are not modern, bathroom is not welcoming and I did not want to take a shower. Beds were clean, temperature of the room was not adjustable, it was enough for cold winter but I prefer if it can be increased. Breakfast was nice, there were plenty of food options.

Nice stay at Kemi Scandic in Ski week. Couldn’t use pool because of cold water(around 20 degrees) but sauna and breakfast was nice. Illumination inside rooms could be enhanced to feel more lively rest everything was fine. Reception staff were welcoming. It is located around 1 km from railway station and there are few markets/shops at walking distance. Snow castle is around 1.5 km but that’s also walkable

The front desk manager lady was very helpful and professional and made our stay pleasent. The rooms are plane but nice and clean. The food at breakfast and dinner was quite good too.

A hotel built from ice Inside the building is a room with an ice bar, each room is decorated in different styles. According to cartoons or stories, there is also a church that was built and designed with ice skates inside with a large slide courtyard. And small size for children to play and take pictures together

The theme of the castle changes every year. The hotel is overpriced if you stay overnight. But during the day all the rooms are open to visitors. You can lie down and take pictures.

Very good service. ! The staff was serviceminded and kind to us and even came up to our room and made an extra bed in The middle of The night. Supernice! Amazing room, perfect temperature and clean. Good price ! We Will defenitly visit this hotell again if we Come to kemi.

I loved the clean, newly renovated rooms and (shared) sauna! The staff was really friendIy and helpful. Funnily the breakfast was at a burger place, but the food was nice.

Renewed by new owners. Clean and good beds, room 302 has a small sauna, which was a huge plus when returning from kilpisjärvi. Breakfast was also a bit better than the norm.

Hotel Yöpuu is located near Kemi. The central part of the hotel looks like an unfinished lighthouse. The hotel has spacious rooms and a large sitting area.

A nice and pleasant place to stay. Retro spirit creates coziness. The service is very good and friendly. Breakfast is sufficiently versatile, porridge is a special plus. The bed is low, but surprisingly comfortable to sleep. The building is a bit rickety from the outside, but "many cakes are beautiful on the outside, silk inside, chaff under the crust". Excellent hotel...superb location and very warm and helpful staff. We requested vegetarian food and they helped us with it. The receptionist us with our bags and also with the rooms. Very nicely appointed rooms and well lit. For us Indians it is a place worth staying. For a small town in Finland the service we got was excellent.

We arrived quite late and the staff were very accommodating (even taking us to our room). Information was clear about breakfast, check out, and local transport. The room itself was lovely - comfortable bed, warm shower; they even had bathroom products by Rituals which felt very fancy. It was reasonably priced and perfect for our stop over. Last time we were having dinner with a bigger group everything went smoothly and the food was really good from the starters, maincourse and desert.

Conveniently located close to restaurants and grocery stores. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant is very good. The room has a fridge and there are microwaves in the common area.

Little options for breakfast. And main ones are omelette (which was smelly every day) and porridge (that is made with water, not milk, and has a weird smell / taste as well). Gym is little, best you can do there is cardio. In general okayish, but it must be a 3-star hotel, not 4-star as declared.

An excellent and very cost-effective accommodation option. A good and spacious parking lot right next to the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Clean rooms, although not quite the most modern. I highly recommend. You can get the room key from the coded box next to the front door. Accommodation cards are filled out in the room and returned, and accommodation is paid with breakfast in the building next door

As it says in title B&B, you get bed and breakfast. I asked for milk/lactose free breakfast but was given margarine containing milk protein and little lactose and I was in pain for the next two weeks. Friendly staff and clean rooms. If you suffer food allergies ask to check breakfast ingredients beforehand.
