The best place to stay in Mariehamn. Good staff, modern silent rooms, great breakfast.

We had our rooms at Savoy but reception and breakfast was here. Really super friendly staff. Locked luggage room we could use. Many gluten free and vegetarian options at breakfast but not much vegan ones.

Ok hotel for the price but Arkipelag at the same pricepoint offers a bit more. Nothing really to complain

Solid hotel when considering the location. Nothing specially good nor bad. Would recommend to book a room from at least third floor because the dragging of chairs during breakfast was easily heard to our second floor room. Hard to sleep during breakfast hours.

- Just like everything else in the island, hugely overpriced for what you are getting. Small rooms.
- No fridge in the room.
- No cleaning service between nights, unless you request for one. Even then, they just make the bed. No change of bed linens, no vacuuming, no addition of toiletries, no addition of coffees. It feels like for the second night you are staying for free.
- Not enough option for vegetarians in breakfast.
- No iron facility.
- No smart TV functionality, not even a Chromecast.
- No bidet shower in the toilet. The toilet is so badly designed that after each shower, whole bathroom is flooded with water.
- Felt hot at night even though the thermostat was set to the lowest setting.

The hotel was very clean and cozy and there was a nice view to the street from the 3rd floor room window. The breakfast was also really well organized!

The sauna is only available free for guests use at a time when anyone visiting Åland would still be out seeing Åland, at other times they want to charge you an extortionate amount to use it. Want to have a sauna in the morning instead? Forget it at Pommern it's not open.
There are two lifts but at peak times its simply not enough.
