To provide you context, we were at Break Sokos Hotel Bomba on a spa holiday for three nights. Earlier we have seen several spas in Finland and abroad (esp. The cabin we had is a lot smaller than one would expect based on the pictures found on the internet. Also, the room had a weird smell. The only thing that didn't remind me of a Soviet cottage was the large and modern TV. The hotel itself is much nicer. The Italian restaurant has an slighly odd menu, but a pleasant atmosphere. Other attractions such as the spa seem to be of good quality.

Difficult to give any thorough information, just had a overnight sleep. Room was clean, breakfast food, location beautiful by the lake. At first sight there should be easy to stay with kids as well. I did have a late arrival and the reception was closed but there is a phone number next to the main entrance door from which you can get the room very easily and fast. Beautiful location. Spacious room with 2 extra beds. Small but ok spa area. Lots of activities around. Super nice staff!

Friendly service and a great, modern sauna. We booked a night's stay in our camper and it was all very reasonable, especially considering how many facilities they have here. The hotel in sight looks really nice too, serving affordable breakfast, lunch and dinners and their shower/sauna facilities are just downright stunning. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice and organized place. It is pretty isolated because it is in the middle of ice. There are plenty of snow activities you can do. There is also sauna. the nearest supermarket is 10 minutes away by car and 20 minutes by bike.

Friendly staff, beautiful place and good food, one of the best guesthouses I've stayed at in Finland :) the bike tour continued with a good mood.

Pihlajapuu Guesthouse is one of the best places to stay during my life. The old school is a charming building and the accommodation is beautiful. There is a gym in the courtyard where children can rave. The food is excellent and vegetarian food is available on request. The staff at the inn are really friendly. There are many hiking opportunities in the surrounding area, including the Raesärkki area...

We booked a week of Guesthouse to Guesthouse Cross Country Skiing with Mina. Impressed with how well organised the week was. We had a fantastic time here for 14 days. Minna, the hostess of Pihlajapuu, took us to beautiful landscapes. The cuisine is excellent, it is cooked with love and there is no risk of weight gain as there are various sports activities available every day. Such a special place wonderful and helpful staff great skiing and lovely views and the best food in Finland. Guest house to guest skiing tour stole my heart. Would recommend it to everyone who likes to ski.

Good location, good level of equipment. Clean and comfortable accommodation for up to eight people. Short distance to the spa (only parking space in between).
